Nice and clean, very comfortable bed, pillows and room layout. Used the laundry room and the only thing that was a somewhat issue was the dryer closest to the window was extremely loud, but it dried clothes well - so I can't really be upset. Pool and hot tub was nice.

The toilet flush wasn't working, the friendly receptionist immediately changed room after she politely apologized.
Room was really clean and the kitchen was well equipped.
They pool was clean.
Breakfast was really good and has a lot of varieties.
Parking is huge and free.

I enjoyed my stay at Homewood Suites. The room was spacious and newly remodeled. Had a separate bedroom with two queen beds and kitchenette. Price was reasonable.

The house keeper we had today on 2nd floor on 08/07/2018 she was VERY VERY SWEET and totally helpful! She helped me out of my bed when I couldn't get up and cleaned my room so good, breakfast is very tasty. Love love love this hotel the house keeper showed me there's still good people of color out there thank you young lady!

This is a great hotel. The rooms are really nice. They have food in the evening which can make a good dinner.

Four days into my stay our room is (hopefully) getting cleaned. The staff is very nice but we have not seen follow through. They did take off the room charges for the four nights we stayed in a dirty room, so they are trying to make things right.

We came to a very dirty room with food crumbs and spills. They never vacuumed our room the whole time. We kept having to ask for toilet paper and towels and ask for our room to be cleaned. You shouldn't have to ask for your room to be cleaned. The fitness room is dirty and very minimum. The breakfast is inconsistent, and they do not have things normal hotel breakfasts have like eggs. I would never stay here again. Stay at a different hotel if you're going to spend this much money. There's a lot of hotels around here, find another one.

Baseball team stay here . Most of team anyway. I think everyone had a great time. Everyone I met there were great and helpful. Will be glad to return soon.

Stopped in on our way through town. So glad we stayed! Staff was super friendly from check in and even in the morning for breakfast. Free breakfast was one of the best we’ve had (we’ve stayed in 40 plus hotels the past 2 years)!! Fresh fruit was something places never have so I was excited!
Room was super clean. Bed very comfortable. Even had a jet tub which I didn’t use. Would def stay here again if we were passing through!

Great location, friendly front desk staff, well appointed suites, happy hour dinner and drinks! Great place for annual family reunion.

This is where I usually stay when I'm in Lexington for work. My room has always been clean and well stocked with towels and other necessities . Even though the hotel is right next to New Circle Rd I am never bothered by the sound of the traffic . The only complaint I have is that the ceiling fan light in the room I recently stayed in only had one level of brightness and that was not bright at all . It was more like a nightlight. But I would recommend this hotel when in Lexington.

Hotel is very good, but guest services was very slow. Guest services didn't replenish paper towels in my room. I asked for paper towels 2 and a half hours ago, and I still haven't received any. Overall the Hotel is good.

Excellent stay. Clean, roomy and full of conveniences including decent coffee in the rooms. I would give it 5 stars, but it was a little pricer than I had anticipated.

It is convenient, with breakfast and light dinner (including some beer) but it is on the older side and rooms are smaller than in similar hotels. It does have fridge, microwave and stove.

Clean rooms. Very nice and polite staff. Only bad thing is that their card readers on the side of the building froze due to the ice storm that came through so I couldn't get back into the building from the parking lot

We booked the 2 bedroom suite for a night. Room had been newly renovated, was very nice. Hotel staff were friendly and capable. Suite had all amenities we were needing including dishes. There was a dishwasher but we could not find dishwashing detergent or packets to run it. Very minor issue only. Would book again.

This hotel is newly renovated so the lobby and breakfast area look contemporary and new. The hotel staff are also very friendly. However there were a few things that downgrade this hotel for me. First of all the oven was broken so for the first 3 days of my trip I had no hot breakfast at all. One of the days my room was not cleaned, and I also got a rash from something in the room the first day. Overall the people were nice so I wish I could give this hotel a better rating but because of these problems it just became an average trip.

Huge rooms, everything is convenient and smart layout (USB charge stations near each bed) , hot breakfast was absent due to some reason, but I'm assuming it's temporary. Also, super convenient location

Stayed at this hotel a number of times. I like the layout, I'm able to pick a room far away from the lobby, elevators, etc. Breakfast is edible; there are a variety of vegetarian options. Beds are comfortable and staff is friendly enough.

