We just checked in to the hotel today, August 21st. The airconditioner is not working well and its too hot here to stay in the room. We are not able to relax. Then when it comes to faciliities, its just 2 towels for two people in the room!!!! And also no iron. You need to take all items downstairs to have them steam your clothes. Simply disappointed and not a good first impression!

Wonderful adults only hotel, attentive staff giving excellent customer service. Rooms cleaned daily. Food is excellent with a varied choice daily.

Ok we experienced huge problems here IT IS NOT FOR STAG N HEN PARTIES, NO MUSIC, PART OF THE HOTEL IS UNDER REFURB MAJORLY NEEDED WE WONT GO INTO DETAIL as Manwell rectified this problem beyond his duty. Thank you manwell

Beautiful hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is good and you can choose different places to have it - inside 2 different rooms and outside the same. Didn't try the buffet but heard is good. They also have a restaurant a la carte very good. It's 5m walk from the beach but you also have the swimming pool as an option plus indoor pool, spa and gym. Ah, and for the ones looking for some gambling, casino is literally 1 step from you..you'd almost think it's part of the hotel.

Great for conferences. Poor for guest quality. And unpleasantly addicted to Nestle products. Who would serve water from these Swiss thieves in preference to local Spanish spa water?!

Great location, 5 minute walk to beach, 10 to shops and marina. Good size rooms, adults only. Casino and gym/spa onsite. Good breakfast options.

A lovely hotel with welcoming staff. Location was close to the bay by taxi. Breakfast was plentiful with good options. Comfortable and clean bedroom and bathroom. The live music in the evenings and the attached casino was an added plus. There's also a convenience store opposite the hotel, which is handy.

Superb hotel and facilities a short distance from the main Banus strip and Marina. Staff and food at the hotel were excellent. Couldn't fault the place.

Clean room, polite staff and brilliant service throughout our stay. Would highly recommend to my family and friends and specially if you want that alone time with no kids running around.👌

After reading previous review I am surprised we did not have any events disturbing our stay. The hotel is very close to Puerto Banus and not far from Marbella town either. We were able to uses buses to go to Gibraltar for 10euros each way but I would definitely consider hiring transport next time as estepona is lovely too but easier to drive to. The breakfast was surprisingly quite nice given the hotel caters for hundreds. The pool is however I’ve cold so I do recommend they increase it a little as we were the only ones to brave it for 5minutes.

Excellent. Great Location, Helpful and friendly staff. If you are looking for a hotel with a good breakfast, then this is the place. The range of food is superb.
The same for the evening meal.
Hotel itself clean, spacious and great facilities.
Wi fi good.

Just left H10 Marbella thank god .Had a four night stay here staff terrible dont ask for cappuccino or latte coffee as they dont no what it is .Indoor pool and spa closed sun /mon
No air conditioning heating on and 19degrees outside rooms so hot
Free shuttle bus have to book once full does not make several trips and only a mini bus
Food awful asking for a outbreak of food poisoning
You can pick raw meat to give chef to cook it only dinner plates
People were putting the raw meat on there plate of food then giving the chef he cooked it and put back on same plate
Beds really uncomfortable
Thank god we had a hire car spent two days in gibralter lovely there

We loved our visit here! Visited in October during the Marbella walking. This was out of season and was great.
Plenty of space and was not busy.
Great selection of food - Especially veggie!
Breakfast was amazing!
Great customer service!
Great rooms with great air-con!
Nice clean pool area and a very short walk to Puerto Banus through the nearby subway tunnel - Which was well maintained (Even though it does not actually belong to the hotel!)
We hired the bikes and rode into Old Town Marbella along the beach and through Puerto Banus harbour and loved it!
Staff very helpful and offer great customer service!
Small shop right outside to buy everything you need.
Only down side is that the hotel cater to A LOT of 'corporate events' and most of the time other customers are left 'put out' by these as the hotel seem to wait hand and foot on the corporate customers - Even restricting parts of the hotel and pool to only corporate customers.
The one night they had a VERY loud party until the early hours and we could not sleep - There were glasses breaking and shouting. When we came down the morning later there were drops of blood in the foyer leading to the restaurant!
That being said it did not put us off and we would consider staying again.
