Ground and top level are nice but the hall ways to the rooms needs attention. The gym is tiny and roof top pool area is also tiny. We were on a non smoking level but our room smells of cigarette smoke and the fan in the bathroom does do anything. Breakfast is good and location is ideal but I won't call it a 5 star hotel

Staying at the Electra Palace Hotel in Thessaloniki was wonderful. The staff is extremely friendly and pleasant. Staying at such a hotel in the city center is an unforgettable experience. From your terrace you look at the sea and Aristotle Square, breakfast and swim in the pool on the last floor of the hotel, simply irreplaceable. In the indoor pool there is extremely warm water, the music is relaxing ... The breakfast is wonderful, there's everything you'd like to eat, orange juice is phenomenal, and coffee too. I can all the best to say about this hotel.

Magical place to stay right in the heart of Thessaloniki! Rooms have sensational views and the roof top restaurant and bar, had the greatest breakfast we experienced in our whole stay in Greece. Worth spending a little extra for this amazing experience.

One of the best, if not THE best of the city's offer on hotels. It scores on almost all points.
There is first the location, as is situated in the most central square, very lively with people at all times and full of cafes and restaurants in affordable prices and ideal for people watching.
Hotel has a calm elegance, belonging to past times areas and this is evident both in the fine decorated rooms and the common areas.
Don't miss to visit the roof terrace, you can enjoy there the spectacular views of the sea and of the lit square below.
Hotel is more on the expensive range, but if you are in a romantic mood, this is the place to splurge.

Good hotel. With a great view from the roof terrace. Decent rooms, food and good service from the reception. It's location is one the best in the city.
The small swimming pool on the roof, with only 6 deck chairs (most of the time claimed by other guests) were a little disappointing for us. If you want to chill at a pool go to the Oceans Club in Thessaloniki.
Overall it's a good hotel.

Electra Hotel is beautiful in the middle of the city at the center square, so many wonder restaurants and bars close by. The view is amazing from our hotel room of the ocean. Breakfast was delicious and the service was great.

Thessaloniki is a wonderful City. It's as if everybody is in a good mood. Wonderful to be here. Electra is probably the best hotel. The roof has an amazing view. Nice breakfast. Nice food. Location is perfect. In the middle of best neighborhood. This is one of the alternatives you have to consider for a different and relaxing holiday.

You have to get a room with a view, this hotel has one of the best in town (if not the best) but only for the side facing Aristotle Square and the sea, the other side faces a wall! Gorgeous daybreak, sunset, and evening views along with the constant thrum of activity below is mesmerizing. Location cannot be beat, literally in the middle of the best food, shopping, and all the landmarks.

Best location in the heart of Thessaloniki, Aristotelous square. Rooms are spacious but old fashioned and need renovation. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Breakfast is served in Roof Garden restaurant which is a great place, offering panoramic view. When weather allows you may seen Olympus mountain. Breakfast is very fine too. Actually location and breakfast hall are the two reasons for my 5 stars scoring. Hotel does not offer parking option, so you have to pay around 20 Euros to the nearby parking stations for overnight service.

Hotel jest piękny wygodny, lokalizacja fantastyczna jedzenie w tym śniadania wyborne dlatego 5 gwiazdek. Ale jeśli ktoś zamówi pokój classic dwuosobowy to automatycznie dwie gwiazdki mniej . Jest mały i klaustrofobiczny w połączeniu z widokiem zza okna lub raczej braku widoku wrażenie kiepskie wiec przy tej klasie hotelu i za tą cenę można oczekiwać czegoś więcej. W naszym przypadku bardzo miła dyrekcja poszla na rękę i bez opłat zmieniła pokój na bardziej przestronny dlatego ocena bardzo dobra.

The patisserie at the lower level is an great place to have Greek coffee and a sweet in the afternoon, while people-watching passers by and children playing in the square. It was well with it and prices were not unreasonable for dessert and coffee of that quality and in that atmosphere in my opinion.

Top notch comfort & location. Very modern amenities in a historic building. My favorite modern hotel on my two week trip to Greece.

Almost all rooms face noise - e.g. amplified buskers on the square, squeaking brakes, blatting motorcycles & raucous horns all day into late night. Rooms are smallish, bathrooms cramped, shower in tub bumps you with faucet & hinged splash guard. Too few outlets for a modern couple. It's clean and breakfast a diverse treat the best I can say about it. Will try somewhere else next time I come.

The hotel is located in the heart of Thessaloniki. We did not stay there, but we used their Spa services. Their spa center is nicely decorated which really calms you down! You can do a full course of massage, steam bath, sauna, jacuzzi and cool down in the internal pool! It was an unforgetable experience!

The Location of the Hotel is ont of the best on the Aristotelous square with a beautiful view on the sea. The rooms are very clean, silent and have everything you need. You always feel like in a 5 star hotel. The bed is very comfortable! The breakfast is rich, fresh and delicious. You'll find everything cooked dish, to desert and fresh fruits. Staff is always helpful and smiling.

This hotel is greatly located at the heart of the city centre in one of the most known places. Most of the places easily accessible on foot, only 5 mins from the seaside. The hotel is one of the oldest hotels in town considered as a landmark. Rooms are a bit overpriced but still at a very good level. Best place is the roof garden restaurant with great views.

One of the best if not the best hotel in Thessaloniki. Located at the city center close to the shops, bars and restaurants. Very clean rooms with friendly staff. The breakfast is served at the roof garden which is on the top floor and has a magnificent view. The Wi-Fi is free. If you need to park your car ask the reception, they have special prices for some parking locations nearby. The only negative is that it is not very well soundproofed so you can hear some noise from the street or from nearby rooms. Would definitely visit again.

Great location, very central. Visit the roof top terrace for a great sea view, which is a great place for a coffee with a beautiful sea view. The terrace is open to non residents. Rooms are nice, we had one with a balcony that over looked the square. Negatives would be air conditioning not very good but would stay again.

Good hotel, great location! The rooms are not new, they need to be renovated. There isn't parking lot in the hotel, they live your car in a outdoor parking nearby the hotel. Nice restaurant with romantic view on the last floor.

But, it is very small.
You can walk along the waters edge or through the maze of streets and shops surrounding you.

I had a coffee there in the roof garden and the view is breath taking. There is a very rich selection of drinks and the whole atmosphere is more than luxurious. The best place for drinks and coffee down town.

Had a conference dinner there, and it was simply superb. The cafe on top has good views, but pigeons walk on the tables. Pigeons are chased away but tables are not cleaned afterwards, which can be disgusting, or dangerous if you have immunodefiniecny...

Very friendly service, excellent view from the junior suite. The room was comfortable and spacious with two separate rooms. Both had paintings on the walls and balconies.
