Staff at the reception are very nice and helpful.
But the entrance to the hotel is rather confusing. Didn't help that the people at the carpark were not so helpful and gave wrong directions..which made me walk around in circles. :(
Room is a little smaller than expected but comfortable.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Pratunam Market. The rooms are elegantly decorated in white theme. On top of all excellent features, the staff is extremely cooperative and always smiling.

Beautiful place ,nice food very friendly staff. Rooms are nice and clean. No swimming pool,you can however sit in the water and cool of if you like.

Location is in the centre of Pratunam, very near major shopping malls and opposite the Pratunam market. Room is pretty clean, bathroom is big and spacious. The hotel gave us a very pleasant surprise in the form of a slice of birthday cake and card for my husband's birthday. We loved our stay here and would come back in the future.

Good location, good service and clean room. Shower head have issue of intermittent hot water but rain shower have no issues. My stay has alot of children in my same level and their parents allowed them to run about. The door could not block much of the noise.

Location is fantastic, about 8-10 mins walk to platinum mall. There are many message parlor nearby. Room is spacious and clean. Check in time is 3 plus pm but you can easily leave your luggage with the staff and go off to do your activities as they will be bought to your room once ready.

Decent rooms, designed in a very white tone, location is quite hidden. Lobby is at level 9. There was an event going on when I arrived. There was a welcome drink. Staff speaks English. Moom area is chill. Gym is alright. Nice and spacious lobby. Room comes with water. Building is 20 floors, hotel starts at 9. There is a shopping mall downstairs. Provides umbrella.

This Centara Watergate has 2 amazing things. Firstly the fabulous location in the best shopping area of Bangkok. The variety and prices are simply wonderful and there is something for everyone! secondly without a doubt the most important is "amazing staffs Yuvan, Praival, Girls crowd at reception and restaurant" you all are exceptional in guest services. Breakfast was superb, we tried some soups first time ever with nice taste. Rooms were up to standard but should be a mirror outside of toilet. We definitely will return. !!! ขอบคุณทุกคน !!!

Lobby is located at the upper floor which is good, security wise. The staff at the ground level were helpful and friendly. In fact all staff have always a smile on whenever i see them. Subtle as it might seem, it sets your mood for the day.

Breakfast was a good spread. Rooms were big and most importantly clean. Never felt uneasy throughout the stay.

Excellent hotel to stay at with good rooms. It is located in the heart of Bangkok's shopping district and has a great restaurant Cafe 9 on the 9th floor. The upper 20th floor also has some bars and a great view that is open to all. The breakfast spread is also excellent, loved my stay here.

Staying here for 5 nights. The room is nice but the shower is terrible. Hot and cold water is so inconsistent. You can get super hot water and next moment it's cold water even without moving the mixer. Room size is good and staff are attentive and well mannered. Location is good if you r walking but if u want to cab, it is quite difficult.

A beautiful 5 star experience. Staff are professional and helpful with shopping tips. They offer a taxi service whereby they call a cabs to the hotel lobby. Very helpful indeed to all tourists. The food was great as well.

Stayed at the hotel during January 2018 festival season, excellent hotel for shopping. All the staff are friendly and helpful....very welcoming staff. Hotel is neat and modern furnishes. Will definitely stay here again when in Bangkok.

Beautiful hotel, rooms are very modern. Reception staff are great. The location is perfect! Let down is bell staff! One of the most rude, greedy set of people we ever met. Very sour taste as these were the first and last members of staff we encountered.

Amazing stay at Central Watergate Pavillion Hotel. The hotel breakfast was great. Great variety of food. Hotel room was clean, nice smelling, spacious.

Location was just a short walk to Platinum Mall, Central World & Siam Paragon.

The room is clean and big. However, there is no pool and is quite far away from the bts. It will be a bit difficult to go to other places with old people.

The location was easily accessible by our driver and the staff warmly welcomed us, the service was terrific and they truly made us feel welcomed. We able to easily communicate with them which was wonderful and the breakfast buffet was not bad

Hotel is in chic style, or modern style. Space in the room is maximized with some smart storage space and design, although the rooms can be smaller in comparison. Breakfast is considerably complete with the usual international spread. There is no swimming pool though. Location is good, in the middle of Bangkok, near to night markets and shopping mall.

Ideal location in the center of shopping malls, night markets, Bangkok convention center, Big C Mall, Central world within 5 minutes walk.
Multiple massage centers with very economical massage services of up to 200Bht for one hour good massage is great attraction before going to bed after busy days.

