Large, very clean and quiet suite. Good A/C, fridge, even dishes were nicely placed and clean in cabinet. Very impressed with quality versus price.

The hotel is great and so are the amenities, but the cleanliness was not the best. There was a cracker and ants in the corner of the bedroom and a child's you under the bed and a huge roach that crawled from under the bed. I've stayed at other Staybridge Suites before and absolutely love them which is why I chose this hotel for our date weekend. In closing the staff was great and the hotel is great overall, but I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of our King Suite

I haven't been to a hotel as nice as this one. Very clean, friendly staff, all the services are extremely good. Keep it up stay bridge suits.

Hands down the best hotel I've stayed in. And I'm soooo picky. Hubby and I got free tickets to a concert at Billy Bob's. So we got a night away in fort Worth. This place was extremely clean. Windowsills and Doors we're White glove cl an as well . No funny smells. No hallway noise keeping me up. Great breakfast. Great bed. And they had lots of pillows. So many free samples in your room and the prices was great.

I was at the Staybridge Suites for one week on business. My room was very comfortable and roomy. Kitchen and shower facilities were excellent. Breakfast is simple but of good quality. The gym and pool areas are small but well maintained.

There are lots of restaurants in the immediate area for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel itself was very nice and the staff was great. They met our every need and question with a smile. Would definitely stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Every staff member I met was incredibly helpful and kind, the room was beautiful with a great view, and anything I needed, I was provided. I will definitely look into this hotel again next time I have to stay in the area.

Very nice hotel a bit pricey but nice and well worth the price on some days. More than 120 though is too much for 1 night even though its nice weekend rates are too much. Your not buying the room just sleeping in it for one night so dont overpay anywhere if you can.

The hotel was very nice the people that work there were great. The Room was very clean had everything from silverware to pots and pans to an extra blanket pillow, iron blow dryer coffee pot, a 2 burner stove top, refrigerator and microwave. On top of all of that they have a very good hot breakfast. They had oatmeal with all the Trimmings.mixed fruit chilled. Bacon, eggs French toast sticks, Biscuits with sausage gravy.I don't Think there's anything someone could have asked for that they did not have.The coffee was great to... by the way.
* The beds were very comfortable rooms were quiet.

Now I'm gonna say the only complaint that I had about this hotel was one small elevator at 1 end of the building, we, on the other hand had a room on the 3rd floor at the opposite end of the Building.

Not the same Staybridge Suites that I have been used to in the past. When I made my reservation I was told I would have a ground floor and confirmed it when I made my reservation, because I have a service dog. When I arrived they had me on the third floor. Angel at the front desk was able to put me in a ground floor. But when I went down to the room they have been doing some construction in the hallway and there was dogs barking in the room across the hall. I went back down to the front desk and ask Angel if you had another room. He gave me a room at the other end on the ground floor. I brought my belongings in and my service dog. When I went to go take a shower I saw how dirty the shower was. I called Angel and he came and looked at it but there was nothing that could be done because it was too late that night. So I disinfected the shower myself with disinfectant that I had brought with me. There was also a strong smell of mold when you walked in the room. But I did not tell Angel about it until the next day, and he came in the room and was also able to smell the mold. I have stayed at this property numerous times, and this was a very disappointing stay for me. In the past this has been an excellent property to stay at. To tell the truth, if it hadn't been for Angel being so nice and accommodating, I would have left and gone to another hotel. The housekeeping was not as efficient as in the past either. They never even bothered to empty my trash the second day and I was there for three days. And I had to go down and get towels at the front desk. Plus I had called the front desk that morning and told them that I was leaving and requested service for my room. Like I said, Angell was outstanding, and if it would not have been for him I would not have stayed there

Love the free dinners Mon, Tues, and wens, and the Texas shaped waffles are so cute, my kids loved them. Plus free washers and dryers, and an awesome staff truly male this hotel amazing! I'd rather stay here then at the Doubletree by Hilton!!!

