The serenity coupled with the chirping birds is a memorable experience. The food was good too and the staff aimed to please. I would certainly recommend this as a getaway destination.

Gorgeous place to have group conference, weddings, showers, bar mitzvahs. It's not your regular hotel but you'll truly enjoy your stay. Room are nice, exterior is gorgeous, I love the exclusive feeling, and the food is the tastiest. You won't regret it.

Amazing architecture! It’s a converted monastery with modern designs, so that alone makes this place worth the visit. There are many trails to walk, and the place is quiet and serene. The food here is amazing too!

Great hotel at great prices

Mu daughter's wedding was a huge success. All our guests raved about having a great time. Our bride was very happy with everything. Superb staff treated everyone well.

Very nice secluded area for a hotel with relatively new facilities on a beautiful piece of property. Used to be a monastery. Not sure about pricing

I was truly impressed with the quality of the building, the amenities, and the meals that were provided. I attended a retreat here and the staff went above and beyond my expectations. One of the retreat participants arrived late after the dinner had been cleared away and when I asked the manager if they had any leftovers from dinner, she offered us the menu so that the participant could order a fresh meal at no additional cost. The pool is large and we'll maintained and is open from 5am to 11pm daily, the gym is open 24 hours. The space is used regularly for Weddings and other events and I would certainly recommend looking at Dolce as an option if you are planning an event to remember.

Nice spacious property, good rooms, gym and pool. Restaurant and bar weren't impressive. Wouldn't advice it as a weekend getaway

Was at Dolce for a work conference. It was a good stay. The facilities are ok. The food was my favorite part of the conference. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The only negative aspect of my stay was that the rooms were a bit dated feeling.

I recently photographed a wedding here. The wait staff was great and the food was outstanding. I highly recommend this event facility.

Stayed at the Dolce Norwalk overnight for a wedding. The hotel sits on a beautiful piece of property, with an expansive outdoor area and a beautiful interior. The dinner provided was excellent, as was breakfast the next morning. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Large spaces for conferences. In a nice nature area. Big rooms. Food was good. Has the feeling of a huge chalet, with lots of wood carpentry. However, felt a bit dull from a decoration point of view.

Spent 3 days at a retreat in dolce Norwalk, and really loved it. The grounds are amazing, the food is well prepared and tasty, the rooms were great, and the event space was well stocked! Would definitely come back for another event.

Dolce is a hidden gem! Set on over 60 acres of beautiful property it is perfect spot for weddings, corporate events and other outings. The staff is absolutely amazing, the food is top notch and the venue is one of the best in Fairfield County!

Nestled in the woods and oh so perfect! Great location for hosting conventions etc. And if you're looking to duck out from your convention's/conference's boring presentations, there are plenty of hiking options around.

My stay was satisfactory, but Dolce seemed to lack professionalism as a hotel. They're probably fantastic as a conference venue, but their standalone hotel accommodations are not exceptional. Multiple amenities were broken during my stay, and in some cases hotel staff were unaware of the issues even after i had raised the issues previously.

Was here for a wedding - the grounds are beautiful with some nice walking trails. The food they served for the reception was delicious and the staff was friendly/helpful enough. The rooms are clean but average for the price range - nothing too notable.

The area and location is exceptional and beautiful. Grounds well kept and maintained. The staff welcomed us, was very friendly and helpful. Party was well organized and well ran, staff asked many times.how everything was going and what they can do to help. All areas were clean including the bathroom. Food and drinks were also great, but the best part was the friendly staff and the location and how organized everyone was. It was also extremely calm and quite environment which added to the pleasurable party experience. Besides everything being clean, the building and rooms on outside and inside are well maintained

Very pretty, just renovated. Staff is nice at night. Liked it a lot. Has pool, gym, basketball court and racquetball. Beautiful grounds and nice and quiet at night.

I was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of staff, the large, well-appointed rooms with quiet acoustics, the solitude of the surroundings (it is situated amongst rolling hills, stone walls and a large picturesque pond) and the very good food-especially for the price. I cannot think of one negative. Excellent. My family and I like to visit NYC on occasion. We stay about an hour outside the city and take the train in. This is the perfect place to stay for such a trip. I was at the Dolce for a conference and it was perfect-so spacious, the staff was on top of everything and it is clean, clean, clean. Lots of room to sit and think, several fireplaces that add ambiance, overall it's a gem.
