We were welcomed very warm, maybe because of the fact that the receptionist was the same nationality as we are (Czech). Although we arrived late and the restaurant was already closed, the staff prepared for us a meal. Thank you. Excellent service. The room itself is quite small but enough for 1 night.

Don't trust the pictures you see. The rooms seem very nice for the price offered, but they're very sober, old fashioned and small.

One of our beds was fine but our roommate said hers (the bedbunk) was as hard as a board.

The shower is good for people up to 1.65m orso, above that you'll have to bend over to get your head under the showerhead. Also don't turn on the bathroom light if you have to go to the bathroom in the night or you'll be blinded for an hour.

The hotel is found in an ugly industrial area. On the plus side they did make a nice garden in the center of the hotel which made it seem nicer.

Then they give you tips on a small poster to reduce your environmental impact, which is great, but then they package every cup, coockie and blanket spereatly in plastic...

yes, the staff is quite nice and speak decent English. food is good but rooms are tiny and lack ventilation let alone air-conditioning, which is unacceptable during hot french summer. view from most windows is horrible. there is no accessibilities for disabled, no elevator and rooms are too small to move around on a wheelchair. we had a group reservation and the discount was a big problem (although discussed and agreed on during phonecall) which we had to demand trough the manager next morning. there are better hotels in the area for the same price.

Nice tidy modern room. Breakfast was fine , very good lady at reception, arranged a taxi for us and made us very welcome.

Did not look the greatest from the area and outside. But quite good on the inside. The reception lady's are very helpful and speak good English. Room is clean and size is ok. Only other thing is I have difficulty adjusting the water tamp.

We ended up here because our original accommodation was cancelled at the last minute. Having said that the place was comfortable and very quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of good food options were close by. Unfortunately it did seem rather expensive for what was proffered.

spent sometime at this hotel I will give my honest review . Having not been in France since I was younger I was very reluctant to go again on my own so I chose this hotel out of many . Now I have been France a few times now with my partner and stoped at other hotels I will not name but the truth is they were disgusting . This hotel was and is by far superior to others. The rooms where spacious beautiful cleaned everyday to the highest standard . The staff there were all Curtious and did not hesitate to help out with any problem we had . In short my stay here was beautiful. I really enjoyed myself and very much look forward to stopping here again . Would recommend 100%👈🏻to anyone thinking of staying here . Chambre moderne, avec belle literie, plateau bouilloire, vue sur jardin. salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, WC, refaite. Buffet petit-déjeuner. Très bon restaurant.

Hôtel ☆☆☆ fonctionnel dans un cadre cosy et confortable avec le petit déjeuner optionnel à 10.90€ à prendre entre 7h et 9h30.
Le soir deux options snack à 8.90€ ou 10.90€ vous seront proposé entre 20h et 22h30, très pratique le week-end car le site reste très isolé et le restaurant ne fonctionne pas le week-end.
Il reste bruyant, néanmoins, car certains clients ne respectent absolument pas le repos de leurs voisins (bavardage, porte claquante).
Il reste, en terme de prix, d' un bon rapport qualité-prix malgré ces désagréments et les hôtesses de l' accueil sont souriantes et très pro.

On June 26, 2013 we were looking for a hotel in Meaux. All hotels were booked and we were pretty tired and could not continue much longer on the bicycle. Then we remembered our good experience with Kyriad hotels and went to the Kyriad Meaux. Although they were also fully booked, the friendly staff at the hotel helped us to find an accommodation for for the night.

We were enchanted by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff and can absolutely recommend Kyriad and particularly Kyriad Meaux.
