Au "Jardin des sens" comme au "Comptoir des saveurs", la cuisine des Pourcel est une pure expérimentation gustative. Les combinaisons de goûts ont pourtant de quoi surprendre. Et pourtant mon palet est à chaque fois conquis.
Le service m'a paru parfait c'est-à-dire accueillant tout en se faisant oublier.
Un des rares restaurants du Sud où la cuisine surprend encore. Merci aux deux frères !

Beautifully prepared and inventive food, but just missing that something special that would elevate it to the highest level, especially given the extremely high price.
The setting is pleasant although the dining room is a bit cavernous and does feel like a bit of a warehouse. Staff service was attentive without being outstanding.
We opted for a six course menu and asked for wine to be matched. This wasn't listed as an option on the menu, but the staff were happy to accommodate. One word of caution - be prepared to pay for this. We didn't have a wine per course and the wine still came to almost €150! The food itself was excellent - inventive, well prepared and with complimentary flavours and textures. Pacing was also excellent.
So all in a pleasant if expensive experience.

Très déçue par rapport à ma dernière visite à la fin des années 90 où c'était vraiment excellent. Ca reste correct bien sûr mais ne vaut plus son prix. Vit sur sa réputation.

Bon oui mais c'est sur fait.... Cela ne vaut pas ce prix... Une visite des guides pour leur redonner envie de faire de la bonne cuisine serait bien

le restaurant par lui meme tres bien .du personnels agreables.mais un peu decue de la cuisson de mon poisson trop cuit quel domage quand paie un repas pour deux 300 eur .de plus chez un etoilé!!!!!!
