It was clean and the staff was nice and helpful. Dinner and breakfast was wonderful and relaxing.

Love all of the Homewood suites amazing staff, hot breakfast and snacks/dinners. Outside pool and hot tub/spa work out center, meeting rooms. Just amazing all over, I plan to go to one of these hotels for future trips.

I love it everytime I stay even though Louisiana's weather didn't agree one time. I love the staff, the service, the location, but most importantly, the food and wine. I can appreciate a great home away from home.

The hotel was fairly large and appeared to be kept up really nice. We ate in the restaurant there and it was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the humus. Everyone was super friendly, especially those at the restaurant. I slept on the pull out couch and the mattress was a little bumpy and still but was not the worst thing that I have slept on. The bathroom space was also a little tiny, but the shower (which did not include a tub) was very large. However, my least favorite thing about this hotel was the complimentary breakfast. The area that served the food was extremely tight and did not have many options. Overall a great experience.

The staff was friendly and the accommodations were nice. Rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff were good. The food was pretty good also. I'm not sure what was going on with the pool though. It had a weird green color that got progressively cloudier and filmier the entire month we were there. We were repeatedly promised it was being fixed but by the time we left after a month it looked like the picture below. If you want to stay there and plan on using the pool I would call and ask if it still has issues. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay. The room was clean and well stocked. They have a nice little breakfast and friendly staff. We stay here every year during Memorial Day weekend for the mudbug festival.

Very nice room! Fit 5 grown people just fine in the 1 bedroom double queen bed room.

Comfortable beds, quiet rooms. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the breakfast isn’t all that great. I’ll be back though- the bed was good.

Extremely nice for an affordable price. Came down for a memorial service and we were extremely worried about our hotel choices, considering we didn't want to be cooped up and miserable the entire time we were there. Homewood was spacious, and while the view wasn't good, the courtyard below was beautiful and the pool ( while is was too cold to get into the actual pool instead of the jacuzzi ) looked lovely. We were extremely happy with our stay and the hotels services.

My homeowner's insurance put us up here while my house was unlivable. They took in our dogs and the stay was nice. They were very accommodating.

I stayed there from 03/22 to 03/27 and I can say that this is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. The place is beautiful, and Kaydee at the front was amazing. She checked me inn in no time and helped me set the digital key on my fone. Really recommend this place.
Ps: u get free beer and wine from every afternoon from Monday to Thursday.

Great Staff. Kitchenettes are awesome. Gas Grills in Atrium. Made Korean Bulgogi with Kimchee, teriaki spinach side, radish garnish, cucumber, persimmon and Asian pear in my room.

I stay here frequently and have had the same experience. It's a warm clean bed with free food in the morning. It does everything a hotel should and more. Free bottles of water at check in, quick service for maintenance and requests, convenient location (see Chimmy V's) and they allow pets. My issues are the following: -Staff is usually not interested in talking to you. They seem nice but like they are so miserable there than they just can't bring themselves to smile. -There is usually dog poop on the floor. This is in the customers I feel but it's disgusting. I feel like they should fine whoever let's their dogs poop on the floor -plumbing isn't great. Most of the time I've stayed there the drains clog. Usually the sink.

We stayed here on our way to and from Texas and were pleased with our stays. We were traveling with a dog and 2 kids. The rate for our pet was reasonable unlike other hotels in the area and the room was well sized for our family. The courtyard area looked nice but we didn't get a chance to use it. The staff was friendly and check in/out was easy. Breakfast was fair but given the amount of holiday traffic that was there could have been better stocked/cleaned. Overall good stay and we've marked this as a place to come back being that it was pet friendly.

We stayed for almost a week, it was wonderful and felt like "home" --even though Home was 1,200 miles away. Great outdoor seating area (by the pool), spent so much time out there whether day or night was well lit and comfortable. The only reason i gave 4 stars instead of 5-- most of the staff were amazingly nice and helpful; but i found it disconcerting how often (esp. at night) the front desk was untended-- most of the time seemed to be hiding away in the closed-door office behind it. Also, staff was not the most helpful as far as knowing very much about Bossier City or where even to find the most simple of places i.e closest pharmacy etc.

I was with a few ladies. Our room was warm and we couldn't get the AC to work. They sent someone right away. They really made us feel like we were a priority there.

