Homewood suites knocking out the park again in Hartford. Some small bit setbacks no pool or hot tubs :( but it's Hartford, CT. Had to changes room due to lack of views. Hartford gives a little "old school" NY shady, like the guy with the trench coat selling "Guccci" watches. All in all things weren't that bad. There a labor day dinner event tomorrow going to be my last meal hopefully it's great. Check out pics!

Overall the hotel is located in a convenient location. There are many bars and restaurants that can be easily accessed from here. My review is a 3 star because the hotel is a 3 star. The rooms were outdated and felt dirty. The elevator smelled like pee and breakfast was not the best.

Great location convenient to downtown. We stay here every year. Spacious rooms with plenty of room for friends. Great amenities, hearty breakfast. EXCELLENT customer service that only gets better every year.

The parking situation and location in general is a bit odd. Customer service varies as the girl I checked in with seemed nice enough but never got the answer to my question back to me before she left, the guy that helped me the next day was great and actually followed up, however.

Staff were more than accommodating! Suite was the best! Reception venue spectacular!

Joshua P. , the manager, was very helpful and kind. Provided a lot of insight about the area considering we were visiting from out of state. I love Homewood Suites hotels and this one is no exception. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. The hotel is also nicely situated in the heart of Hartford.

I have spent months here years ago. It has been upgraded since and even better than before. The staff is friendly, location is great, and always quiet and comfortable

You can hear everything in your room, the neighbors all around, the loud fridge, traffic etc. Has an old feel to it and the sheets arent soft. Wouldn't really recommend. Breakfast is okay.

I have been to a few Homewood suites and this one was subpar. The creeking itchy sheet covered bed lead to a rough night sleep but the friendly and helpful staff and amazing breakfast made up for most of it. Decent views and overall good atmosphere

Suite was clean and everything worked. The breakfast was great and the evening social hours was excellent. Great food and snacks. The hotel is close to a lot of great restaurants.

Homewood suites will make you feel like you are at your home not in a hotel. They offer small plates in evening social from Monday to Thursday. They also serve complimentary hard drinks. Nice place to stay...

The location is good, a short walking distance from a lot of restaurants and other interesting places. Breakfast is free and they have a evening socials(?) Mondays-Thursdays where they serve free dinner. The staff at the dining area are friendly.

I was rested and happy when I left. Good place to leave refreshed and rejuvenated.

Clean room, nice amenities. My only beef was a really loud fridge clattering next to me all night. But overall, a pleasant stay.

At the Homewood on Asylum Street in Hartford. Just fantastic! The staff is kind and friendly, the room is perfect and the breakfast was great. Wish we were staying longer.

Out of town family stayed here during a recent wedding. Very clean, very spacious! No complaints!

The rooms are big, and nice as long as you aren't directly across from the bar next door. Free dinner with beer is a great addition.

What can I say? It's Homewood Suites. Emphasis on Home. The staff at every Hilton I've ever been to appears to have endless amount if patience and generosity. Always a nice time, and I always hate to leave

Good place to stay when in Hartford. Good central location. Suite was huge and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy and room was spotless. Toilet was a bit noisy when the tank was refilling but other than that ithe room was fine. Breakfast was buffet style and had all the hot and cold options you would expect. Parking was $16 extra.

Good location. Room very clean. Check in less than five minutes. Called maintenance twice, both responded under 10 minutes. Would stay here again.

The rooms have plenty of space. Comfortable beds. Staff was really sweet and free breakfast is always nice. Best part of it was the fresh fruit.

The location is easy to find with very convenient parking across the street. The rooms are very clean and roomy. And the room service is very kind and accommodating

We were there for a wedding. The hotel doesn't seem the cleanest, but we weren't staying there. The ballroom on the eleventh floor was fantastic though. Great views and a great venue.

What an excellent experience! We had an awesome suite! Free beers, wine, and nachos around 5pm. Staff is top notch. Just excellent!

Location was easily accessible, i stayed there for a wedding. The hotel provided a shuttle to and from which was nice as well. The room was clean and spacious, i would recommend this establishment to a friend.

Great design on the room, lots of space but there were definitely some cleanliness issues that you'd have expected to not be an issue.

We have organizing events there for the last six years. We love the new upgrades! Its a bit overpriced but if you make arrangements early enough you can save $$$

Spacious rooms, light snacks in the evening. The only negative is that there us a bar next store that is loud. Avoid the west side rooms if possible.

Great hotel at budget prices. The rooms are near and clean and the food tastes great. You get free bottled water during your stay. The only problem is, their 24x7 convenience store has very high prices for simple items, and there are not many items there. A point of beer costs 6$s. I can get 6 for 10 outside. Other than that, it is also at a great location, very near to the union station and situated in the downtown.

The facilities were nice, however the layout of the building was interesting. It was nice that you had to use your room key to gain access to the halls in which your room was located. Parking was extra as is the case in most cities however it was located behind the building and only accessable via a narrow alley way or an adjacent road, it wasn't well signed. The rooms were clean and updated. The standard internet was more then sufficient so I wouldn't advise purchasing the premium internet.

The room was quite neat and tidy. The provided breakfast was almost perfect (how could there not have been bacon), and the staff was friendly and courteous.

It's quiet compared to the other nearby Hilton. Good free breakfast.

Stayed here one night for business in the Hartford area. Good location on a block near some restaurants, close to Union Station and within a short walk to other city attractions. Clean large room. Didn't try the breakfast but went to Sarah's Coffee House down the street.

The location was great, which is the best feature. Everything was clean and well kept. I feel as though, for the price, the room could have been nicer. There was a cooktop that looked to be in disrepair, no extra pillows or blankets in the room. Generally a positive experience, however the details were lacking

This hotel is in a great location right in downtown Hartford. It has a great shuttle service that will take you anywhere in a 3-mile radius and the rooms are awesome. I would highly recommend it. Will return.

Comfy stay !! Not for quiet surrounding loving sleepers due to late night music and other noises coming from a pub around.

Price for the space we had in the room was great. Free breakfast was good too. Would stay here again.

Good hotel. Clean and modern. Gorgeous view from my room on the front of the building. Breakfast is above average for a free hotel breakfast. Possibly the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. I wished they had self-serve laundry.

Nice location, great staff, nice rooms (especially for a downtown location), and decent breakfast. They have a conventional hall or something on the top floors. When someone is having an event up there, the elevators are a nightmare!

Ciester, the assistant general manager, was phenomenal. She was very accommodating to us. Will definitely be back.

Big rooms with kitchenettes. Free food is alright, but it's free so what else would you be expecting.

Overall, my stay at this hotel has been excellent. The rooms are much larger than any other comparative hotels I stayed at. It has a full kitchen and in this particular room 2 bathrooms. The room is clean and has all the expected amenities. They provide both breakfast and happy hour at no charge.
