The breakfast was wonderful, the rooms were clean, and the staff was very nice. My only criticism is that my four year old could not reach the toilet paper while sitting on the potty. ;)

What makes this go from for to a five star review is Mickey who manages the continental breakfast. She made my stay for the past week amazing. Thank you for always having a smile and time for a short conversation. The food was good and the area always clean

The rooms are very clean and comfortable! The bedding is fluffy!! like sleeping in marshmallows, and the shower is big and spacious and perfect water pressure. (I dislike going to a place that has a screwed up water pressure because the shower head needs maintenance or replaced) but this one was perfect. Very relaxing experience staying here overnight!

Great location and wonderful staff. Shoutouts to their very friendly maintenance team, they greeted me and made conversation anytime they saw me. Clean room, and east access to lots of things in the Cape Coral area.

I like this place. I would give it give stars but I can't smoke in my room. There are places outside but I like to sit and ha e a cigar inside. Still a great hotel.

Desk staff was friendly for the most part, cleaning staff was amazing and very friendly, and Mickey in the kitchen not only made fantastic breakfasts, but also was very friendly. She greeted everyone and even took our empty plates and checked up on everyone. She really goes above and beyond!

Checked in for a long weekend, so far the experience has been wonderful! The room is spacious and they honoured my special request, which I appreciate tremendously!

We had a wonderful experience at Hampton Inn in Cape Coral. The staff is the best. Mickey, Michelin and the people at the front desk all are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and big. Would definitely come back.

The linens were crisp, clean and comfy. The beds, on the other hand, were a little too stiff for me. The people here are extremely pleasant and very accommodating. What makes this place is the lady that works the breakfast. She was a treat first thing in the morning. So full of energy and compliments. I wish there were more people in this world like her. She was handing out Easter eggs to the kids while wearing her bunny ears. Wish I would have caught her name, because she is really awesome!

Its a typical Hampton, but they did have a Tesla charging station. The staff were nice, the room clean, normal Hampton breakfast selection, outdoor pool. They are close to Cape Coral Beach and the Boat house tiki bar and several great restaurants.

Great breakfast variety. Updated rooms with great sheets. Closet a bit small, but we are not moving in. Just passing through. Quiet area not too close to the freeway.

I had a great stay and no problems. The pool is outdoors, and they have hot continental breakfasts in the lobby with news on the T.V. Free newspaper, coffee and hot chocolate available in the lobby 24/7. A bit on the expensive side but well worth the money.

It seems like the kind of place you'd stay on business travel. Not that I wouldn't bring kids or spouse, there just isn't much to do in the hotel. But if you have an itinerary outside of the hotel then it would still be a great stay. Beds are AMAZING! I wish I could've stayed longer. And I would definitely stay again. Rooms are clean. The one I stayed in was carpeted. Breakfast had a good variety- hot eggs, meat, starch tray changed daily. And there was always bread options, cereal, fresh fruit, waffles, and oatmeal- juice and coffee + creamers.
Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. When traveling for work, this is more important than the front desk may even know. To see a familiar friendly face every morning really helps when you're homesick. Most hotels are friendly and pleasant, but this place just has the right people on the staff.. It never seemed forced or impersonal. Conversations flowed easily with each of them.
Business center was roomy and had several computers in it. No copy or fax machine, but the front desk was very helpful with that. Adequate fitness center. Clean pool. I would recommend this hotel to anyone... Be aware that sometimes the Wifi isn't what we expect it to be. However, anyone can sign up with the rewards program and be upgraded for free.

Very nice and cozy. Due to work I lodge there for nearly 3 weeks. Staff is super nice . Breakfast is good but sometimes depending who's working the kitchen staff they break it down a little earliearlier than 10am.

Great stay. Had to stay due to damage from my home from hurricane Irma. Friendly staff. It has all the amenities you need. The omelets they served for breakfast weren't that good and the mattresses weren't soft but other than that it was a good stay away from home. I was happy with the cleanliness of it. One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in.

