Great hotel! Free taxi to nearest mrt station

This one is managed by Sheraton team. So the standard of service quite good. However since the hotel is so small it cannot compare with other hotel in Taipei city due to the price and classic style room from the previous management.

For Breakfast, there was not enough choice for customer to choose. There is menu for guest to select such as panini or sandwich.

Well it is a comfortable hotel, located about .5 miles to the subway. The area is not that good but it is a comfortable and clean hotel...

The hotel staff here are friendly and helpful which makes a significant difference. The hotel has everything you need and a convenience store- Family Mart besides. They have a nice gym space and equipments and you can relax at the jacuzzi. Highly recommend.

Very good Hotel in Zhonghe District, well served by Taxis and Busses, room are confortable, very good beds, good breakfast, ideal place to stay if your destination is one of the big company in Zhonghe discrict

Clean, friendly, updated and convenient

Breakfast highlight is eggs Benedict. Rooms are always neat and tidy. Nice to see they are always upgrading base on feedback, example, the power socket is now more easier to access. Only disadvantage is still the location. Hopefully the construction of the nearby trains will help.

Experience very cold days in Taipei. 0 degree at night. Hotel provide separate heater sonit is just nice since air-conditioning is only for cooling. Breakfast is also very good. Hotel staffs are very friendly.

Location is not convenient, but if you would like to walk around the city, you can manage this place.

A hotel that gets the minor stuff, eg water pressure off shower, toilet seat warmer, breakfast, gym etc, right as well as the big things.

Great hotel. Interior seems to be recently updated and the free breakfasts along with free mini fridge drinks along with the great concierge service are all the pluses. Only minuses are location and maybe price but I'm from the US so I don't if the price is normal for this quality.

Comfy beds and amazing staff. Breakfast is over priced especially with a familymart readily available next door.
Walls between rooms are paper thin and bathrooms are in need of updating but for the price cannot complain.

Good service, employees are very welcoming and happy to help. Place a bit far from downtown. Need a cab to the subway.

Front desk lady was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and although we only slept four hours before we had to catch a flight, it was a great stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Four Points Sheraton. The location was ideal for my needs. The hotel is a hidden gem. Top notch service, clean, comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast buffet with many options. I highly recommend this hotel. This was my second stay nearly 7 years apart and it was just as good as before.

Clean, good service and comfortable. Only close to bus lines, not metro.

Very nice hotel but right next to on ramps for the expressway making taxis do funny loops to get you to the front door.

Ambience is very good. High ceiling, small green garden outside. Food is reasonable and price is 30-50% off compared to downtown major hotels. Very good place for business lunch.

Good option for redeeming spg points. They have complementary taxi service to the nearest mrt station out of the hotel, but not the other way around tho

Easy access from the Airport with Bus 2968, free parking and they reimburse taxi rides between 11:00am and 6:00pm (email them ahead for details) to the closest MRT station. The high speed train is one bus hop, 15 minutes away.
