Nice comfy hotel to have a staycation at. Staff are generally quite friendly and wouldn’t look down on you just because you’re a Singaporean and not a tourist. We even got a free upgrade when we stayed here for the first time, which was nice. Good location too, as it’s not right smack in the centre of Orchard, where it might be too noisy and crowded, but it’s not too far away from all the shops and cafes. Nice to have a morning stroll from hotel to town, as you’re able to find many underrated cafes there. Overall, a very good hotel for any kind of occasion, be it business trip, couple anniversaries, family staycation, tourists etc.!

It is a lovely hotel which reflects the past and present of hotels in Singapore. It has a rustic exterior which is about to have a makeover. It is conveniently located at Tangling Road. Next to it is Hard Rock cafe. Very close to all the shopping areas in Orchard like 313, CK Tang, Wisma Atria, etc.

A place shows its colours when things go wrong. The staff were a massive help when my son quickly became very sick in the middle of the night hours before we were due to fly out. Getting a great doctor so fast, an injection to halt the vomiting and oral medication once that had taken effect meant we all left and got home as scheduled hurray!!😀

Well, i got married here, so my opinion may be biased. The hotel is clean, with a fantastic location to boot. It's not top of the line fancy, but has a decent collection of Chinese and Japanese restaurants to curb those hunger pangs, not to mention that more restaurants are just a stone's throw away down Orchard Road.

Located at top of Orchard Road.it is esay to walk down Orchard Road where the main stores.stores are. Some of the rooms have been recently re-decorated and are comfortable. Service is good and staff very helpful. A pleasant hotel.

Swimming pool is 1.20, just right for adults and children. Breakfast is good, lots of options. They serve a couple of indian dishes. The rest is like a continental breakfast. Rooms are very spacious.

Restaurant is my favorite place as waiter and waitress are super patient and listen to my orders very carefully and repeat all my orders and even very well very with what is serve in the dishes. Thumbs up to them

Enjoyed our stay on the executive lounge floor. Room was well maintained and clean. Staff provoded excellent customer service and the longe service was good.

Value for money. Has facility for retaining luggage if required. Has smoking rooms. Close to the bus stand and macdonalds. Orchard Street which is full of good shops and malls.

The most uncomfortable things is that the toilets either in the hotel or elsewhere in the city aren't equipped with a Jet spray only tissue paper
The top floors of the hotel are maze like so it's difficult to navigate with heavy luggage

The hotel is conveniently located at the start of orcahrdbroad the shopping belt of Singapore but the hotel is located at more quiet portion of orchard. There also a few restaurant that located near and in the hotel. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

Best hotel at the other end of Orchard Hotel, there are many shops and restaurants at the first floor of this hotel. There are a wide range of services in the office section of this hotel, you can Visit a body specialist for treatment, or apply for MACS pass to Visit malaysia. You can find cigars and wine at the Oak Cellars as well.

My room was on 10th floor and had a nice view of the pool. I considered the room size to be decent. Hotel staffs were friendly, I liked the handy phone with free India &USA calling and break fast buffet was so good. Somethings I felt could have been better: Tv channels we're not enough. If I remember correctly, less than 10 channels were accessible. It specially lacked international channels. In room lunch/dinner options were nothing great and I considered the prices (except the Asian menu) on the higher side. It was quite satisfactory when I explored other food options nearby. Overall, it was a good experience staying in the Orchard Parade and I will recommend it to my friends or who ever reads this review.

Was at a wedding dinner and the deco was very dated. The way the wedding was conducted was also very dated. Who in this day and age has an entrance of the dishes? Need to keep up with the current time! Make it seem like this is the wedding in the year 2018! Not 1988!

Rooms are spacious, but can be loud since it's next to the main road.

Some of the staff are friendly, others not so much. Just got told off by one employee at the Club Lounge, telling me not to leave a mess because they serve "VIP clients" there. So, that makes me a Very Unimportant Person? And isn't it the employee's job to keep the place tidy? That's why we pay the hotel money, right? To deal with this sort of thing.

Some re-training of staff is clearly needed...

Short taxi or train ride to all main attractions. Lots of restaurants close by. Staff amazing! So helpful and respectful of all our needs. Rooms spotless and very comfortable. Adjoining rooms are an option. Buffet breakfast had a lot of choice and good value. Really enjoyed our stay here!

Attended a wedding dinner over here. Food were great and service is good. Attitude of staff were good as well. Ambience was not bad.

Good hotel. Just newly renovated from inside out. Cosy rooms, friendly staff. Overall nice experience here. 5th floor is especially for smoker's. Else all hotel is smoke free.

The location of the hotel is great, just right at the other end of Orchard. Shopping malls are all within walking distance. You can also take the bus down the road. The staffs are all very friendly, I was greeted every morning by the cleaning lady and that was nice. The hotel is a little old, but I was told it's going through renovating work at the moment. Even so, it wasn't a problem for me. The amenities are good enough for me, and I had some good sleep and stay there. Highly recommend if you're just looking for a place to stay around Orchard and doesn't really care much about the amenities.

