The hotel is been renovated and some new sectors under construction. This was not communicated to us. The spa was included in the price, but it was nowhere to be found. The staff informed us upon request that it was closed. Our room was spacious but still outdated.

My stay was a pretty decent one . The location is perfect and the service is overwhelming. Everything seems at it’s place and it actually looks and feels like a 5star hotel.

Hotel is amazing! Rooms are so clean! There isn't noise, and you can't hear noise from outside... They have pool also... Food is amazing, buffet... Big hotel and excellent services! No comment...

The hotel is situated very central near the square. All restaurant or pubs are just walking distance. The light in room is dim, only two bedside lamps, a table lamp and a standing lamp all in one big room, it's hard to read with insufficient light. The splash panel in bathroom is too small that water are splashed on floor when showering. Despite all, staff are friendly and eager to help.

Really nice hotel, the rooms where nice the beds a bit small but I guess that's normal in Europe. The balcony good used some restoring but else then that it was perfect. The spa section of the hotel and the pool are must sees.

Nice hotel in the center of Timisoara. Great for big tourist groups. Excellent proximity to city center. Ventilation system could use an upgrade.

Not happy. Next visit to Timisoara I will try a different room. At my home country we have 2 star hotels.much better than this with 4.

I love this place, it is close to all kinds of shops, it has an amazing breakfast, and the rooms are clean. I stayed here for the week and really enjoyed my stay. The guy at the front desk is amazing

Lovely room. Friendly staff. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Nice clean place. Breakfast is provided buffet style. Lots of Romanian language channels and a few English language channels on TV.
Beds have minimal padding so one can feel the coil springs. I asked if they could provide some padding for the mattress and they said no. Slept on the comforter and that helped some.

It's really modern, and neat. Parking is difficult at times, and the english skill of the staff could be improved. Nice place overall, and its weaknesses are inherent from the city itself.

Nice room. Bit hot. Think it was unseasonably hot so AC not on yet. No biggie. Friendly, efficient staff and great location on the square .

The hotel itself was really nice with friendly staff, a contemporary interior and beautiful, spacious rooms. Our room was completely sound proof despite offering a coveted view on the main square. That said, the location of the hotel is its main selling point.

However, if you like breakfast you should avoid having it here. At 10€/pp it comes at a steep price and it's definitely not worth it. Plenty of awesome places in the city where you can have an amazing and more satisfying breakfast than in this hotel.

Parking should be requested in advance, explicitly. If you don't, you can park in frony of the hotel, but it will cost you about 150 lei (to be paid in cash). So be warned :)

One of the best hotels in the city. I'm visiting Timisoara since five years regularly. I also tried other hotels but in the end Hotel Timisoara is the one I did like the most.

Anyhow, interior is getting a bit dated and service level have been better three years ago. Especially the bathrooms could get an update and the hotel bar a better selection of drinks.

Nevertheless, next time I'm in TSR I'll stay in Hotel Timisoara again 😉

Nice hotel, well located. Breakfast is good and the room is quite big. The only problem is the smell of smoke, everywhere in the hotel.

Unfortunatelly the quality of the hotel is degrading every day. When I arrived in my room on 7th floor it was colder than the hallways.
Signs if degradation are everywhere:
- bathroom with signs of rust, mould maybe, peeled off doors;
- in the room: dust and bad repairs on window frame, damaged wall sockets;
- no free parking, although cheaper than the closest parking lots;
- access to gym or spa is allowed only between 9 AM and 10 PM.
The best thing about it is the central location!
Overall is a good choice for business traveler who are not active.

Perfect location, just in the town centre. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast could be much better. Restaurant is a good point. Very good food at a reasonable price with a good service. The spa is not worth it, just a little pool (water was too cold), a sauna and some showers. Last day I couldn't have breakfast because I had to leave at 4:30 and I asked the night to before if they could prepaid something to take away, but they didn't prepaid anything.

More like 3 1/2 stars, but locatin was essential for me, attending a busi ess event. Room ok, ask for one facing the back - I do not like noise. Didn't try the breakfast.

Timisoara seems a nice city, at least from my short trips around the city in tge taxi.

It is close to the city center. Some rooms have nice view.I was assigned a room that was still being prepared by the cleaning personal when I entered. Expensive parking . Hard to find in the extremly bussy city trafic.

Very good hotel just at the city center, by the Opera building. Spacious rooms, modern equipment and professional staff. There's also restaurant and bar service and a good breakfast buffet. Also, there are a lot of restaurants nearby.

Very good location in the 💓 of the pedestrian town center. Good nice big room with all that you need inside BUT quite bad isolated from noise (other clients and corridor) - one 🌟 less. Also parking not so cheap was another unpleasant surprise. On the other hand good and rich breakfast more like German style - good eggs (scrambled, fries and boiled) but poore dessert...

Nice hotel. But not worth the 4 stars. Only one usable power socket and its under a desk. No extra cord or something present. And they give you an waterboiler on the room but the cord is too short to reacht the power socket. It looks 4 stars until you look good. The people working here are very friendly and professional.

The staff is really helpful! The rooms are clean and cozy and the food is excellent. It is in the city centre and minutes away from most of historical places.

Good hotel in the heart of Timisoara, right next to the opera and within walking distance of almost all landmarks in the city. Staff was very polite, and worked well over check in time, to wait for us to arrive, be aware that only some rooms such as the deluxe suite or the business suite, look over the main square. It is most likely that all other rooms don't have such a nice view. The rooms are spacious, very clean and seem to be a lot bigger than they actually are. The hotel has a lot of great facilities such as the restaurant terrace, and pool. Sadly the pool is only open from 11:00-16:00 which can coincide with a lot of peoples schedules. Take note that the parking is ridiculously expensive. You will end up paying an extra 14-22 euro per night for it. Hotel is great overall, with very few problems.

I came to Romania for a holiday, this was the perfect location for drinks and food. The views from the hotel was amazing aswel as the staff. I would highly recommend this to anyone!😁

Located near the city center makes it a convenient location for walking to nearby restaurants and to other areas within the city center. It can be quite busy here especially due to company events as well as the bar located near the front lobby area.

Was very CLEAN and are some very nice Saals inside for dinner or lunch...beautifull. The Internet connection great and we was very happy but the rooms are small and the bar weiteress are very slowly and repeat or doesn't unterstand what you Order... Whiskey...no clue what IT is.

One of the best options if come from another country

I have been here to an event and I was blown away about the experience I had in there. The staff was like I've never seen. Amazing.

Central location, a bit expensive, but is in the center of the city. Good food, helpful staff.

Good hotel with a few problems
- can not sleep because of loud slaming doors on the hallway. No sound insulation.
- good food but no lables for the food.
- in the bathrooms there is no electric fan to clear the steam after a bath.

Amazing hotel, centrally located, chic and updated setting, modern rooms, and unbelievably fast internet at 75megs down and up! Best internet I have had at any of the more than 200+ hotels I have stayed at. Signal was strong from the room! Price was 65 euro per night with double beds, included parking and breakfast! Highly recommend!
