Very professional, polite, comfortable. We hold many of our corporate meetings here. Just make sure to bring your own projector as their prices are a bit high. But that also means they have whatever you need for your meetings should you forget something!

Outstanding facility in a great location in Charlotte. I came up with my wife for the night, and was blown away at how nice this property was compared to other embassy suites. We thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay and will definitely book again! My only complaint, terrible pillows but easily fixed. 😁

Stayed for a business meeting. The facilities and staff were excellent. We had a hot breakfast and lunch served, all were very happy with the quality and quantity of food.

Nice, new hotel. The staff were accommodating but not overly nice as they always seemed busy with phone at the front desk. The hotel is big with full kitchen, separate bar and few conference rooms. The pool is nice for kids and family use but gets crowded fast. The room windows don't open and thermostat kind of sucks but so goes most hotels. Best part we're the bartender pours.

My first impression was great! Front desk staff was very nice. When we arrived to our room though the sheets looked as if they weren’t changed, the pillow case had dirt or makeup on it , the bathroom counters looked as if they weren’t cleaned, the remote for the living room was not working , when we got in for the evening we did not have enough wash cloths in the restroom. We called the front desk to get someone to fix the remote ( that was corrected) . We had to get someone to come change the sheets .
But I literally had to clean the counters and doors myself. The doors had fingerprints everywhere. There was lint on television stands that I thought was dust. Not to mention, I had a terrible night sleep. Did not expect the bed to be so hard... I am not one to ever complain, honestly, never had to because of the standards that Hilton Hotels have. I’ve stayed at several Hilton brand hotels and this by far has not been a great experience. We were visiting Charlotte for the first time. We were visiting here for our mini vacation/ my birthday.
Not to mention I paid way too much for this two night stay in the middle of the week to have had issues on these levels.

Very nice hotel. Rooms clean and well laid out. Staff very friendly. Breakfast above average, has omelets made on the fly. Pool was fair, a bit small. No hot tub. Parking lot was very busy. Omelet station needs moved. It causes the line to back up and if you just want bacon or something you end up having to break the line. Not enough towels in the bathroom. Two full sized towels that is all. My wife uses two towels herself. The other couple traveling with us reported the maid didn’t come by one day. Little things here and there really keep it from being a 5 star experience.

Staff was professional and friendly when I visited the place for a conference. The conference room was large enough to accommodate more than 200 conveniently. Good seating and temperature control. The location was away from noise and finding parking wasn't a problem.

Nice for the price. Hot breakfast and happy hour included every day. Mostly helpful and friendly staff. Don't call the front desk though, no one will answer.

We had a great time at the embassy suites. The room was very spacious and nice, and fit our family of five perfectly. There is free parking, which isn't a guaranteed in Charlotte, and the complimentary breakfast was perfect. Lovely stay, would recommend this hotel!

Great staff and beautiful rooms and lobby. Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve been to. Not to mention the room service and a full bar are a huge plus.

This property is a hidden gem, from the front desk staff to the comfortable rooms. Very well thought out property smartly designed for frequent travelers. All and all a great stay.

The location is amazing! Love this little town. So much in walking distance: bars, movies, eatery, etc. The staff has been amazing. The way the breakfast is set up here is so different than other Embassys I've stayed at. More of a restaurant style. Breakfast was great! Living everything about the new look and feel of the Embassy!

Very nice hotel... Room was clean and well stocked with toiletries, coffee and tea... The staff were all very nice and helpful!

The Embassy Suites was perfect for me wife and two year old. Plenty of space and a lot of opportunities to walk to places. The rooms were well kept and updated.

The staff there was completely accommodating and kind when we had my entire group of wedding guests staying at the hotel! We had about 25 rooms blocked and they were so accommodating everyone was raving about how great the hotel was. The area is great too

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. It's clear that it's a brand new property. It's also in a part of town where there is a lot of brand new growth. They've developed it out as mixed-use properties with restaurants, offices, businesses and condos. There are also a couple of brand new hotels right there as well. Because of that the immediate area around the hotel is extremely crowded. In addition the parking lot for this hotel is incredibly small given the size of this property and there is another hotel that shares the same parking lot. It was next to impossible to find a parking spot. The lobby area is very trendy and modern especially compared to most Embassy Suites. They have a very large bar area for the manager's reception in the evening and a large restaurant where they do breakfast. The customary omelette station is still there which is always a must at Embassy Suites. However I felt that this new layout with the bar and restaurant made the lobby area feel very noisy and crowded. The bedroom is a neat square configuration with a spaces flowing from one to another. It's a neat departure from the long rectangular layout of most bedroom spaces in older Embassy Suites. However when you look around the room at the details of the finishing such as caulking and grouting in the bathroom the work was a little shoddy. Also call me a traditionalist but I enjoy how the bedrooms all look into the interior courtyard in older properties and this Embassy Suites is not laid out like that at all. It makes the rooms feel more confined. All in all I'm not entirely sure I would stay at this Embassy Suites again.

