They have friendly welcoming staff. The rooms are clean and accommodating. Everything works well within the room. The parking is well lit and clean. The also offer complementary breakfast. This is a good hotel to stay in when visiting Roswell, NM.

Motel is built in a courtyard style with the parking in the courtyard. It is well lit and comfortable. We stayed three nights, so we saw different desk clerks and all were pleasant wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Make sure to go to the continental breakfast, they make you feel at home. Delicious breakfast and great to conversation with. A really convenient location for sure. Our room was clean and furnished above-and-beyond the typical hotels & so the stay was great. The front desk was very helpful. Being next door to restaurant earned more points and having a nice pool to spare time in later afternoon earned some more points.

For an older motel, this was a well kept and clean location. Friendly staff and the discount coupon for the restaurant next door was appreciated. Got a good night’s rest and was ready to hit the road the next day.

The staff was very friendly, they even let me check in early. The room was clean and the beds really comfortable. And the breakfast was good as well. Very affordable too. Overall fantastic stay, would definitely recommend.

Hotel rooms are clean and we'll decorated. Staff was friendly. We arrived early and was told we would receive a call when our room was ready. We arrived at 11:30 a.m. and check in was at 3:00. We never received a call but was busy anyway and returned to check in after 3 p.m. free breakfast with room from 6:30 to 9:30 in the lobby area. Swimming pool was nice and clean relief on a hot Summer day. Free parking and some rooms for disabilities are available. This hotel is a Best Western and we usually stay in Best Western plus locations. So doesn't have some of those extra's. Like exercise room, jucuzzi, coffee, hot chocolate available 24 hours per day in lobby etc. But for overnight it's fine. Plenty of Restaurants and shopping within walking or driving distance.

Better than expected! The exterior is a bit dated and yet it's clean, great a/c, a better breakfast selection and taste than Holiday inn Express, very welcoming front desk staff at night and morning... Perfectly priced. Also there's a good variety of chain restaurants within a 4 minute walk.

Best value in town! The rooms are super clean, beds are comfy and the price is great. We love the free breakfast - there's a nice selection and they don't let the food run out. We were given a discount coupon for the restaurant next door, and their food was wonderful. We always choose this hotel when driving through Roswell, and will continue to do so.

Did aliens abduct the cool air? One would have thought so if you believe the truth is out there. A/C unit had a hard time keeping the room cool with the afternoon sun beating down on the room. Finally got cool after the sun went down. People were nice. Breakfast was standard fare. The bed was awful. Bad night sleep. Oh well, you win some and lose some. Here, I wish I had been abducted.

We had a room here and it was clean, spacious and nice. The beds were very comfortable as expected. Sean was great at front desk. He even allowed us late checkout. Breakfast was good too...had a lot of different options to choose from. It was a pleasant stay and would like to continue in future.

Came to Roswell for a conference. This was the best priced hotel in the area and i looked at them all. They allow pets which is awesome and the breakfast was really good too! Great waffles. Friendly staff, right in the middle of Roswell & lots of places nearby. Kind of noisy due to traffic at night but that goes away around 10pm. Other than that i would def stay here again!!!!

This is an older motel in a safe and comfortable area of Roswell, right along the main highway. There is a restaurant very near (we walked over) the hotel and they served good food for an early dinner. The motel is clean and while the rooms are small, they were okay for one night. The staff was friendly and helpful when asked. We were pleased with this experience.

I was not expecting much but the room were clean and very spacious! Breakfast was very good and even after 9:30am when breakfast was over the staff were very polite and asked if we wanted her to bring us anything else and encouraged us to enjoy the breakfast some more. This isn't a fancy hotel, but it's clean and comfortable. The prices were quite a bit less than many hotels and the staff were great about us relocating with pets. Will stay again.

The place was very nice and clean, tastefully decorated. The hot breakfast was very good, nice choices. An exercise room would make it better and indoor pool but we were pleased with the place.

Much older version of this franchise but was clean. Breakfast items wide selection with hot bar items good and hot as well as plentiful. Hotel right on main drag but relatively quiet at night.very reasonable cost for one night stay.