Expect to pay for slow internet like it's 2002 and a poor breakfast. Room is nice, but the above is less so

Room size ok..the whole hotel including my room is very clean in appearance. Staff was very helpful and friendly service

They're friendly but they missed a lot of details. There's a Keurig coffee maker in my room but the coffee they provide is one of those for a 4-cup pot. The TV turns off by itself about every 30 minutes. There's a sign that there's ice on my floor but it's just an empty room. It took me 3 days to figure out the channels on the TV. There should be a list. They do have a good little dinner Monday through Thursday though.

Clean and up to date room. Staff member at check-in was disinterested to help with premium wifi and wouldn't provide access code. Breakfast was great and check out was smooth.

The hotel was in a good location; there were many stores and restaurants close by. The room was we'll proportioned as well, plenty of space. I like the full kitchen and sitting area. The hotel had a snack bag for Hilton Honors members and had both beer and wine at the evening snack during my last stay. I was expecting those things this time and was a little disappointed that the hotel didn't have it. The breakfast and light meal in the evening were both delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is bomb. It was recommended by a co-worker who stated she always stays here in Lexington. Room is beauitful and large. One complaint is the heating elements are off kilter and there wasn't a frying pan! But I know must people probably don't cook as much as I do in hotel rooms. Definitely stay here if you're in Lexington!

The hotel staff did a good job and were accommodating, and the hotel room itself was clean. Unfortunately, we choose to stay on a weekend when there was a middle school basketball tournament next door, and despite a few calls to the front desk, my kids were woken up several times to what I can only assume was the Cincinnati zoo setting up a new rhino exhibit directly above us.

WOW! Excellent hospitality and customer service...could not ask for anything more!!! We drove from New York to Kentucky overnight. We were greeted with extreme friendliness and flexibility on our check-in. They were so accommodating to us which was especially helpful since we were traveling with our three year old son. There was a very nice complimentary breakfast both mornings. They also provide a light meal in the same lobby area evenings 5-7pm (Mon-Thurs). This was extremely helpful to us on the day of our arrival as well. We stayed in the one bedroom suite. You walk into a kitchen/living area (which had a pull out bed). Then to the left was the bedroom and bathroom which was separated by a door. There were very nice televisions in both rooms with cable. This made it extra relaxing for us as we were able to stay up later than our son (who slept on the pull-out couch). I would have given five stars if it weren't for HVAC issues. The ventilation wasn't the best as the thermostat was in the bedroom. There also wasn't a fan in the bathroom. I attached a photo of the evening light dinner menu which was on our fridge. I thought it was also very impressive that they would do grocery shopping for you.

Clean, spacious, and great location. My family really enjoyed staying here although it was only one night on the way to Atlanta. We were so impressed we are planning a trip specifically to Lexington next time.

Only suggestion would be a better breakfast but you have a few choices outside of the hotel

My husband, Murray, and I checked out leaving my travelling jewellery bag behind, in our suite, with all of its content. When I discovered it missing, I felt ‘sick’ thinking I’d never see this jewellery again. I wasn’t certain where I’d lost the bag but phoned Homewood Suites at this Lexington location on Nov 24th. Travis, at the reception desk, answered the call … looked in lost and found … reported that the jewellery bag was there, packaged it up immediately and sent it via UPS to our home in Wasaga Beach, Ontario, Canada. The jewellery bag arrived Nov30th completely intact.

Travis and the lady who cleaned our suite reflect the values of this Homewood, Lexington location - honesty, integrity and a ‘real’ care for the people who come to stay here.

We absolutely loved our stay here … good food, great suite, clean with all of the amenities that we have come to appreciate as member of the Hilton Honours Club.

Nice place to stay, especially for an extended stay. Rooms were very nice, clean, and well furnished. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

The large king size bed was very comfortable..the separate bedroom from the living room/kitchen area and fireplace was nice. But the full sofa pull out bed was awful for the kids. The metal springs were practically coming through the mattress. And when trying to iron my clothes..the black coating rubbed off on an expensive pair of dress pants and I could NOT get it off....when I informed the front desk..the only thing they said was they would have to replace the iron in that room.