Indian restaurant in basement of hotel is great facility.

Hotel rooms starts from 9th floor & first 8 floors are of markets/shops/parking.

Great location close to Central World shopping mall. Many food outlets near by. Room is clean and tidy with stylish decoration. Buffet breakfast has good variety of food at special price of 380baht for in-house guest.

Good Hotel service, and very relax hotel experience. However, the hotel is not near any BTS station. Making travel abit inconvenient.

Price was very reasonable, including breakfast buffet for 2 adults & 2 kids below 12. Most of the staff spoke reasonably good English. Concierge even helped us direct the Grab driver into the hotel entrance as the Grab app couldn't pinpoint my location at the entrance. Hotel location is near night markets.

Everything is fine. Very good choice for the first visit to Bangkok - next to the airport rail link and nice cultural center (I mean not so touristic). Next to the shopping mall and night market. BTS is in 20 minutes slow walk.

Centara Watergate provides a really experience even though it is just 4 star. Expect your luggage to be brought to your room by staff while you check in sipping your welcome drink. Also, the food at Chilli heat is nothing short of amazing with the spectacular view too. All in all, the service and experience here is really good!

I had a GREAT experience at this hotel. It is kind of a hidden gem, and I was a little doubtful when walking down an alley to get to it, but the rooms are AWESOME, they food is AWESOME, and the rooftop bar is AWESOME!!!

It has comfortable rooms. Location is great. Breakfast has a huge spread but the reception took 5000 baht as security deposit right after check in. This they should have mentioned beforehand while we made the booking on the internet so that we coyld come prepared with the amount of baht. That was a major disappointment

The staff is quite friendly and courteous and goes out of their way to help their guests in anyway they can. The rooms are fabulous and they have a halal breakfast menu as well which from me earned them their fifth star though they can put more ginger garlic paste on the halal chicken, meat and fish to make the smell go away.

Our stay at Bangkok wouldn't have been as amazing, if we weren't staying at Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel. We stayed in a Superior Twin room, and WOW... The room had a modern design style, comfortable beds, a neat washroom, an amazing shower and an excellent view from the window. We dined at two of the hotels restaurants 'Cafe 9' and 'Chilihip'. 'Chilihip' had an amazing view since it was located on the hotels roof top and 'Cafe 9' offered a menu that was beyond delicious from its wide spread breakfast buffet to its pizzas and sumptuous lasagnes. The in room dining facility was also very good. We also enjoyed chilling at the 'Moon Sabai'. And ended our stay with a very soothing 'Aromatherapy Massage'. And last but not least, the ever helpful staff made the stay feel heavenly.

This hotel was absolutely awesome. Really clean staff were extremely kind, there was not much we didn't love. You just HAVE to go up to the rooftop bar it is beautiful up there at night.

Stayed for two nights. Amazing place in the middle of the city. Easily accessible to two metro lines. Staff is warm and welcoming. Food was OK. Indian food variety available too. Has small night market at the basement.

This hotel is located conveniently about 5 mins from the Ratchaprapop Metro, which goes straight to the airport. Also as this hotel is in the Shopping District, all markets such as Pratunam, Platinum, Centara Night and Central World are located within walking distance of it. Considering Bangkok's terrible traffic problem, the proximity of the hotel is a great boon to have. The hotel sadly offers no free pickup drop services around, but they can arrange for a taxi at a small surcharge.

We were greeted with lovely traditional welcome drinks & allowed to Check in before time as our flight lands quite early. The staff co-operation was really wonderful.

Our room was located on the top 19th floor. It had no great view, but was cozy enough. Bathroom was good & a locker was also provided in the cupboard. I found the bed far too soft to sleep on comfortably.
The breakfast had a large spread, but it was average. The open terrace seating is quite impressive. They also have a restaurant & bar on the top terrace as well.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay & would recommend this hotel to those who want to visit Bangkok to shop & go crazy.

We had been there for three nights (14th Dec. to !7th Dec. 16). It was a nice experience . Service, Courtesy of the entire staff admirable. Good location for Marketing, several 7- 11 shop, Thai food resturant, Night Market, Thai Massage. We like the Hotel very much.

Stayed there for 4 days 3 nights. Good location with walking distance to Central World, Platinum Mall, MRT to airport. If heading to Siam, this hotel is also near the river channel where you can take the rivertaxi to avoid the traffic jam on the street. The hotel itself is great for its affordable price tag, clean and welcoming. The only downside is that it lacks a swimming pool and if still like to keep fit, the gym is adequately equipped for a good workout. Recommended.