I have stayed at this hotel on more than one occasion with my family. We always find the rooms clean and comfortable. The pool area is fun for the kids although we find the occasional guest smoking in the hot tub which is always a drag for us. Breakfast can be a little bland on the flavoring but the grits we're done very well this time according to my children. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. If you want to find a reasonably priced snack, you can visit the convenient store located on the adjacent property. We walk to it mindful that the later the hour, the sketchier the people outside. Never spills over to Hilton property and we always feel our vehicle is safe. We will continue to visit this hotel when we stay in the Shreveport/Bossier area.

Located close to the boardwalk, and other restaurants are within walking distance. Clean rooms, nice bathrooms. Friendly staff, hot breakfast, and evening snacks. Only place I start when I travel to Shreveport.

The rooms are great for the price. Service is always great. I will be coming back.

Myself and four others have stayed here for the past three years in a two bedroom suite. The rooms are always immaculate, the service is amazing, and the breakfast is incredible. The only downside we've ever encountered is sometimes (depending on time of year and what's going on in town) parking can be scarce. We won't be staying anywhere else though!

Great hotel! We had 6 people and we were comfortable in the 2 queen w/ pull out sofa suite. The hot tub was finicky but still warm. The pool was relaxing. The breakfast was really good. Social hour is a huge plus!! We will definitely save this hotel for future use.

The location puts it away from most traffic, but convenient to every where I've needed to go. The room is pleasant, not too small for a Jr suite, with a proper layout. The hotel shares a very nice courtyard with the attached Hilton Garden Inn that includes a pool and Jacuzzi.

Good service was provided. The rooms were clean but the sofa bed looked like the sheets had not been changed so we had to do so ourselves. The hotel was quite and we didn't hear any other guest once we were in our room which was nice.

I stayed in 2 Queen bed suite. The decor and fixtures were beautiful. The kitchen area was lovely with a stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, cooking range, and a Keurig. They even thought to provide dish soap. The bathroom was clean and the Neutrogena soaps, shampoo and lotion they provided were great! My only complaint would be the bedding. The sheets on both beds were dingy with small stains......definitely "not the whitest of whites." They were scratchy and I was itchy and uncomfortable sleeping. So I'm glad we only stayed for one night. When traveling I usually stay in 5 or 4 star hotels, however Shreveport/Bossier has no 5 stars and only a couple of 4 star hotels. This place is listed as a 3 star, so keep that in mind while reading my review. Maybe that's what you get with 3 stars. However, cleanliness and a comfortable night's sleep are of the upmost importance to me during my stay and dingy stained sheets just won't do so this was probably my last stay.

I love this hotel. It is in a great location just minutes from the boardwalk. Love the suites and the fan over the bed. Great service as well.

I stay at either of the two (Hilton Garden, Homewood suites) but prefer the suites for the space and amenities. Staff is always nice and responsive and my kids actually enjoy staying there over our families house when we visit. I recommend the place to all my friends traveling through or visiting the area.

We came here as a romantic getaway. The room here is awesome. We were shocked and so excited when we entered the suite. Simply amazing!!!!

Excellent staff, clean rooms, and provided dinner 4 days a week. Makes any amount of travel as comfortable as it could possobly be.

We stayed here for 10 nights and didn't want to leave. We were in the middle of an out-of-state move and home closing and this was the closest thing possible to home for us. We were in a two-bedroom room and the space was more than perfect. The free breakfast and dinners were so convenient and icing on the cake. Free wine? Heck, yeah. The staff was friendly and quick to help. Our stay was so great and made a stressful situation so much better!

This is my 3rd time visiting Homewood Suites and I would recommend them, they are located right next to the interstate which will get you just about anywhere, and if you like Mexican food there are 3 in walking distance.

This hotel is just plain amazing. The king suites are gorgeous and clean with everything you could possibly need from a mini keurig to a walk in shower. The breaskfast has so many choices and they offer a free dinner with beer and wine! The price is so reasonable. You won't be disappointed.

King bed suite with flat screen TV, and walk in shower, very clean, and friendly staff. Local restaurants in walking distance. The hotel is located just off the highway exit.

We got to hotel and ladies were wonderful, took the shuttle and all three guys driving the bus were very nice. This morning for breakfast the chef was out walking around cleaning up tables and the food was the best breakfast out of a lot of hotels we have been too. We will definitely will be back to this hotel... The room we were in was very clean lots of room for a family of three. Great having two Tv's... Wish we would of been able to stay longer. The swimming pool was very clean and the hours of pool was great for the night since swimming at night was great without the hot sun. Out side view was nice convenient of circle K and parking lot is clean as well. Just enjoyed the stay!!!! Thank you Diana for such a wonderful welcome!!!!
