A really pretty hotel. Wonder staff. The only negative is that it's far from the port so if you're in Bali to dive this hotel is too far away.

If you're looking quite place to vacation & not in the hurry to outside hotel activity, you're in the right place, hospitality is great.
But if you have many activity outside hotel, you have to be patience waiting buggy car to pick you up, it's so far & probably take many energy (& time) to walk from your room to hotel lobby.

Awesome hotel. Pricey but worth it. Rooms, staff are first class. Beach front which is very clean and easily entered into. Food is american/European prices but tastes amazing and portions are large. I am a large guy but portions are just right.
Not sure what these negative reviews are about. Some people are just not happy with anything.
