Just ok, the room was clean so that is a positive. But a bit outdated rooms. The lobby was really nice and updated modern looking. The hallway leading up to our room had me worried what I would be walking into. The wallpaper was coming off the walls and hanging there, the floor trim was missing. Staff was friendly upon check in but I called later after check out because I left a shirt hanging in the closet. Pretty expensive one I special ordered. Called and the front desk lady kept saying they already cleaned the room, I was like ok but it should be hanging in the closet, hoping someone would go check. She said again the room was cleaned and no one turned in to lost and found. Well that leads me to believe that someone took it. Very disappointing. she said she would check and call back, guess what no call back. I won't be back that seems dishonest. It was less then 3 hours that I called when I realized it was missing.

I went for a wedding. The hotel was really nice. The room I stayed in seemed slightly run down. I enjoyed my stay very much

We got a free room upgrade, which was nice, but the wallpaper in the hallway was peeling off and looked really nasty for such a "nice" hotel. Also, the Wi-Fi did not work, the bathroom door wouldn't close completely, the ceiling fan was dirty (strange, but true)... long story short, for the price (around $250 a night), this hotel is not worth the money.

The room rates was extremely over priced. I was not impressed with the decor, breakfast, or services. There on elevator in the hotel and you have to wait to use the elevator if housekeeping has it tied up. Not impressed

This hotel is in major need of updating. I stayed in a suite and the size of the room is nice but it is a bit run down. Little things make all the difference, like the bathtub not draining, and the remote not working. The bed is not very comfy and the curtain in the bedroom would not close. It just needs a modern remodel.

We were recommended I would highly recommend this hotel. The customer service is exceptional, the hotel and the rooms are clean. They are pet friendly. They provide breakfast and dinner and serve a variety of foods daily Mon-Thursday with non-alcohol and alcoholic drinks (wine and beer).

Breakfast was to be ready at 6 AM - They FAILED to get this accomplished until 6:20. It may not seem like much, but when your told 6 and you have to be somewhere on time its unacceptable. They say they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, well they do NOT. Clean place, but this put a bad taste in our mouths the first morning - no pun intended

Amazing customer service from Jessica, the receptionist. Lobby is updated but rooms are not. Room was clean and comfortable. Fitness center has 3 nice cardio machines but could add free weights. I did not use the pool but it looked nice.

It was clean and the rooms smells fresh! We didn't spend much time here but it was great. Beds and pillows were just ok. Overall it was great

Very nice, very clean. Rooms well made up and homey. Breakfasts were great but that evening social was awful. Barely any food (and what their was was not good) and cheap wine.

. Mattress was substandard, soft and we rolled when one of us turned. Walls thin and woke up a couple of times with dogs barking above and next door. We were unaware that dogs were welcomed.

I have been to this hotel twice and I found them to be friendly and professional.The location is quiet and the rooms are super clean.

Everyone in this hotel was very friendly. Check in was fast and easy. The room was very clean and bed very comfortable.

I'm not used to staying in a suite so I'm not sure what's expected but the room is large, has a work desk, a small dining table in the kitchen, and a couch. King-sized beds are apparently very limited. There is a full fridge and freezer, microwave, a stovetop, dishwasher and utensils and a few plates and a pot but if u want to actually cook something from scratch you'll at least need your own spices. Small indoor pool and workout room. Complimentary breakfast (eggs, sausage, fruit etc.) and a happy hour with beer, wine and some grub.

Nice sized room and comfortable bed. Would have preferred a king bed, not sure why a hotel would have queen or double beds primarily. Bathroom lighting could be better as there is only on pretty dim light. Public space is nice, the social hour is a nice touch. Breakfast was good, selection covered all bases and was very conveniently laid out. Gym was basic but worked for the purpose. Overall an nice place to stay, would recommend or stay again.

Not what I expected, the room is ok. However, the linens on the bed are stained. The hotel only changes the sheets every 3 days to "conserve water and energy". Will change if requested. The Indoor pool is small and the max capacity is 4 people. Gym is even smaller and crowded with equipment. This all observed within a few hours after check in.

We got a king sized suite. The room was clean and it had a mini-kitchen which was nice. Free breakfast in the morning too

The rooms are clean and pretty nice. They serve at least breakfast and dinner on weekdays, both of which were not terrible. The staff have all been very courteous and helpful in every interaction.

Great place. Only thing is the ac in the unit had no knobs so I could change temp or turn it off. Also info in hotel info book in room had conflicting info with info posted in hotel (I.e. Coffee was supposed to be available 24 hrs a day, but coffee available was cold and hours old)

This room even smells good. They are large and one queen suite can easily accommodate 4 people. Pool is clean and property looks nice. Will visit again.

The rooms feel like home. They seem to care about the guests as well. My son loves the pool. The rooms are comfortable as well. Some of the front desk attendants are a bit unhelpful but I thinks it is because they are young and don't know how to handle certain situations.