The rooms were not ready when we arrived at 5pm. They informed us that it would be ready in 20 minutes. We went to grab a bite and came back at 6pm, and one room was ready, but the other wasn't. We went to the first room to get changed, and at 7pm the other room was still not ready. They seemed to be short staffed on house keepers, which lead to rooms not being ready. They did comp one of our rooms for the night, but it was very inconvenient. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Other than the delay on the room it was a great stay. However it's a little rediculous that rooms aren't ready at 7pm when check out is at noon.

This is our second stay ever at a Staybridge Suites and it was just as consistently awesome as their mukilteo location. Staybridge has become my favorite banner to take my touring musicians due to this great second experience. Couldn’t ask for more friendly and happy staff. Plenty of washers and dryers in good working order that there is no charge to use. Great rooms with full kitchens and plenty of real cups, plates, forks, etc. Noon checkout is standard. You won’t find a better complimentary hot breakfast. Loved the soda and tea fountains and complimentary Texas shaped waffle maker. A great experience that I will continue to treat my artists to. Thanks gang!

Amazing room and fantastic facilities. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. I only stayed one night but the full kitchen in the suite we stayed was really nice and super modern. I liked the marble counter tops and full size coffee machine. The couch I think folded out into a futon. The complimentary laundry room was free to use, bring your own soap or buy it up front. Oh Ya the little shop next to the front desk for amenities and snacks was convenient. The fitness room was very nice. If I come back to the area I will stay here again!

Anytime I have to go to Ft Worth this hotel is my go to! The staff goes above and beyond and the accommodations are awesome. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Our stay was pleasant. Customer service was fine, rooms were clean and comfortable. AC is amazing and was confirmed in 2 rooms on different floors, it gets cold! Breakfast was great for a hotel that doesn't have a restaurant in it.

Great place to stay. Clean and quiet. The nightly cookies are a nice touch. The only issue is that I've too many of the cookies.

Room was very spacious for 4 people. Hidden bed in the couch. Very quiet and friendly staff. Free laundry on site. Kitchen has full fridge. Toaster. Pots and pans. And dishes for 4. But disposal malfunction during last day of our stay.

Rooms are large, full kitchen (no oven except counter top), bedrooms are spacious, breakfast is self serve with lots of choices, pool & surrounding area are user friendly. It has two person computer area, a family theater room, a meeting room, fireplace with cable TV. Highly recommend this place for Shor & long stays.

This place is awesome. Breakfast was great! Eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, fruit, texas waffles, oatmeal, danish & cereals. Had a mini theatre (bring your own movie). Rooms were very very clean. Staff so nice. Front desk girl is so friendly and helpful. Visited with the manager she was so nice to take time to see if we needed anything. Holiday inn should give this hotel an award. Exceptional!!!!

Great stay. Chris V the manager and staff are extremely customer service related. It's been years since i was treated so well. Great weekly happy hours and family events. Chris even left a small token of appreciation with a personal letter of thanks. Above and beyond service. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was great. Staff was very courteous and respectful. Rooms are well maintained and spacious. Enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend and definitely stay here in the future. Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the lady working the breakfast area was very nice and respectful

Lots to say about this property.

First, the trashcans in the rooms are TINY ! If you find yourself here for more than a day or two & you utilize the kitchen, you'll want to grab extra bags. The rooms are spacious. Beds are a little stiff compared to a Hilton bed.

During our stay, the fire alarm went off at 215 am. Not the hotels fault, granted, but it did take an hour for the hotel to get the system turned off. Also, no directions from staff during all this. I didn't see any staff clearing halls or rooms, in fact I saw not one staff member during all of this. I'm not faulting the hotel for the alarm, just the lack of info availble and certainly the fact the staff isn't trained to operate the fire alarm properly, can make for bad sleep.

Love this place and always stay here which is every 3 months for doctors visits. Super clean, the food is good. It has a family movie room where you can watch dvds you bring in on a big screen with surround sound. Out door pool.

