Gorgeous hotel!! Beautiful place to stay!

Bit daggy compared to more modern hotels closer to the city but everything in order, clean and nice staff. Expensive for what you get though.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff are great, the lady in the kitchen has a great welcoming attitude. Will stay again

A very clean and comfortable place to stay. I recently stayed overnight at the Ramada as a family member had an appointment at the Royal Brisbane Hospital. It was a 13 minute walk to the hospital. Beds were super comfy and the meals we ordered from the restaurant at the hotel were very nice. We found everything we needed and were very satisfied. The reception staff were also very kind and helpful. Thank you.

The Brisbane International-Windsor is perfectly located for work events I attend. The comfort provided is top notch and the conveniently included restaurant makes dining after an event easy. The staff greet the guests with a smile and also engage in lovely conversation without prying too much. With public transport nearby it allows guests to travel to and from the city have a relaxed commuting experience.

Stayed many times here, handy to everything, professional and friendly staff. Well priced.

I always stay here when I come to Brisbane, a really friendly established motel. The rooms are always spotless and comfortable. It is situated very close to the Royal Brisbane Hospital, also close to the city ,with transport outside the front door.

Good food staff (waitress) I am sure they expect only white people.. They somehow show the attitude of dont care towards Brown people very bad

So helpful and nothing is too muuch trouble and came back this afternoon to find the beds remade and towels folded...so happy after a long stressful day at rbwh..would recommend to anyone

Very helpful and attentive staff. Located 5 minutes from Royal Brisbane Hospital. Very spacious bathroom . Handicapped facilities are excellent. The Italian restaurant was very reasonable, with an extensive menu. Room service was reasonable cost. The room was good considering the tariff. Tea and coffee making facilities. We had some guests over for coffee, to our astonishment, the desk manager Marteen,had the staff of the restaurant open an hour and a half early so we could enjoy a coffee without guests.

We stayed twice in 2 weeks we liked it that much , great location , close to the RBH and they have a great award winning restaurant on location , friendly staff makes the stay even better

We have homestay students join our family from around the world. Their family members stay at Brisbane International and have provided us with solid recommendations and positive experiences.

My second stay and a quiet room at the rear upstairs. Spacious, comfortable bed, in fact a bit of a view over the garden at the back and a large clean bathroom. Prior to arrival the staff were SO helpful, even checking bus timetables although as it was only a $10 Uber ride I took that choice. The bus stop to the city (20 minutes) is out the front. Then they let me leave the cat while i went into town the next morning. This is my preferred place. Handy to the city, friendly, and a pool for the hot days, plus undercover parking.

Love this hotel.Probably because it is quaint and majestic at the same time.Located in a convenient spot,not far from the hospital.Right on the highway but no noise.Staff at the front desk are just lovely. The free parking and free Wi-Fi are a treat in the city.

The hotel room was perfect for what we needed! A king bed and small kitchenette area where we could do some small food prep was ideal. It's not right downtown so you don't get any noise, but the bus stop to get into the heart of the city is right out front - perfect. Fast food, liquor store, grocery store, and much more are all within a 5-15 minute walk. Wifi in the room was great. We did not eat at the restaurant or swim in the pool.

Love the place. Great staff, fabulously maintained and cleaned. Only 4 stars because the location is really difficult to get out off because of main road stuffing access and egress by car.

We have always enjoyed our stays there. Staff are very accomadating. The buffet breakfast is the best.

Hard location to get to due to the upgraded roads outside. Restaurant is your typical hotel restaurant, average food, drinks and service with above average pricing. Would recommend finding an Italian restaurant not attached to a hotel instead of going here again.

Location room and amenities are nice enough. However in unit 55 walking from the room into the bathroom area has a 6" (over about 4") ramp with a 1/2" threshold on top. This is a toe hazard. All 3 of us staying in the room hit our toes on it multiple times very hard due to the location until we placed pillows in the way so we would step over.

Friendly service and good restaurant attached. Close to the city but not much surrounding the hotel. Rooms comfortable if dated.

Visit often. ....comfy beds close to Brisbane city and all major roads....nice restaurant for breafast

For the price, this hotel is a great value. The staff were extremely helpful with all of my questions. Good proximity to the airport but not near the city center, however, bus stops nearby to take you there and Uber is pretty cheap/easy. It was a great stay and I'd do it again if I'm back in Brisbane.

Great place to go for a night in or just for work functions and meetings. Lovely staff, so friendly and welcoming. Have not stayed a night in but have heard many great things from colleagues. Kitchen and kitchen staff are great!

Service, and location is fantastic. The room suited all of my needs and is positioned in a great spot. The restaurant attatched has been both reasonably priced, friendly and fantastic tasting. The only downside i could point out would be that the fitness room and the pool are not open late enough for my needs. Other than that, i couldn't fault the hotel. Lovely stay, thank you.

Dinner was great. Great service awesome food and really delicious wine. Was quite noisy due to a large group.

Nice friendly staff but it's literally impossible to get food around here in the morning. Breakfast finishes at 9.30am so if you decide to have a lie in on a weekend you'll starve to death, with no shops within a reasonable distance

Stayed there a few times. Comfortable beds, good breckie, handy location. Prefer the old rooms to the new ones. Reasonably priced. Look out for special deals.

Attended an educational event in the meeting room. Ample parking and decent venue that served the purpose!

after spending two nights .I shall never return to the windsor ..the burnt smell of oil in the lift was unbelivable/sicking , smelling hallway of water/milk spillage . the SHOWER o migh god .i nearlly burnt myself as the warm temp went to cold then scolding hot ..the answer i was given was possable to many people had a shower at the same time ?? i was at the 3rd flr .I have traveled the world and had many showers in 2 star rated motels and had better showers and better water presure and contoled heat.I recon I could find better rooms in the outback of Queensland and have great room service for $100 per night and no burning oil smells and a good working shower ..and i have stayed at many 4star. plus motels in england and france italy.canada and for the $150 per night at the windsor not bloody worth it..I did complain to the staff and as yet . 1mth later no response from management .say,s a lot about puplic relations ...
