Extremely personal staff. The whole place was amazing. The breakfast that was included was great as well. The room itself was exceptionally spacious, clean, had everything you could've possibly needed... or forgot lol!

We had our family reunion meet and greet here. Everyone was very professional and this place was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel

My boyfriend is in the military and we always prefer to stay with staybridge every time he is on orders. Working for a timeshare company, I deal with customer service all the time. This place is the definition of great customer service, from front desk to house keeping. Everyone is so nice. Frankie, Will, Mrs. Flo are very great examples to name a few. Besides friendliness, the hotel is clean, well maintained and the amentias are endless. I also have a great stay here.

This place was amazing! The room was super clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Great price for a 4 star hotel, and it definitely lives up to that rating. No bugs and didn’t hear much noise at all. The front desk employee was very friendly.

This is such a nice hotel. Great for our family of 4. The kids had their own room on the pull out couch. Hot breakfast was top notch! Would definitely stay here again! Front desk staff checking us in was absolutely delightful .

If I ever have the choice I will stay at a Staybridge from now on when I'm traveling. This hotel is under renovation but the staff and construction crew work hard to make sure you don't see it. The only reason I put 4 stars is because the internet is quite dodgy. It's 2018, I know we can do better than 5mbps.

Clean, friendly staff, and great value. The suite was large and perfect for my family. The kitchen was stocked to cook meals. The cost of your stay includes breakfast buffet. And dinner during the week. The food was great. Absolutely the best grits, we have ever ate!!! Facility also had free washers and dryers on site. We had everything we needed right there.

Tia place is great! The rooms are being renovated, laundry machines are free of charge, and the breakfast and dinners are restaurant worthy.

Very nice extended stay hotel. They serve dinner 4 nights a week and daily hot breakfast. The food is good. Rooms are nice. Staff is nice.

I booked an overnight stay here for our weekend get away. We got the 2 room suite (1Q, 2D beds). We arrived an hour early and our room was already waiting for us. Everything was super clean from the desk all the way into the room. The front desk smelled so good and the rooms didn't have that bleached out smell or a funny oder either that most places have. The staff was very friendly and polite.The beds were really comfortable; not too soft or too hard. The only complaint we had was the couch wasn't very comfortable for any long period of sitting. The bathrooms were very clean as well. The rooms werent paper thin walls either which made for a peaceful experience. Definitely will stay here again!!! Thanks for making our weekend restful!

My goto place to stay in Charleston. Of course in Staybridge style, dinner and drinks Monday thru Thursday. And the rooms are clean and maintained well. Love the breakfast options, they even have thinhs set out 30 min before start time some mornings. I hayr missing staybridge breakfast!!

We made reservations months ago so we would be able to view the Solar Eclipse. I have to say our accommodations are beyond our expectations. The suite is very nice, comfortable beds and a sofa bed in the sitting area. The room is very clean and our stay has been delightful.

It's awesome the rooms are like a little appartment. Its very comfortable. The staff were so sweet when I had questions I loved staying there.

This is an awesome hotel! Hospitality hour Monday thru Thursday with delicious food, beer, and wine! Pork chops, burgers, barbeque, steak, fried chicken, desserts, salad, all complimentary! I stay here every chance I get! Special shot-out to Flo and Frankie!

This is my 4th time staying in this hotel and it's always been such a pleasant experience. Breakfast is always good and Dinner is awesome especially when they give free alcoholic beverages. Always treated very well every time I come.

Great place to stay. We stayed where when we moved to the area and were still looking for a house. They made us feel right at home. The hotel is clean, there is an exercise room and free laundry. The heated pool was a favorite of our kids. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinners that were provided. We were here for weeks and my kids loved the employees because they remembered them and made it more fun for them. I'd highly recommend staying here if you can get a room. They were full the entire time we were here and it is because of their great service that people want to stay here.

I was given a task to setup a corporate account for room reservations with my company over the next few months. I spoke with almost a dozen hotels in the area. After talking with Staybridge, seeing their spotless rooms, and hearing about all of their accommodations (including dinner on most weekday nights) they were the obvious choice. To top it off the customer service is great too. They heard about an issue I was having with locating a training facility and offered multiple suggestions and even made a few phone calls. Highly recommended.

Really nice hotel. Room was very clean. I booked a smoking room, but the guest that had the one I was supposed to get extended their stay. Not that big of a deal, but the staff gave me a coupon for 10 dollars in their store. Just awesome customer service. Overall great hotel experience.

Very clean and quiet. Breakfast and dinner is good. 10 mintues from downtown, right off the highway. Cracker barrel and IHOP in the adjacent lot.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful two night stay at this hotel. Out of all of the IHG properties I have stayed at this hotel has the best service, staff and overall experience.

The staff greeted us when we first walked in and made sure we had everything we needed. They then called early in the evening to check how we were doing and asked if we needed anything.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The internet was fast and the connection consistent. Wasn't a problem for my family to stream Netflix or Hulu.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and very helpful.

The cleaning staff were also friendly and helpful.

The day we were to check out, one of the staff members dropped off a hand written thank you card.

It isn't very often that you receive this level of service and we will definitely come back!

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Dog friendly, full kitchen, free breakfast, suite with two beds. We didn't expect the free dinner Tuesday-Thursday and it was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free movies for rental and plenty of on site laundry machines. The indoor pool was also nice.

My family and I have stayed at Staybridge on 3 different occasions and we always have the best service. Rooms are big, clean, and comfy. Free breakfast buffet is fantastic and they even have free dinner with alcohol some nights. The staff is the friendliest I've ever seen on any hotel. Definitely the best place to stay, especially with children and pets!

I love the suites with the full kitchnette. Clean rooms (except I found a hair on the toilet once) and good breakfast and dinner.

I searched and searched for a hotel that we could afford and be within a reasonable distance to Folly Beach. This hotel was great! We had our family of four (2 adults, 3 yr old and 4 month old) plus my mother and sister. Due to our size, we were upgraded for free (woot!). Although we would have been fine with to queen beds and a sofa bed, we loved the king bed, two queens and sofa bed. It was very clean, with a spacious kitchen. Next time, we'll save more by cooking a simple meal in.
It was 35 minutes to Folly, which is reasonable since it pretty much takes 30 minutes to get there unless you stay on the beach or downtown Charleston.
Breakfast was good and there was plenty to choose from. My husband didn't complain about the coffee, which I took as a good sign :)
Overall, would definitely return and appreciate the kindness from the front desk.

Awesome hotel with reasonable prices. Good breakfast spread in the morning, really nice rooms. Not the best location, takes a bit to get downtown, but that is the only thing I'd fault it on.

This has been the best stay at any hotel that my wife and four children and I have ever experienced. The staff has been courteous and service has been outstanding. I highly recommend to anyone staying in the Charleston area! I am so pleased I will be giving another rave review in another website, as well!