Hampton Inn & Suites Cape Coral provides a nice clean place. Good staff, helpful housekeeping, comfortable bed, decent breakfast, quiet environment for sleeping. Good value hotel by Holton in Southwest Florida's largest city. Close to restaurants and retail stores.

Hampton Inn Cape Coral was like an Oasis in the desert! Lost power at our house due to Hurricane Irma, they not only were fully functional, the staff is friendly and efficient, hotel is clean and organized. So glad we found this place, we'll definitely recommend to friends & family! Great location too!

Great Hotel . Very clean, everyone is as friendly as could be. We were welcomed as if we were apart of the family.

Decent hotel. Clean and professional. The pool was quite warm and they were low on towels there. Ice machine on our floor didn't work but others did. The free breakfast was pretty good but crowded.

Always friendly staff when we stay. Our room this time definitely is in need of some TLC and a makeover. We've stayed in much nicer, updated rooms in this same hotel. A couple healthy options for breakfast but mostly not. Overall, we will use this as our "go to" place to stay when visiting our family here in Cape Coral.

The staff are excellent 10 stars for them all. From the front desk to the kitchen and house cleaning. Cristine a worker there is the sweetest goes over and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed. She is someone I seen do all jobs in the hotel and with a huge smile. My 3 year old was walking down the hallway from the rain saying im cold and she got her a towel and wrapped her. I will always comeback here. I have a couple pictures of the staff i would love to post if i can. You will not be disappointed here. Oh and free breakfast 6am to 11am. Eggs sausage hash browns. Yogurt bagels english muffins cereal oatmeal waffles danishes coffee apple juice orange juice fruits. Heated pool and everywhere is clean.

Stayed while in town visiting family. The reviews are correct, the hotel is very nice but it is the employees that make it !! Lorelle checked us in and she was so helpful and FAST!! Kathy that does the breakfast area is AWESOME. She is so friendly and no matter what time you go there she makes sure there is enough items for everyone. Thank you all for a great stay! We will stay here again if we are in town.

The king suite room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were polite and helpful. I would stay there again.

The cookies each day, was a nice treat.Everyone was very helpful. They met our needs for a week. We did have trouble communicating with the housekeeping staff, but did manage.

Room was decent. View wasn't good. Housekeeping talking very loud in the hall woke me early. But I was greeted and checked in by the most genuinely sweet Lady name Lorella and for that reason alone I give 5 stars. Never met a staff member so nice in all my travels around the country!!

Love Hampton Inns and usually they are located in a more hotel density location. This one is tucked back and surrounded by what appear to be rental houses - parking lot was dark. I often travel alone and was glad my spouse was with me to walk me to and from car.

Digital check in makes it fast and easy Hot breakfast each morning Clean rooms, nice size. Each room has a refrigerator,coffee maker,and microwave Free internet,but have to enter each day. Coffee and tea is available 24/7 in the lobby

Typical amenities for the chain. Room layouts are constant nearly throughout the chain. The snow bird season price is high, but comparable with like properties in the area.

This location had nice sized refrigerator and also a laptop sized accommodating safe.

The complimentary breakfast had good tasting warm food. Would have liked to have seen more fresh fruit selections.

While there isn’t a whole lot of traffic volume on 47th Terrace overnight, occasional ‘loud’ cars could be a problem for very light sleepers with rooms on the street side.

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to ensure a room was waiting for us when we finally arrived five hours later than originally scheduled because of a cancelled flight. I called ahead as soon as I knew the flight was cancelled and the desk staff ensured me they’d hold the room which they did until our 4AM arrival.

Stayed one night while visiting family in the area. The hotel was easy to find, with plentiful parking for guests. There is a covered drive-up at the front entrance, which is a boon in Florida weather.

The room was clean and comfortable. It came with a coffee service, microwave, and mini-fridge. There was also an iron and ironing board in the closet. Plenty of towels and good water pressure. There was the usual small collection of bathroom amenities, but no shampoo to be found among them.