I stayed here for my 40th birthday and is a very nice relaxing atmosphere. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice and professional. The breakfast and free evening drink was top notch. I will definitely return to stay here again.

Staff was very nice and the free happy hour and amazing free breakfast were nice additions as well...only thing they could have improved upon was the room! It felt "worn/used". There were marks on the wall where the office chair at the desk had rubbed against it and the bathroom vanity looked a little rough...but the rest of the room was fine.

I spent a couple of days here and thoroughly enjoyed it! Everyone was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and they also have an excellent bar and sitting area to just sit and chill out. I will be going back for a nice long weekend!

What an amazing place to rest up at night. I was impressed from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff was very warm and welcoming. They offer complimentary appetizers and drinks at night. The room is very impressive. It has a contemporary modern feel. The bed is super comfy. The breakfast selection is nothing short of amazing. My family and I will ALWAYS choose this hotel when coming to Charlotte!

Very clean hotel overall and looks fairly new. The atmosphere was great with the outdoor and indoor lounge areas. Rooms were clean and nice in size. Staff was very welcoming and polite. 2 complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening. Slept great without loud noises or hearing other visitors. Great location. I will definitely be back.

Very nice hotel. Strikes me as recently built. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable 9f the area. Breakfast was included and delicious. Adult beverages(2) and snacks provided in the evening. Large conference rooms on the main level.

The complimentary breakfast is fit for a king. Can't complain about the 2 free drinks during their evening reception either. The rooms are clean with a modern feel. The beds are quite comfortable. The staff are very professional and friendly. I wouldn't mind staying here again and again.

The meeting space was comfortable and large. There was plenty of water made available. There were plenty of restaurants around with a wide selection of foods. The parking seemed a bit odd. There were a number of people around the hotel parked on the street but that was mainly other businesses in the area. It still made driving around interesting though. I was always wary of them.

My church met their for a service on Thursday because our usual building was unavailable. The ball room was beautiful and very clean. The acoustics were awesome! We had almost 300 in attendance and it sounded awesome when we were singing hymns.

The lobby, hallways, rooms are all very clean and well kept. The front desk people are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic as well. No complaints what so ever. Would happily stay again.

Was really cozy! Loved the space and service provided, including free breakfast every morning and a complimentary evening reception with drinks and snacks for hotel guests. Nice pool, gym, and patio area. Near many stores, including a movie theatre that we went to check out Girls Trip. Would recommend hotel to a friend

I frequently travel to Charlotte on business. I've stayed in several hotels in the area and I can safely say that this one is my favorite. The staff is always friendly, the food is excellent, and the amenities are very modern. I love being able to check in and go to my room using only my phone. The hotel is conveniently near a number of stores and restaurants, as well. The rooms are all very well sized so I never feel cramped like I do in other hotels. Overall, one of my favorite hotels to stay in.

My family and I just enjoyed a most pleasant weekend at the Embassy Suites in Ayrsely. There were numerous, fabulous elements of the hotel, like the scrumptious breakfast and the gorgeous rooms, yet I have to primarily praise the benevolent service! From the moment we contacted the establishment, a Mr. Ricky was most obliging and helpful. He situated our weekend's lodging with a competence and kindness that was so utterly appreciated! Furthermore, a Ms. Cassandra checked us in, and she was so sweet and humorous, we were assured that our stay was going to be pleasant. Lastly, a Mr. Evan was too utterly obliging and kind! We received a bowl of snacks and drinks with an assurance that if we needed anything to just let them know! I thank you all for our impeccable stay, and we will most certainly be back presently! Best free hotel breakfast I've had in a while. So many options! Omelette made to order station. Grits, pastries, muffins, berries, pineapple, melons, sausage, bacon, home fries, pancakes, 3 types of yogurt, etc. Clean, quiet rooms, nice ambience in common areas, friendly staff. No hot tub but it does have an indoor pool and fitness center. Love the chic showers with adjustable spray patterns, too. I'd definitely stay here again.

Stayed here one night with the family while driving to the mountains for vacations. This is a really great ES property, one of the best I've stayed in. The double queen room was spacious, modern and very clean. Our family of 5 had no problem spreading out in comfort. The breakfast had the usual top-notch selections. Everyone on the staff we spoke with was extremely friendly, professional and very helpful. If given the chance, we will stay here again without question.

Friendly employees, great newer location, walk to movies, restaurants and shops. Great evening reception with some added perks, including a free massage on Wednesday nights.

Two suggestions for this hotel: heat your small pool to be warm, it was way to cool to be considered an indoor heated pool and add towel hooks in the bathroom. There is only on hook on the back of the bathroom door, but three walls with space for hooks.

Nice lobby. Kind personnel. The room was just as to be expected. Loved the late check-out. I like the free drink during the hotel's happy hour. The Continental breakfast wasn't all that great. Some of the food needed seasoning or to be cooked a little better. Overall, my stay was pretty good.