I was there to attend my cousin''s wedding banquet. The air conditioning in the ball banquet room was strong, but not to the point people were complaining about it. The lighting and service was swift and lavish. Dishes were just right and splendid. I certainly enjoyed my cousins marriage banquet and would be looking forward to hosting mine there.

The hotel is located at one end of the famous orchard road. This was a major reason for us to stay here however the service and hospitality is sub par. Everyone from bell boys to front desk managers are not very warm in the way they meet and greet you. Not the kind of experience you would like from a big hotel like this one. Rooms and amenities were clean and at par with other hotels in the category. Breakfast area is small and usually full. Also there is very little choice for vegetarians in the buffet. Overall a very average experience. Pricing is also on the average side but the location is great for shoppers. Next time around I would like to experience another hotel.

Pleasant dining experience at the Chinese restaurant there. Had typical 8 course meal with slightly different take on certain dishes, e.g steamed fish in soy sauce but with the addition of white pepper. Overall, food was filling and delicious with good service.

Orchard Parade hotel is located at the central area of the shopping area in Singapore which are easily accessible by public transport. There are a lot of shopping malls in Orchard and variety of brands from big names like LV and even to small brands like Giodano. It is a shopping paradise for tourists and even for the local. The hotel rooms are clean and pleasant and you will feel like is like in your home. The decoration is cozy and romantic and it is a ideal hotel for tourist to stay in. Their hotel staff is well manners, courtesy and polite to the guests and they will treat you like VIP. Their food is delicious and you will definitely eating more. It is considered a 4 star hotel and tourists can try to stay here if they visit Singapore

The room of the hotel is nice. Surrounding of the hotel got afew more shopping mall.. Many choices of food can eat.. The service in the hotel is good. The hotel is in town so easy to go anywhere.

This hotel used to be Ming Court Hotel. It is a very basic hotel development for today's standards. However it features good Chinese and Japanese restaurant. Next door is Forum Galleria which specialises for early childhood services and retail. Orchard Road shopping street is a short walk down Orchard Road.

Had a lovely stay here with my family. Great location and nice rooms. Only downside was, when we stayed, there was no wi-fi included so we had to use the computers downstairs. Would stay here again though if I'm ever in Singapore. We didn't have any issues, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

It has a quaint, country-villa feel. The Chinese restaurant, Kam Boat, which was my destination serves good food and seems to be quite popular, with families celebrating birthdays and bus loads of tourists.

I went there for a event, the place was well decorated, if you ask a staff member there they kindly direct you/reply you without hesitating

Location, location, location. Great location, huge rooms (by modern hotel standards) but it is very old and a bit run down. Carpets look like there were last updated in the last century. But since you're here for the city and not the hotel room is great and I'll definitely be here again.

It is clean, the room is decent and the location on the edge of Orchard Road. Good location. The price is a little bit on the high side for the quality. There is no lobby for guests to sit in. Just 8 chairs and 2 3-seats sofas. The people working there are very nice and helpful. Ask for early check-in and for late checkout whenever booking a room as this is not the norm.

Good location brings a lot of tourists in so it's on the noisier side. Rooms are refurbished and sufficiently sized. At the far end of Orchard so it's not as busy on the outside. Pool is great for kids but not for exercise.

Enjoyed my stay here. Close to the shopping and the underground (mrt). However, orchard towers across the street has a unique crowd that appears at roughly around midnight which can be slightly sketchy.

This is a very deluxe hotel. They even have a free cell phone for you to take during your stay. Well, I hope it's free. I'll update this post if I get an atrocious bill. They have a lot of services in the hotel, including a medical center. The pool is very nice, big, and clean. The breakfast buffet is good, but the servers seem a little confused. They did have a lot of clearly marked vegetarian options. It took me a while to check in, but I might have just arrived at a busy time. Everyone was friendly and it's pretty quiet.

A bit pricey (coz of the location), rooms are nice and cosy.

Exellent place. On a first floor there're cafes and restaurants with different kitchens- asian or europenian. Room were huge. Big bed, big tv. And the most cool stuff-there was a smart phone with a free local calls, 4g internet, sight seens map and so on. That was awsome.

Nice hotel nice rooms good rates. Service poor. Jenna at reception was VERY rude. When I asked her to combine my 2 separate bookings( 2 nights plus 1 more consecutive night) the first thing she said was NO WE CANNOT. what kind of attitude is that for reception staff??? She did not even look at my booking confirmation print out that I handed to her before she replied and said NO.
only after checking her computer did she say that the reservations had already been combined. No greeting, no smile, no thank you.

Travelled to Singapore Aug and stayed here for three nights. Located the entrance of famous shopping district Orchard Road, just 10 minutes walking to major shopping centers. Hotel was pretty nice, clean and quiet. I had perfect sleep every night. Room was well maintained and very comfortable. Compare price, location and environment, Orchard Parade will be my first choice for my next trip.
