Clean rooms, friendly staff. Stayed 3 nights. The free breakfast was really good. The free dinner was only ok. Though the free beer & wine was great! Will definitely stay again when in Mobile.

Homewood suites mobile is a great place to stay. Check in was so fast, it's in a nice clean and safe location and the rooms are super nice. There's a pool and the decor gives it a wonderful modern feel. The breakfast buffet puts other hotels to shame. Sausage and potatoes were delicious. It's got a great pool and there are several excellent restaurants you can walk to. Definitely stay here when visiting mobile. It's a great value.

The staff was friendly and it seemed the hotel had everything going for it with one exception. When I took my shoes off to go to bed, the carpet in the entire room was wet. Having wet socks was rather unpleasant. It being late and leaving the early the next morning, I decided just to wear shoes in the room to get through the rest of my stay. I mentioned it to the front desk but the attendant seemed indifferent.

The hotel was lovely. The room was clean and spacious. The two problems we encountered were our fridge was not working and the ice machine were all broken or leaking. Otherwise the place was great.

Hotel was well maintained. I would say average for this specific hotel chain. People were visibly at work around the hotel. We didn't get a chance to swim or much else. Bed was very comfortable and shower was nice enough.

The area around the hotel seems questionable and we were a bit worried about our vehicle. There are a number of ways into and out of the parking lot and it borders the interstate so it would be a prime spot for theft. Just ensure your car is clearly empty of anything of value though and it should be fine. There wasn't a lot of through traffic.

The best hotel. I stay 2 times. Happy hour from.5 to 7 with free beer and snacks.

Stayed at this hotel this past weekend during a last minute reservation. The night Front Desk Manager Keke was nothing short of EXCELLENT when it came to customer service. I wanted to make sure that this hotel had the AMC channel and she helped me confirm that by checking the channels on the TV in the breakfast area before I even booked the reservation! She made sure that I had the 1 BR suite on a higher floor as I requested. When there were no luggage carts available, she personally went on a search for one.

Please note that I stayed at this hotel b/c our 1st choice the Courtyard Marriott up the street from it provided us with an unsafe room and the customer service was also terrible. Some things are blessing in disguise.... this hotel was cheaper and I'll definitely be staying there again the next time I'm in the area.

This is the nicest most modern Homewood Suites I've seen yet. The new modern decor is very nice and warming. The staff made me feel right at home as they are friendly and attentative to guests.

Stayed here after returning from our cruise. Our flight out of Mobile got cancelled and the staff was great about booking us for another night and allowing us to stay in our original room. They also booked a cab for us to get to the airport on time for an early morning departure. Front desk staff was very helpful, provided us with a list of restaurants in the area that delivered to the hotel. Rooms were great and plenty big, but the people that worked there made the difference.

My sister and I were pleasantly pleased with our stay at Homewood Suites. There was enough space for my nephew(10months) to stretch his legs. Our room was perfect. I recleaned the bath and kitchen but I can honestly admit my room was SPOTLESS!!! I was very pleased to see that. My girls enjoyed the exercise room. Breakfast was great. Especially on Saturday morning. Ms. Deborah gave my daughter a coloring book to entertain her at breakfast. We have made it back to Atlanta and my daughter is still talking about her new book. Small gestures make big smiles. Thank you to Ms. Deborah and all the other staff. Front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance. We had a minor water leak under the sink. Maintenance came to access the situaition. He was very polite. He called to make sure it was ok to come up before he came. Thank you for that. GREAT PLACE. SEE YOU SOON!!!

It was ononly over night. No complaints. Love that they serve breakfast!!

👍 the place it’s not bad, everything looks clean and modern and the receptionist it’s there and very friendly and helpful.
👎 repairs on the bathrooms ( entrance bathrooms and room bathroom)that seems unfinished or very a very poor job.... There was no air vent in the room bathroom....

Really liked the room layouts (we booked two king suites) and though we didn't make it to the dinners the breakfasts were great and made a big price difference. Pet friendly is a big deal to us and there was a nice semi-wooded area in back for pet potty stops. Good parking and street access though the GPS stuff is really wacko in that area...it's not hard to find, just ignore your technology...also...very friendly folks work there ;-)

Convenient, clean, and quiet with friendly and very competent staff

I was very impressed with the quality of the suites. They felt like modern apartments with all the amenities. The bathroom was the size of some hotel rooms I've been in, and everything was clean and felt new. From what I hear from our host, the price could not have been beat.

