Clean, great service, friendly staff, convenient location. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

The upper rooms have eiffel tower views. An amazing set up so that you have a kitchen (beware: no ovens, but microwave, sink, toaster, and stove 2 burners). As it is close to grocery stores, it is a good way to save money and explore Parisian grocery stores. Very close to the eiffel tower, quite a ways from the Louvre.

Love the location. The mrt station is just in front of the hotel. I can watch the train going past from my room's window. Monoprix is just next to the hotel. So one can easy buy stuff for cooking as the apatment is equipped.eith oven n stove. Mac Donald and other restaurants are also coveniently located.What more can view Eiffel fr hotel room.

Great hotel in the Eiffel Tower district. Have stayed here many times and always been treated well.

Very welcoming front desk staff. The hotel was more than we expected. Very spacious and clean. The kitchenette has everything you need, from knives to plates ..and even a dishwasher. The only thing that was a bit frustrating, the air conditioner did not cool and the walls are a bit thin, so why give then 5 stars? Because the location was perfect, staff kind, room clean and we had free coffee and tea all day long!! We will seriously be coming back soon!

The citadine toue eiffel paris is just a 10 minute walk from the eiffel tower .The rooms are clean and well kept.Public transportion is right across the street

Staff was courteous and helpful in planning d local trips excellent coffee . Missing bit today also. We had booked for 4 .3 adults and a child of 9 yrs. One bedroom and one pull out bed in d hall . I find it small for 4 people.

Excellent central location, clean rooms and very friendly staff. I will definitely book there again. I stayed 7 nights and after the first night I asked to be moved to a higher floor (from 1st to 5th). Turns out that not only was the 5th floor room much quieter and I no longer felt like I was on street level but it was much much nicer and more modern. Thoroughly enjoyed what little time I spent in the room. A Monoplix (grocery store) was 15 feet from the front door and there was a huge outdoor market across the street on Sundays and Wednesdays. Train and subway also across the street, shops and boutiques everywhere and the Eiffel Tower was a 15 minute walk.

Great location and good facilities

One of the best Service apartment I have ever stayed in. Next door to Eiffel, can see the tower from window. Nice kitchen with all amenities, carrefour next door. If interested u could take a break from hotel food and cook up something.

I love this hotel. The room includes stove, kitchenware, sink and dishwasher as well. Though the mini bar inside the room doesn't have any drinks, free drinking water, coffee and tea can be got near reception and there is a vending machine for snacks and soft drinks.

Great and helpful staff,right next to metro station,cosy stay for those who want a studio apartment to stay indoors and cook for themselves,I would suggest to eat out!walking distance from the Eiffel tower

Update February 2018. The wifi is now fantastic and suitable for business use. The staff remain kind, thoughtful, professional and friendly. Citadines Tour Eiffel Paris is the only place I stay in Paris. Such a perfect atmosphere in the best location for modern Parisian life.

good hotel, area is a bit odd, no room service what so ever! you have to pay for every time you want cleaning - SERIOUSLY? you have to replace the towels yourself, get soaps refilled yourself --- CRAZY.

This is more of an apartment than hotel. Room service is available on a weekly basis, you will have to pay extra if you want them to come more often. I stayed at a studio, it's got a little kitchen which is great for my week stay for business. Its really close to the train station, lots of restaurants, mcDonalds and monoprix. I decided to pick this area because it is closest to a 50m pool (Piscine Blomet).

Very nice location. The room is a bit small but has a kitchen and really gets the job done. Everyone who works here is very nice

Friendly staff. Always smiling and extremely helpful. They know tons about the city and can easily give walking or metro directions to any attraction in Paris. Rooms are very nice. There is a laundry room on the lower levels.

Decent price for a great location!! My room came with a fully loaded kitchenette, floor to ceiling windows, and partially obstructed Eiffel Tower view. Excellent location, many attractions (including the Eiffel Tower) only a short distance from hotel. Extremely pleased and would stay again!!

Everything is great here except the wifi. If, like me, you are trying to do business, the constant lack of wifi is definitely something to take into account.

Our stay here was fantastic!!! And the hotel staff were very accommodating which made our trip even more enjoyable!

Rooms are nice and spacious and updated.Staff is very friendly and speaks English. Note that this is more of an apartment type hotel and they do not have regular cleaning service. But there is a room that has all the amenities that you need which is nice. Mini kitchen is also pretty well stocked if you need to cook.

Great service, cosy rooms

Very friendly staff and super conveniently located hotel.
Pros:
1. They offered a free hot drinks station in the lobby that varied from espresso, Americano, latte, hot chocolate, tea and much more.
2. The hotel is across the street from the metro which makes it super convenient.
3. There's also two grocery stores within 2 min walking distance, which included a Monoprix (similar to Walmart) and Franprix (supermarket).
4.There's loads of restaurants to choose from that are nearby.
5. The eiffel tower is also really close by, around 10 mins walk.
6. Lots of shops right off the hotel, including clothing, bakeries, gadgets, you name it!

Cons:
1. They only offer room cleaning once a week for visits that are longer than 6 days. This didn't bother us that much, but if this is important to you, then you can always pay a little extra to have someone clean your room daily
2. The floors are a bit thin, you can hear all the activities from your upstairs neighbour. If your upstairs neighbours has a heavy foot that stomps around or likes to drag their chairs across the floor, then yea, you'll hear everything.
3. It is right across the street from the metro, so you might hear the train if you're facing the street. Ask for a room facing the garden for more tranquility

Overall:
Nice, spacious, clean and convenient hotel and i would def recommend it

This modern apart-hotel (meaning that most rooms have stoves,fridges and microwaves) offers a little extra space over a traditional hotel room. The hotel is located conveniently close (across the street) from a metro station, restaurants, grocery store and more. Nice staff, guest laundry available. Not an economy hotel but reasonable.

Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Almost everything needed to cook and eat is available. Very nicely finished bathrooms too.

Pros: Easy location to find, studio room includes kitchen. Comfortable beds and bath.

Cons: somewhat weak AC, takes a while to reach temperature. Nearby train line which may be a problem for some (very well soundproofed).

Nothing much to do in it and facilities was just not upto the expectation

깔끔하고 친절합니다 :) 살고 싶을 정도로 시설이 편리했고, 위치도 정말 좋았어요. 역이 바로 코 앞이고, 옆에는 큰 모노프리랑 맥도날드가 있어요. 새벽에 화재경보기가 울려서 쑈했던건 호텔 측 실수가 아니지만 대처하는 자세도 정말 좋았구요 :)
