I was satisfied with the staff but some rooms are small and should be equipped with fans

I was very happy with this hotel. The people at the desk were friendly and the room was small but adequate. My main reason for 5 stars is that on arrival after an overnight flight they allowed us to check in several hours early. The breakfast being included was a bonus. The lift was tiny but fine.

Best Hotel EVER... Well... Maybe that's an exaggeration but the dude on the desk is the soundest lad ever. Very accomodating... Rooms are comfy. Shared bathroom.but very good location

Chambre avec salle de bain sur palier. La salle de bain est propre et à partager entre 3 chambres. Le parquet fait un peu de bruit. Le petit déjeuner est inclus. L'un des meilleurs rapport qualité-prix. Les chambres sont très petites et les fenêtres un peu vieillot.

I was in this hotel years ago and can tell that quality went down. Mattress in my room had a hole in the middle and was very uncomfortable. Also strange smell inside the room.
You can get much better hotel in Geneva with bigger room with bathroom for the same price of this one (single room with shared bathroom).

Shared bathrooms were not a problem and the rooms were quaint but actually quite cosy.

Have seen other review complaining about lack of cleanliness but our room was clean and the bed sheets were pristine.

Location is excellent.

Clean, pleasant staff, simple small rooms, unattached clean bathroom. Rooms had windows to let in a draft and controllable radiators in each room. Breakfast was nice but could have more options. Great value for the price.

Booked as double room with it hidden that all rooms have shared bathroom. Check in easy, location and breakfast great. Let down by ridiculous price. And the cramped lift.

Perfectly located in the heart of Geneva. It is great if you just need a place to stay for the night. Breakfast ist all right and the staff is very friendly. As you might expect for the price, rooms a rather old and not perfectly clean. Don't expect too much, but again...you won't get many better choices for this price in the center of Geneva!

For this price and the location. Definitely worth it. If you don't mind hostel style rooms with a shared bathroom (which was suprisingly clean) this is the place for you! Really friendly staff too. Plus you get a free public transport card for the area for the length of your stay. It's not a luxurious hotel but that's not really to be expected at that price!

Bien placé dans le centre-ville de Genève et un bon accueil.
C'est vrai que les chambres ne sont pas grandes, mais pour un court séjour c'est largement suffisant.
L'essentiel est là: la chambre est propre et bien chauffée, la literie est bonne et on est au calme. Si vous n'avez rien contre le fait de partager votre salle de bain et toilettes, un petit hôtel où l'on se sent bien.

Smallest room I have ever stayed in, but, for the price, location, free breakfast and free wifi, you can't go wrong! Good food, friendly service, clean(SMALL) room, no a/c, but .. walking distance to everything in Geneva ! for the price, it was worth it !

It is the well known secret star of all hotels de Geneve. Compared to other hotels it is very cheap and still very good. You are in the middle of that town, in walking distance to everything you may want and there are buses for the rest nearby. Manor was allready mentioned, you cross the river and you are in the "New York of the middle-age". The breakfast is good, you dont need more, Orangejuice etc., but the best is the place.

Small, but very nice hotel in Geneva. It's located a short walk from the railway station and within walking distance from the city centre. The rooms were small and you had to share a bathroom (toilet + shower) with the other room on your floor, but it was clean and tidy and the staff was helpful. Right across the street is the Manor department store, and there are many nice restaurants in the area (La Nasse is recommended). I would stay here again!