We get there and there was no hot tub and the pool was closed. The room was quite small and the ac was weak. The tv was bolted to the wall so it was difficult for both of us to watch. They don't have a pet fee and that is wonderful! However, we returned from being gone all day looking forward to a nice clean room, come back and it hasn't been touched! I go to complain and the front staff (who were all incredibly sweet) said that the maid was scared to go in due to the dog. Now this I can understand however NO ONE contacted us to find out if the dog was there. They said that they called the room but no one answered..... because we weren't there! The breakfast was standard except no fruit and minimal options. The shining star had to be the staff, they were very hard working and helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable! The hotel is located close to everything! There are a lot of restaurants and stores close to the hotel. The room is compact but everything is easy to get too. We enjoyed ourselves!😉

The room and bathroom was very clean and we were lucky to get the room right next to the office so easy to go in if anything was needed and easy to get to for check out inter morning as well as to get to the breakfast. Only problem with the room was that they placed a table right in front of the AC/Heater unit and you had to fight the chair just to get to it. Poorly planned in my opinion!

This hotel has the essential basic amenities at low cost. It's near museums & other landmarks in town. The staff is friendly.

I am writing this review based on the room and customer service. I have not had the breakfast yet so can't review that at this time. We checked in at like 4pm and the front desk was very nice had no issues. We came to our room and it was just as seen on line. Very clean and neat. The shower was amazing. Our room was already cool not hot and sticky like we expected. They must of turned ac on for us which is a big plus for my husband. THE BED IS VERY SOFT! I went to front desk and asked for shampoo and an extra blanket the girl at the front was very kind and gave me 3 bottles of shampoo and said she would bring blanket to room. She brought me two blankets even though I only asked for one which I loved cause I get very cold also she walked in the rain to get it to me with in 10 minutes of me going to the office. I have been to other hotels and they take all night to bring you and extra blanket. This place is worth the money you spend! I really think this is a great price for the room....for this type of services I would of paid more.

The beds are nice and the air conditioning works a little slow. But this morning got up 20 minutes before the free breakfast and the lady didn't want to cook anymore food for breakfast. She was very rude and didn't care about anyone. There was a few people that were there before me that still didn't get any food. Finally we told the front desk and they made here make more food. So don't stay here if you don't want to deal with rude people in the morning.

When we first arrived in Roswell we were shocked to see that it was only 10 degrees. That has nothing to do with the hotel except when you arrive late at night you have to check in at a window while standing outside. Coming from Southern California I certainly wasn't dressed for the occasion. Aside from that the stay was pleasant. The room was clean, free hot breakfast in the morning, and a decent price.

I am traveling to this location for monthly meetings and received Best Western quality service at this hotel. The price is very reasonable, the rooms are clean, the beds and pillows very comfortable, and the breakfast nutritious. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had literally the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The staff was nice & the service was good. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Very comfortable room; however, they were doing repairs next door or nearby my room had to listen to repeated banging like doing plumbing repairs for about 2 hours...next morning awoke to a sewer-like smell in the bathroom which dissipated once we took our shower. Reported problem to desk at checkout

The room was very clean and the sheets are impossibly white. BW's Wi-Fi connection was wonderful too. My suite included a fridge and microwave, which was very convenient.

After traveling all day and experiencing some roadblocks at other establishments, I arrived at BW and was greeted by an extremely courteous/staff member who was able to accommodate my stay. The main facility and my room was in good order, evident that hotel management takes the upkeep of the facility serious. WiFi worked great and ample parking. The breakfast bar was well stocked with fresh foods and beverages.

We stayed one night on our way back home from Grand Canyon. Called from about 1 1/2 hours away, very late in day and the front desk person was helpful and reserved our room so we would have it when we got there. Helpful and friendly, breakfast was good, lots of variety and what was supposed to be hot was hot, etc..... Rooms were clean and we enjoyed our last night on the road. After getting out of the car, the first thing I noticed was the smell of urine... or maybe there is some plant that smells horrid there. I don't know but it smelled terrible. The room looked fine at first, despite its own old smell. Further inspection revealed crumbs of food, hair, some hot pink stuff sitting on the box spring that was visible between the headboard and mattress. Easily seen by cleaning staff but I'm going to guess they were lazy. Also some stuff smeared on the tile on the floor and wall of the bathroom. Stains were all over the chairs. I don't know what the heck people do to these rooms. We would have changed rooms but we got the last one, and other hotels were full as well. The staff was really nice though...
