Very clean and friendly hotel. The free breakfast was awesome. The pool was nice and clean. I would definitely go back and highly recommend to someone

Other than the building being a little dated and the pool smelling too strongly of chlorine for me to want to use it, everything was fine. Desk people were friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was exactly what you'd expect. Nothing to write home about, but serviceable for the night.

Decent room and decent continental breakfast. Coffee always available in the lobby. Close walking distance to a Culver's, gas station/ liquor store. Pool area is dirty....lots of band aids. Garbage seemed to be overflowing from every outdoor trash can. But, it seemed to not have enough staff at the hotel

Ok place. Maybe a little pricey for what you get. The 70's called while there looking for it's decor back.....

We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was clean and it seems to have been renovated recently. The bed was comfortable
And the pillows were better than many places.

We booked with priceline and there was a problem with our reservation. They lady's at the front desk ( Deanna and Jorden) were amazing help. They helped fix the problem and get us into a room. They saved our weekend.

Good prices and very nice rooms

The ammities are in good shape. Breakfast isn't geat but not terrible. Pool and gym clean and decently maintained. Courtyard appears prone to minor flooding of walk ways. The staffs polite and considerate.

Friendly staff and a clean building, a much nicer stay than another hotel in town.

Staff is extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, although a bit dated. Bed was very comfy.

Great pool, shower and breakfast. Okay beds, very firm and squeaky from the metal springs in them. Bedding is good, it's soft and clean. Hotel does not have an elevator. Some rooms have fridges, others don't. Hotel is outdated but still fairly comfortable.

Only went here for Community Blood Ctr donation. Seems nice. The lobby smelled a bit of cigarette smoke though. They have a pretty Xmas tree.

I don't even know where to begin, This by far is one of the best hotels i have stayed in a long time. when i walked into the door i got immediately greeted by two wonderful front desk attendants. Check-in was very quick and the front desk was very helpful with telling me where my room was. My room was clean and very comfortable. I had gone back down to the desk asking for what a good place to eat for dinner was the desk clerks were very helpful and even printed me off a map. Room was very quiet couldn't have asked for a better room. The breakfast was hot and very good, Kate i think her name was was outstanding. All Together my stay was awesome! Wish i could've stayed longer. I completely recommend This place!

This hotel is the best in town by far, The front desk lady dianna was so fun and very personable and from what little I saw of the rest of the staff they're amazing as well. great big pool, clean inviting rooms and amazing breakfast. will be going back in the future.

The hotel was a bit dated but overall was very nice. The wifi worked well, the breakfast was tasty, and the people at the front desk were AWESOME! For the price, you could not beat it. An elevator for our second floor would have been nice but that is really just a minor quibble.

My daughter, husband and me visited the Quality Inn in rhinelander WI. We were there for a family reunion. The room we got was very clean and affordable and right across from the pool so that was a bonus! During our stay my daughter soaked through her clothes after we had checked out she is 4 months old and the staff at the desk was quick to get us a bag to put her soaked clothes in. I didn't really need the staff very much but they all seemed friendly. It was a nice getaway. Lots of cable channels, ac unit in the room, and a comfy bed, also awesome charging stations. They were outlets but also housed USB plug ins. Anyways, we had a great time with friends and family and a great stay!

Sent here for training at Laser Pros. The room is just fine. Will more than meet my needs. Convenient location to town attractions. A definite thumbs up!

Nothing terribly wrong. However the room I booked online was not the room we got. We were given an accessible room, which is not the one I chose when making the online reservation. Not thrilled with that. Other than that though the room was fine. No complaints.

I had a very nice and comfortable room. The bed was comfy and I got a decent night's sleep! The hot tub's bubbles were mediocre but that really is a minor complaint. The hotel had a standard continental breakfast and was conveniently close to Culver's.

The rooms were as you would expect. Clean and simple. Beds were decent and breakfast adequate.

What this place lacks it makes up for by the breakfast. Pool needs work. It was freezing and dirt. Yet, the breakfast is pretty awesome. With this being said a small town like this will small amount if guests should be on top of maintenance. Not the case. A good manager could make this place a ton better.

Rooms were clean and well kept, but the towels at the pool were empty, and my room was facing right up against some rooftop heating vents or something. So the view was just a wall.

Attended a gala at the Quality Inn of Rhinelander, WI. Very classy venue. The service was wonderful.

The staff was extremely accommodating snd helpful. The rooms were okay. Very few outlets around the room and the ones that are visible are too loose to plug anything in to.

The venue for the wedding reception was laid out well and provided easy access to the restrooms and bar. The staff was very friendly.

the bathroom was kinda dirty, the sheets and towels were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had a wierd smell that we had to get used to, it was unpleasent but it wasn't fresh smelling either. The continental breafast was good. Overall not bad.

Not your normal Holiday Inn Express. This hotel looks like a old Holiday Inn. I was on the second floor and I have to say it had a bad smell in the hall. No elevator so you have to carry your bags up the stairs. I wouldn't stay here again.