The breakfast for our stay was less than we have had at other Homewood Suites locations, with the food not being real appatizing. Along with that, our room was much smaller than other rooms in the hotel for the same price and bed sizes. The rooms seemed to be 3/4 of the size of a regular room, which showed with the inability to move between the living room and bed room when the couch bed was set. Along with that, there was almost no room in the bedroom, something we have taken for granted in other Homewood Suites location's rooms.

Hotel staff were very courteous and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable.

Our team stayed here. But from the exterior, with the parking lot and general neatness, it appears this is a pretty neat place to stay

The hotel was nice, but we stayed at a bad time. Construction was being done in the lobby and pool areas, and it was very noisy during the day and also started at about 8:00 in the morning. The pool was closed the whole time and we weren't told ahead of time either. Would've been lovely otherwise.

The place is currently under construction. The rooms were nice and clean. Staff was quick and attentive to out needs. The fitness room is a joke. 2 treadmills, an elliptical, and 3 medicine balls. One of the treadmills were out of order and so was the hot tub. Continental breakfast had a good selection but sometimes they could not keep up with the amount of people to provide adequate dishware.

Good place, but their fit center is too small and limited of equipment. Staff really nice and amicable.

Room was big, but needed a lot of work. Vinyl floors were in dire need of replacement, the couch was obviously stained, and there was a strange yellow substance stuck to the top of the bathroom doorway with a long hair in it...

Very clean and pristine. Hosts were great and very accommodating. Hot tub was not hot at first. It took a while to warm up but it was super cold outside. It was around 10 below. Pool was very cold. Didn't attempt getting in. We rented a suite with 2 rooms and a sofa bed. DO NOT USE THIER SOFA BEDS. They are lousy and my dad and his girlfriend could not sleep well and it hurt thier backs. Bring a air mattress or sleep on the floor if u expect you will need extra room. Everything else was fantastic.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The Manager's Reception is an added benefit. The location is awesome.

The service is excellent, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Everything is nice and tidy when you return to your room. Convenience store is a bit lacking in food, but the other goods they have are spot on and smartly chosen.

Kitchen in room is great and has a ton of stuff for cooking, as in pots pans and a toaster, along with a microwave.

Bed is fine. Nothing too fancy, but definitely easy to pass out in after a long day.

Room layout was a bit strange. Tv is against a wall facing neither the bed nor the loveseat, so it left me a little confused on that front.

Overall, a fine experience. Would certainly recommend.

After a bad experience at another hotel. I book here and the time I walk into the lobby I had the best experience ever. (Virginia ) the front desk clerk. Was so sweet most caring and loving person I have meet . And thing I need extra sheet or the extra pillow for my children. She had no problem getting and getting it to you in a timely fashion. And I didn't even speak a word of my bag experience I had at the other hotel. I jus want to say thank you again . She need a raise.

The room wasn't ready at check in but the staff corrected the situation in a friendly way. Amenities were great and breakfast was delicious!

Nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean, except the garbage in the kitchenette was never emptied. Called the front desk and was promptly taken care of, as well as a personal apology and gift bag.

I love this place! The staff is so friendly doesn't matter who you work with their all great. The room is great you can cook and they even have pots plates and pans. I didn't cook very much because I took advantage of the free dinner and drinks. Pet fee kinda sucks but if anyone complains about this place they just can't be pleased very glad my company chose this hotel.

One hotel room is pretty much the same as the next one. What makes this place is the staff! Friendly, welcoming, and overall pleasant to deal with. I have a ridiculous amount of Marriott points as I generally always stay at a Marriott when traveling. Unforseen circumstances caused me to need to book here and if they are a metric on how their other hotels are run then I'm all in. Also, Heidi bakes fresh cookies...

Stayed here with my newly wed wife. Staff was amazing and they handled a special request perfectly. They even included a nice box of cookies and a small note which was a very nice touch.

Had an awesome stay, very clean and the staff is amazing. I totally appreciated how great they were with my 11 year old son, they befriended him and made his stay great, thank you guys. We will be back next year hope your all still here

I made a booking yesterday and had to cancel it today due to my pregnancy . They have cancelled the reservation without charging me for a night. So considerate management and supportive. I promise I will rebook there once I get better. I have seen rooms. EXTRA clean and friendly ppl.

Staff couldn't have been nicer. Call shortly after arrival asking if everything to our satisfaction. Within an hour or so of arrival, staff member brought up handwritten welcome note and a few snacks. Asked for towels, received towels. Carrying boxes, staff member offered to help me carry them. Never saw a staff member who wasn't doing something. Staff always said "hi" and made eye contact when walking through hallways. Needed couple plastic laundry bags, quickly, as we were leaving -- had them upstairs to our room within 5-10 minutes. Thanked us for staying, hope we enjoyed our stay upon checkout -- amazing! (Stayed Feb. 20 and 21)
