Excellent hotel, best place to stay in Plano, really enjoyed two weeks I spent there, would highly recommend this hotel, I am sure when ever I m there next time, will choose stay bridge for sure, would also like to thank the staff for generous hospitality, cheers!!!

Courteous and professional staff, great breakfast, clean and accommodating. Second time to stay - when afforded the opportunity, will stay nowhere else.

The room was great for it's price. Everything was nice and clean upon arrival. There were 2 rooms, a bedroom and one I guess you can call a living room. There was also a small kitchen complete with silverware and such. Another small addition which made my stay at here better, was the breakfast period. It lasted an hour longer (Open until 10:30) compared to most other hotels I've stayed at.

Monique(front desk) Mario(front desk), Seth(housekeeping), Myra(food), Ingrid(food), Cordell(front desk),Alfredo(shuttle), Micheal(shuttle), Denisse(housekeeping), and the entire team. They all have made my stay beyond pleasant. Kudos. Thanks for helping me feel at home for the next month and a half. They have a nice pool, a business center, den, shuttle, social dinner, breakfast, free laundry mat, fitness center, and room service.

Super clean place that's very easy to get to. Also is conveniently located next to all the major roads with great amenities and rooms.

Given that it's a new facility, everything looked pretty neat and well maintained. Rooms are pretty spacious and include a Kitchenet. Location is good, it's at the intersection of a major tollway and good number of eateries around.

Stayed in a suite and it was very roomy with plenty of amenities. Main bed was a bit small as it was possibly a full size? Room was clean and smelled nice.

We always try to stay at a Staybridge Suites because we are never disappointed. The rooms are always nice and clean and they also have a great free breakfast in the mornings.

Great place and good price. Suites were clean. Breakfasts we're good. Every had evening snacks. Would go again.

Housekeeping could step up their game...but breakfast was good and rooms were very nice. Very. Comfortable beds. Slept like a baby!

My family and I stayed here for 2.5 weeks while our house was repaired from flood damage. The staff was incredibly helpful and gracious as our 14 month old learned how to walk down the hallways. The food was so/so, but considering it’s complimentary it was a treat. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfy.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! We came for a business conference and were very satisfied. The breakfast was great and had a good variety. The coffee was delicious! The shuttle was great and the staff was all very friendly. My only complaint was there was no weekend housekeeping or shuttle. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if in the area.

Clean rooms, great breakfast! Shuttle service within 5 minutes of the hotel from Monday to Friday. Full kitchen.

Nice place to stay, complementary breakfast buffet and weekly 3 days dinner makes a difference. Fitness center and free 24X7 laundry is added advantage. But room service didn't satisfy me. They're not providing the proper service what they have posted. I need to call them to get the service.

Very nice new hotel. I'd give them 5 stars but they need to get the builder back in and fix some simple deficiencies like lose taps. The builder was just sloppy and they haven't been back to fix it. Don't let that prevent you from staying here though. Great place and management was super responsive when I advised of the situation.

Rooms not very clean, no refresh on shampoo, soap. Newer hotel, fix the clean rooms I'd really like this place.

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Friendly staff. The room had a couch, microwave, toaster, and many other amenities. The price was fair.

I stayed at Staybridge Suites Plano Frisco the service was good I just ran in to a small problem and it took quiet a while to fix other than that everything was good.

A big group of us stayed here from July 14-16 for our regional convention of Jehovah's Witnesses. I can not speak highly enough of Cordell & Ahad! They went above and beyond for making our stay great. They shuttled all of us from the hotel to the Dr Pepper Arena Fri-Sun. The breakfast was great, the rooms were spacious. And the customer service was even better. We will definitely be back next year.

I love the beds the pool and its fun and the breakfest is delicious and its healthy

I stayed here from May 18-21 and it was quiet. they have good breakfast and nice, friendly staff. I recommend bringing food for the weekend or you can use the little convenient store in the lobby. The business center is good too and equipped with fast high speed internet/dsl. They do have a Smart TV in the room which is nice where you can surf the internet watch Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, listen to the radio on pandora, and/or the tune in radio app all on one television.

Immaculate rooms and the guys in the front desk, Tanner and Cordell, are incredibly polite and helpful. Great experience.

The rooms are 5 🌟 rating. Perfect for staying there for weeks. They also have special events for dinner. They provide wine and beer for dinner.

It was a nice hotel, but it had few negatives. Our original room wasn't clean, but we did get switched, it just cost us time considering we got there late. There was a lot of noise above us (almost like we were in an apartment) and they don't serve breakdast until 730 on the weekends. Just a heads up for early travelers like us.

Fairly new hotel. Good rates. Good location. Only issue was they provided use with a room that someone has already occupied. Management apologized and fixed issue.

Great rooms and service

My stay was pleasant and memorable. The staff held the typical elite customer service standard you'd expect at Staybridge. Notably, Ahad and several other employees helped my husband surprise me. He came on the last night of my stay, booked a room, and had a massage table delivered there! The whole staff made sure they didn't let me know. When the packages arrived, they made sure I was none the wiser. This is the kind of personable & vested treatment that should be found more often in the customer service industry. Thank you Ahad and the whole Staybridge team for making my routine work trip into a wonderfully orchestrated memorable trip for my husband & I.

Nice, spacious hotel with a very modern feel. The hotel staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. There were a few oddities like light switches hidden behind doors and no ice bucket in the room, but overall it was a good stay. Also, the breakfast was pretty good with a nice variety. I would definitely stay here again.

For the money, the suite is amazing. However, my room was on the first floor and it was very noisy. I'd request a higher floor

This was our first time at Poor Richard's despite having lived in Plano for a long time. My breakfast -- eggs benedict -- lived up to the hype. Huge portion for only $7.99 and it came with a large portion of home fires which were seasoned and fried up just right. Long line on Sunday after church, but as others.

Pet friendly. Awesome staff. Hot dinner was available on arrival and a hot breakfast in the morning.

Pretty Good for Long stay, with friendly staff and decent facilities. It is pretty near to the Stone Briar mall too. The rooms are large and spacious

Was a very welcoming place. Loved how clean and comfortable the room was. Even the kids said how comfortable and how much they enjoyed the room. Amenities were great and breakfast was wonderful for a free breakfast.

Room was pretty good. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Nice staff. Helped fixed an issue caused by my IHG profile and compensated for the time lost. Will stay again when in town.

Very clean and spacious with all of the comforts of home. The staff is amazing. This is my new favorite hotel!

Excellent rooms with good facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Only downside is that there is no restaurant or bar in the hotel but there is a courtesy shuttle to take you anywhere in a 5 mile radius before 9pm.

Recently spent a week at this new beautiful facility. All staff were very friendly and accommodating except for on site general manager who was consistently quite rude. New facility but many management problems are apparent. On several occasions when food was part of the deal, they ran out of food. When the "bugs" get worked out should be a great place to stay, but until management is adjusted I question it will improve.

Great new hotel. The staff was friendly and engaging, the rooms were very nice and all in all really enjoyed the expierence. Would definitely stay again.
