Great location - across the road from water front and near centre of town. Looking for a good breakfast skip here and go to the cafe by the massive sun dial on the other side of the waterfront (just a short walk). Dated decor. Nice staff. Love the indoor spa and pool. Comfortable enough.

Hmm. I stayed here thinking that being part of the Millennium group, it would deliver on certain expectations. It didn't.

The bar staff were friendly, but that was it. Check-in staff looked fed up, restaurant staff at breakfast were disinterested, and the whole hotel looked and felt old and tired.

Stayed one night and went elsewhere the following nights.

Very disappointing.

Hotel is in a good location and the desk staff were friendly. The room was dated and dusty and had a long desk at the end with two chairs either side that didn't fit underneath it, for some reason. I ordered breakfast to the room which was ok. Not the worst hotel, but I'd try somewhere else next time.