Big beautiful spacious room! Unfortunately...1. Was listed as $99+ tax and the tax turned into $40 extra which makes it very misleading by price. Only staying in town for one night (total of 10 hours) and to me the price is not worth it. I would have stayed elsewhere if I knew this was the case. 2. Bed is rather stiff and uncomfortable. After a day of driving 12 hours I thought anything would have been more comfortable than being in the car, but this bed isn't. Very disappointed. 3. Room had an "interesting" smell when walking in. Kind of stale smell. 4. Towels were SUPER rough on skin

Nice, clean generic hotel experience. Friendly staff. Good service. Continental breakfast. Good value. The suites are great when traveling with kids.

Very clean! Spacious room, all items in the room worked, plenty of hot water. Comfy beds. Staff was very friendly, even found some treats our allergic dog could eat. Plenty of good food within walking distance. Quiet. The little things were nice: the 'pet in room' door magnet so housekeeping didn't accidentally let the dog loose, the popcorn, the kitchen that had utensils and a mini-dishwasher. Two TVs. Freezer and icemaker in the room. Luggage carts so we could bring up all we needed in one trip. Easy access to highway and gas. Definitely top of my list of places to stay when I travel.

As soon as we got into our room.. we were amazed it was clean, big enough and the room design is stylish not the typical boring usual inns you find. The bed is comfortable enough... i travel alot around the world and been to many hotels and inns the first thing you wanna feel (being away from home all the time) is that homey feeling once you enter your room. The staff are very friendly as well. Breakfast was simple and good. The only thing i didnt like was the nasty smell coming from the bathroom/toilet,the bathroom was an open one and next to our bed hope it somehow had a door ... Will definitely recommend Staybridge 😊

A convenient hotel right off the highway. The room was clean, large, and comfortable. Breakfast was simple and tasted okay. Mostly fast food options in the immediate vicinity.

Stayed for a cheer competition this weeks and we enjoyed all the amenities the hotel offered especially the complementary hot breakfast. It was nice not having to wake up wondering where we were going to drive to find breakfast.

Great if you want your vehicle broken into. Nice hotel in a ghetto area and NO surveillance cameras. My company doesn't allow us to bring company vehicles because the catalytic converters were getting stolen out from underneath them! 2 other coworkers of mine have had their vehicles broken into here. Leave your doors unlocked and take valuables with you if you stay here unless you want to pay for a broken window.

Excellent hotel, but internet is terrible. Wired connection or wireless it is so slow. Don't stay here if you need to get on the net while your away from home.

Great location for me doing business in White Settlement. Enough restaurant choices nearby for a close dinner and only 15 min back to downtown Fort Worth for fancier food. Rooms were clean, breakfast and dinner provided most days,great for when you just want to hang out in your room. Wifi allowed me to stream video and video call back home without issue. I will stay here again.

The staff were very friendly. The only quarrel I have is that I have been traveling most if my life. What i have noticed is that nost hotels are actually getting security. I feel way better knowing that my belongings are more safe. That my vehicle probably wont be broken into. Either get a parking garage or get security. I dont feel as safe anymore. Criminals are getting way more bolder and can commit a crime under video surveillance and still get away with it. I want to know that there will be someone set in place to stop them. I saw a hotel staff patroling late at night but i didnt feel comfortable. He didnt look trained or competant. He also had no real weaponery at his disposal. I wont be staying here again. I feel me and my families safety isnt valued

Great location for our needs (Hawaiian Falls) room was awesome, closed door bedroom. Breakfast was a variety, staff was exceptional. Will absolutely stay here again when the time arises!

Wonderful experience! Complementary breakfast and dinner at social hour during the week are a wonderful touch for people traveling through with no idea where to go for sure. We loved the coffee served,saved us from having to go to starbucks! The rooms are like little apartments, our room fits 4 + a baby just fine. I would recommend Staybridge to anyone