The staff was polite and helpful, especially Dino at the front desk.

The hotel serves a free breakfast, but it closes down at 10am. As I didn't get to the lobby until 10:15am, I can't critique it. Again, props to Dino for getting one of the hotel "Breakfast Bags" for me - apple, breakfast bar, and water at no charge.

I would happily stay here again in the future.

I'm writing this whilst I sit awake in my bed, still here at 230am. I can't fall asleep, even with earplugs in, the roar of cars outside sounds like we are outside with them. The people talking outside the room after they get off the elevator don't help either... it sounds like 5 people are having a party in my room every few minutes. The ac even rattles. Not to mention, mold in my bathtub, & a peeling popcorn ceiling over my horrifically uncomfortable bed. If I didn't have to be somewhere at 5am, I would have left. This Hhonors girl knew better. No more Hampton Inns for me!!

Breakfast needs some work. Three days with only Turkey sausage. Ended up eating breakfast out. Hotel was clean and quiet.

Friendly staff. Clean room. The A/C control didn't work (could have a dead battery). Location was convenient.

It's a great hotel if you won't spend much time in your room. I was in Cape Coral on business, a 4-night stay. The common areas and my room were consistently clean throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable, and the A/C was quiet and efficient. Staff is friendly and ready to help.

My room was a little cramped, it had two queen beds on one wall facing a desk, chair, chest of drawers, microwave+refrigerator cabinet, and low table on the opposite wall. So there wasn't a chair that faced the TV or a place (other than the desk) to sit and read. That was OK for me because I didn't have time to relax in my room but it isn't optimum if you'll be relaxing in the room.

Second or third time staying because it's close to our friends and super happy with everything. Front desk personnel was super friendly, every staff member we met was kind and helpful. Only complaint is the stupid light switch in the bathroom of our room. It was temperamental and a pain in the butt to get it to turn on and off.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn at Cape Coral, Fl. Every helpful employees and caring. We traveled with our granddaughter to Florida and while visiting a local beach area our granddaughter was sun burn. Staff was very helpful to our granddaughter with sun burn. One employee went after medication to help sooth the burn. Katherine at the breakfast area very friendly and made you feel very welcome. Great time

Slightly off the beaten path for those heading to Fort Myers, but otherwise couldn't have had a better staff and hospitality. Bonnie was the most thorough concierge I've ever met...going way above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we were accommodated to the nth degree. Recalled my name after checkin for the entire weekend, made sure we had more information we needed while visiting for the weekend. Free coffee and hot water/tea bar 24/7, yummy free continental breakfast. Next time I'm in the area, definitely will be staying here!

We spent 6 nights in January at the Cape Coral Hampton Inn. Our positive experience started with Bonnie who checked us in. So friendly and professional. Whenever she saw us she knew our names and welcome us each time we were in the lobby. She was excellent, her personality was extremely pleasant made our stay every enjoyable. The Hot Breakfast was more then we expected. Kathy and Mickey went above and beyond to prepare the breakfast for all the people who stayed at the Hampton Inn. The location and the staff will definitely bring us back to stay at this Hampton Inn for future trips to Cape Coral.

i stayed here back in Nov. in 2014 and I was quite content. After all the chaos i had been through in the weeks I spent running around not just cape coral, but along the gulf coast, this was the ONE place of solitude, and peace and quiet I had. I got to sleep in a big comfy bed with dark curtains drawn, and to my surprise even had a nice mini fridge in the room! the staff i interacted with were all very friendly. room was clean, spacious, had a couch and a desk, as well as plenty of drawers and closet space for storage. i look forward to staying here again on my upcoming trip back to cape here very soon.

The reception at the Hamptons Inn was very courteous .I'm handicapped and the person on duty right away suggested a handicap room near the pool and near the handicap parking with no upcharge for the room, the facilities a very clean conveniently located and they recommended a lovely restaurant just 5 minutes away on the water where I watch the beautiful sunset I would come back here again and again