Easy access location with lots if options for food and entertainment nearby. Rooms were amazing with kitchen and roomy bathrooms and very clean. Limited interactions with staff due to short stay but we're nice and helpful when needed.

Room was great. Breakfast was very, nice. Coffee was good. The dishwasher not so much. Water was in the bottom so we couldn't use it if we wanted too.

Not bad. Half way through stay. Didn't get coffee or "to go cup" in room replaced, but room is quiet and nice. Room kept clean. Really no complaints that are significant, probably stay here again. Staff has been quite nice. Location is okay not much within walking distance and television service is disrupted by rain.

The rooms are very modern and comfortable. You get complimentary breakfast and dinner. The complimentary dinner comes with free wine and beer! Clean gym and very cool pool/poolside lounge. Close to the freeway and about 15 min from downtown Mobile. I would recommend this place.

I had an unexpected trip to Mobile this past weekend due to a relative ending up in the hospital there. I stayed one night at this hotel. The room was quite big and spacious, well designed. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Comfy bed. Very good breakfast including grits, some type of western omelette, sausage, oatmeal, pastries, etc... I will definitely stay at another Homewood Suite when available, and this one included. Too bad it was the weekend because they also have some type of afternoon events during the week.

This place was so amazing... Its literally like a home away from home... The staff was amazing the room was so clean... You Definitely get what you pay for... Quality at its finest...

This was a good overnight stay for us. Hotel is pet friendly which is a plus. It is right by the interstate making it a convenient stop over point as well.

We stayed in room 317. It was the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in! The staff was very nice. I can't say one bad thing about our stay.

Great hospitable place to stay. Clean, friendly with a good hot breakfast everyday. Supper Monday through Thursday, we weren't there to try it. The suites are fully equipped and spacious and a perfect place for an extended stay. The pool area has fire pits and grills a relaxing atmosphere. I think I may have a new favorite, thank you Hilton Hotels!

Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. Room was spacious clean, though a bit noisy from the location (across from an employee area that had a particularly loud door opening and closing throughout the night. Breakfast was good and the staff was very diligent in attending to keeping that area clean and filled. Would recommend for any travellers passing through the area.

Waiting for a trolley tour and wanted coffee. Walked to Serda's and had coffee and bagels. The restaurant is just what you want in a local coffee shop. Nice atmosphere and nice staff. The coffee was really great and the bagels were good. Now I admit that I like baked bagels best, and I doubt these at Serda's were actually..

Absolutely beautiful facility. Seemed to be fairly new. The staff were nice and accommodating for my dog. There was also a gorgeous seating area out back.

Great Hotel located near the I-65 belt. large room with stainless steel appliances, very update decor, clean room, spotless is more like it. very well maintained, great and friendly staff. complimentary wifi, breakfast and managers event 5 to 7pm with snacks, beer and wine. for no extra charge either. it's a definite answer to my staying preference

This was an excellent experience. The room remarkable! The staff was great at be present when necessary and away when not. Just an awesome place to stay!

Had a great 2 night stay during the 5th Quarter Classic Football Weekend. I was very impressed with the way the staff handle a hotel full of Football Fans! I was very concerned that at breakfast they would run out of food however that did not happen. Parking was never an issue.

This will be my go to hotel when ever I am in the Mobile, AL area.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. 2 queen suite has light for bathrooms outside of bathroom making it easy for your kids to put you in the dark. The bathrooms are not ventilated despite the vent in the ceiling

The service was great. When I got here my room had a slight issue that couldnt be repaired. Troy and Andrew at the front desk was able to switch my room out without any inconvenience. When I called to make the reservation, CJ was very helpful and pleasant when seeing him during the breakfast hours. The location was very easy to find when using the address on the website. It was a great stay.

Loved this hotel. Everything was immaculate. Everyone was really friendly at the front desk. We called for an extra rollaway bed for the room and in just a matter of minutes it was there. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks to everyone!

Loved this hotel! Very clean, friendly staff, breakfast was included and the first time we've had a complementary breakfast served on real dishes not paper plates or plastic forks. Chris at the front desk was very friendly and personable. Felt very comfortable here. We will return next year when we travel through again to Florida.

Was just passing through on a road trip and stopped here for the night. I had my two greyhounds with me. The staff was super friendly and helpful in accommodating my dogs and I. The facility is very nice and clean. There is a designated dog walking area with a poop bag station. So glad we stopped here for the night!!!
