Spacious hotel located in a forest surrounding. Pretty nice room interiors. Well designed.

The hotel is really nice, we enjoyed our day spa and dinner in a cold and rainy day. Recommended.

Was here for a conference for 3 days but had an amazing time! Food was delicious, room really lovely and the sea is a 5 min walk away. Would definitely recommend

Very nice spa hotel to spend a nice weekend. Food is good, staff is very nice and facilities are nice. It is also located in beautiful surroundings so it gives a sense that you are in a secluded area.

Amazing food and great service.
We have stayed for one night and were at the SPA outside and inside. They are quite busy during the weekend, but still was a great experience.

Great hotel, friendly and professional staff and great beds. Very dog friendly too! Only disappointment was that the pool was accessible via the spa so no swim for us upon arrival after a long and hot day in the car.

The Comwell Borupgaard is very beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and has almost all of the amenities as back home. Very modren yet cottage chic. The staff was very friendly and polite. Breakfast is amazing. I never got tired of the selection. They provide alternatives for anyone with food preferences (dairy, gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian).

Very nice place to relax and get a spa / wellness treatment. The food is super good and the staff in the restaurant is very professional. The fitness area is okay and same with the Spa facilities.
The staff at the main reception however did not provide us with the great welcome feeling and was kind of arrogant. This is why it's not getting 5 stars.

Bed was comfortable. Clean rooms. Food is fantastic.

Beautiful surroundings, excellent aquaspa including outdoor jacuzzi. Visiting in the summertime was a mistake though. The room was unbearably hot during the night, due to no air-conditioning or fans and the fact that the window opens in, blocking the roll-down curtain, forcing you to choose between comfort and privacy.

Stay was nice, spa has a nice divided pool with very cold water, lukewarm water and a little treat for the feet as well. Jacuzzi both indoor and outdoor, which is very nice, also with a nature sauna, giving a nice relaxed view of the woods. Three kinds of saunas inside with infrared, salt and gran. Steamroom too. Restaurant and bar are of veru nice standard and personnel is serviceminded. Rooms are nice, bathroom was not though with a tiny shower and almost no running water. Pillows and the beds were the best. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Very place with very nice service. Their spa area is really small and gets quickly crowded. Not a fancy restaurant. The food was acceptable, but I have had a lot better for same price other places.

Great place for arranging events. Well equipped meeting rooms, cozy bar and great food! However the massages and other health treatments make this place also a perfect place for relaxing and enjoying yourselves.

Good service, good rooms and nice buildings with friendly staff

A contempory hotel, over several visits it has been consistently of high quality. The bar has a great selection of beers, and the breakfast buffet is really good. The staff are very friendly and professional.

It's very easy to get here from Copenhagen airport by public transport (the train to Helsingor stops just across the road from the hotel at Snekkersten station), and trips to Sweden are also no problem.

Service minded og varm velkomst

Deltog i et seminar i deres lokaler. Faciliteterne var mere end tilfredsstillende og der var alt hvad man kunne ønske I kaffe og te, samt diverse snacks i løbet af dagen. Vi blev bespist i deres restaurant til både frokost og aften hvor vi blev bespist med mad af høj kvalitet.

The location, food, spa was great. But the rooms was not the best. But they were upgrading the rooms, unfortunately we got one that wasn't upgraded yet...

Very nice service and very professional staff. The rooms does, however lack a bit, like air conditioning. The spa is excellent and the massage we received was both thorough and well executed. The food at the restaurant is extremely good and the staff here are again, very professional and know their stuff. The prices are reasonable for a place like this. Overall 4 stars. Would have been 5 if the rooms had had a more brandish look and feel. It should be mentioned that there is an ongoing renovation of rooms at the moment so 5 stars could be achieved from us on our next visit.

It is a great looking conference center. It is an ok hotel as far as rooms go, big, spare but comfortable. It has an amazing "gård" with beautiful trees and rhododendrons. With many nice spots to enjoy them from. Also only 10 minute walk from beach and 5 to train station. Breakfast is fine and staff is great.

Very nice hotel. The spa area is big with both indoor and outdoor opportunities. The staff is welcoming and very helpful. The food served in the bar and restaurant is very tasteful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Only bad thing to say about the room, was that there's no AC or temperature regulator, and no ventilation in the bathroom, so the room got very moist and hot. Overall this is a great place to stay if you want to relax and enjoy a good spa experience.

Lovely spa and nice rooms

The building and area is really nice and the place has potential. The room looked very nice too on surface but several plugs didn't work and the shower head was broken. Both dinner and breakfast was similar to the room. Served nicely but really nothing special, mediocre at best.

Some things could be improved (old elevator, dirty hallway), but the overall impression was good.

Decent rooms, but feels like (and is primarily) a business conference hotel. For 1000 DKK/night (discount rate) I expected more. Rooms are functional but not cozy. Everything requires extra payment, and you'll find those extras advertised many places - for example the restaurant menu which deliberately lists the more expensive option with larger font. With ads in the room for conferences and Christmas lunch offers, this becomes too much. One last thing.. The TV remote didn't work, but the girl at the reception couldn't come to the room so I had to put my clothes back on and walk down myself. Not a huge thing, but clearly, you don't get the same service you'd expect from a 1000 dkk/night hotel.

SPA was not included, Wifi was not working in the room, they forgot our dinner reservation and the breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary.

Har fine faciliteter, desværre er der ofte lidt for mange mennesker og derfor næsten umuligt at få bord på restauranten. Kan godt lide deres kolde gys og sauna i wellness-området. Selve værelserne er okay, men ikke noget særligt - de kunne godt tåle en opgradering for at stemme overens med prisen. Gården og bygningerne er rigtig flotte.