Great hotel in a great location. Walking distance to lots of amenities. The continental breakfast is easily worth $15/person. The entire facility is very nice. The guest rooms are updated with newer technology. The staff is friendly and courteous. Ample parking and easy on/off to the interstate. Worth every penny IMO!

Phenomenal stay and experience!! This chic. modern and ultra-clean hotel was simply amazing! From the time we set foot in the door, until the time we left, everything was fabulous. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pits along the bar area, the amazing lounge and restaurant, and the pool and gym area as well.

The decor is beautiful, simple, and elegant. I loved the grays and peaceful colors in the public areas. However, once we entered our room, we were blown away. Loved the bathroom with the seamless large shower!! The king bed was super comfy and I loved that it had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dining area, and sitting area all available. The entire hotel smelled so nice. They said it was the "agave scent" from scentsy. Love!!

The free reception was so well done, as was the amazing free breakfast! Everything was so fresh and well laid out. And...the staff was so friendly. I have not had better service even in a Ritz-Carlton!

This hotel is very beautiful. Had the pleasure of staying in two diff rooms in the same 4 day time span. The staff are all very sweet and professional. The pool and fitness center are nice. We also enjoyed the complimentary reception.

My only critique would be the breakfast. It is very "bland buffet" food.

Overall, my family and I had a very positive stay here.

The hotel is nice and fairly new, and the staff is quite helpful and attentive. The rooms are clean and quiet. The included breakfast is pretty good, particularly got a "free" breakfast... There is a large selection of food, including the standard eggs, bacon, potatoes, and sausage, plus an omelette station and other items like pastries.

An unforgettable and amazing hotel. My family and I were in town for Carowinds and were greeted by a friendly staff at the door. Then had a complimentary evening reception and made to order free breakfast in the morning. Safe area with ample parking and close to Carowinds. We will be staying here again when we go back.

Attended a seminar here, beautiful hotel, very well kept. Staff was helpful and ever present. Great location, so much to do within walking distance. Did not stay in rooms, but a colleague did and had nothing but great things to say.

Location is perfect. Hotel has a modern look and feel. Rooms are nicely laid out and staff is very attentive. Plenty of shopping and restaurants all right here within walking distance from the hotel. One of my favorite hotels to stay at in Charlotte area.

Good location, includes wide selection of breakfast foods and drinks at night. Hotel was clearly new. Rooms were adequately clean. I was a bit surprised at the behavior of some of the other guest thus the reduction in stars. Example: walking past rooms that reeked of Weed, and elevators were also perfumed with this smell. These guest were not well behaved at breakfast either making the meal uncomfortable.

Very nice hotel staff and the rooms are the new modern sleek design furnishings. Dark woods with an IKEA feel. Big bathrooms and large bath towels. Hotel is walking distance to great bars and restaurants.

Great hotel. Very high end, upscale, building and rooms. Two free drinks at night and free cooked to order breakfast. Only complaint is no Ethernet ports in the room, and the free internet connection is ridiculously slow, as is the case with all Hilton hotels I've stayed at.

This is a newer Embassy Suites right in the heart of a great deal of restaurants. You have everything within walking distance and of course a wonderful hotel stay. The service is outstanding very attentive especially to their loyal Hilton honor members. It's definitely one of the nicer embassies to stay at just simply because everything is brand new and...

My family and I needed a place to stay for a couple nights when we were moving across town. I used my points to stay on the executive level here and we were beyond pleased. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and great with our toddler. Our room seemed modern, new, and very clean. Considering the stress of a move, we were very appreciative of having a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Had family in town staying at the hotel so we decided to have a few drinks at the bar & tried their happy hour buffet. Everything was great, they have a nice clean lounge inside & a comfortable patio with fire pits outside. A great way to spend a cool fall evening!

As soon as you walk in the door you're greeted by a smile! Both times we've stayed, the room has been clean and comfortable! They have a happy hour every evening which is nice and they even have snacks for the kids. The breakfast in the morning is by far the best complimentary breakfast I've ever had. I forgot several things and they gave me several things to get me through the night. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I obviously highly recommend staying here!

Such a fantastic and classy hotel. They truly pay attention to detail. House keeeping much have noticed i used the makeup remover wipes one night and the next day they left 3! I love staying here when on business.

Attended a quarterly meeting for Starbucks Management. Conference room easily sat 100+ Managers. Hotel provided our conference with a buffet of salad and pasta options during our lunch. Food was well prepared and attendants were courteous. Lobby was gorgeous and very well maintained.

This is our home away from home! Absolutely LOVE this place!!!! We stay here so often the staff remembers us and greets us like family with every visit... (unless someone new has started and doesn't know who we are... haha... lol) Friendly staff, great breakfast, happy hour, clean hotel... what more can you ask for??!!
