Great hotel with a good breakfast selection. Location is not the best for walking but downtown areas are easily reached by car

Fantastic so far. There's a kitchenette inside the rooms that comes with plates, cups and utensils plus a stove top and microwave. Every morning they serve a lovely breakfast with ready made food.

Great place to stay! The complementary breakfast has great selection and I'm not sure if its California oranges but the OJ was amazing. They also had free drinks every evening! Can't beat the value.

Great hotel, rooms are gigantic with full kitchen. Breakfast was ok just very crowded with limited seating this was unexpected considering it was a Monday. Overall a great experience. Even has free EV car charging.

The Homewood Suites by Hilton Palo Alto is conveniently located near Stranded University and many area businesses. The hotel offers a full hot breakfast and evening social hour, making it a good place for families or business travelers.

Everything super! From the location / the lobby / the employees / guests' room / the free breakfast / weeknights' free dinner / coffee area - ALL!! Coin-operated self-laundry also very clean & spacious. Didn't find anything undesirable...

I enjoyed this hotel. I checked in and got my room very quickly, the had a wide selection of breakfast Good, and coffee and tea available 24/7 For early mornings/late nights. The one thing I would change is the shower. It never really got that hot and the water pressure was kind of low. Otherwise it was great!

Great hotel, I try to alway stay here when I’m in Palo Alto. The rooms spacious and always clean. Breakfast and dinner are good as well, plus you’re within walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants.

Not the most obvious location, but I enjoyed my stay. Really nice lobby with beautiful ventless fire place. Rooms have good space, ample drawer space, and tons of channels. Very good experience.

I'm Brazilian, it's my first time here in CA but this hotel is incredible. From the attendances to all the services, everything is amazing. Congratulations for all employees because you are the success of this.

Handicap accessible room absolutely awesome. Five stars. Great amenities and morning breakfast is jot, fresh, and delicious. Very spacious and clean. Staff is respectful, clean, caring, concerned, and professional. Will stay at this place again, for sure hands down.

Nice people in fact really nice people but the rooms or freezing and the HVAC didn't work and constantly blew cold air. Was there for two nights for a conference and every night I got home I was exhausted and didn't feel like leaving or changing rooms which yes I should have. For the amount of money and technology in the area surrounding this hotel this place was a joke. I do want to be very clear though the people that were there were extremely nice and went above and beyond

New, clean suites. Well furnished kitchenette. They are fairly small and contain only one king size bed. Not all the rooms have a sofa bed.

Fantastic hotel with a free evening meal Monday-Thursday (including beer and wine) and free breakfast every day, both of which are a high standard. Quite expensive but you get what you pay for, and most hotels in this area are expensive anyway to be fair. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Hotel has good facilities - laundry room, small outdoor pool, grill area, games/media room. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Great place to stay especially if you're there for a longer trip.

This place is fantastic! Clean, lovely staff and has very nice social evenings. I would hugely recommend this place above others in he area.

All my colleagues recommend this place and I see why. It has free breakfast and a good amount of appetizers at the end of the day. The grills are awesome and next stay I will definitely get some steaks and burgers and enjoy myself all night long.

Nice, modern rooms with large bathtubs. Complimentary WiFi and breakfast, plus happy hours Monday - Thursday. The pool is a bit small, but looks nice. Rooms are soaked it quite a bit, so be prepared to walk a bit if you're not near the front. Great looking game room with a pool table and on site laundry are bonuses as well. The suites really make a difference for long stays with a full size fridge and mini kitchen.

Great new property. Breakfast was above average for hotel buffet. All employees were super nice. Media room with pool table was a hit with our kids.

Great hotel and I especially loved the food. Between 7:00 and 10:00 AM they served a breakfast. Between 4:30 and 7:30 there was a dinner (all included in price). For breakfast they offered hot oatmeal, eggs, sausages, potato, omelette, waffles, cereals, different pastries, great selection of fresh fruits and berries. For dinner they offer a soup (their Italian wedding soup is to die for!), vegetables, green salad, hot dogs etc.

Hotel room was clean and roomy. Bed sagged a lot making it somewhat uncomfortable. Front desk personel were welcoming and that was it; anyone not working at the front desk couldn't be bothered even when I went out of my way to say hello.

Location is in a great spot. The rooms are super nice, with ample space, & it feels like an apartment actually (the suites). Service is also top notch with many amenities & features like parking, pool, etc.

The rooms are great and super clean. I can't comment on the cost because I've only stayed here while on business. I do know they were cheaper than the hotels that are around. Great location. Close to everything. Usually pleasant staff. There's one guy at the desk that always seems to work nights, he's awesome! They parking seems bad but they have an underground garage. They have a pool table!

Great place to stay. Good bed, nice and clean rooms, well furnished, comfortable, nice kitchen with all appliances. Decent food. Great location. They do however try to mess with your credit card. So be vigilant. I had to raise this issue and follow-up on them. Once they realized that they corrected all pre-authorized transactions. Not very pleasant that you have to keep an eye on them. Overall, a good hotel though.

This Homewood is one of my favorites. The standard amenities of a Homewood are all here. The location is perfect for area business and I really like the gated underground parking. Step out of my car and take the elevator straight to my floor...fantastic after a hard day.

Location is great, being right on the main street that connects Palo Alto to everywhere else, with a 5 minute drive to any necessary amenity. The room was spectacular and luxurious with a kitchen that has a stove top, refrigerator, dishwasher, and walk in closet. Everything felt new and very cozy. The staff was very friendly and inviting.

The hotel was great and cost effective. Rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfast and evening social hour were also great. I would stay here again.

Rooms are clean and nice. It has a kitchen and full sized fridge and a living room area. Breakfast is available from 6am to 10 am. Options are fairly good.

Early evening dinners are available for free from 5:30-7:30 PM, Monday to Thursday.

Free parking is available but the parking entrance to basement parking can be a bit difficult to enter especially with a bigger car.

Very new, modern and clean, and good insulation - even though I stayed in a room facing the road, it was still very quite. Love the backlit mirror.

Located on historic El Camino Real in Palo Alto, this Homewood Suites is more in the style of "urban living" than some of the other Homewood Suites that feature detached properties accessible only from outside. However, this location doesn't disappoint - the rooms, even the "urban studio" style I've stayed in that has integrated amenities are bigger than some of my apartments I've stayed in while in college! The staff is friendly and service is to the high standards set by Hilton. Being in Silicon Valley, this location has plenty of USB and normal power outlets for keeping devices charged and ready to go, making this a great place for doing telecommuting. Everything is new and up to date as far as amenities go, and there's even an underground parking garage protected by a gate. For the money, this is definitely one of the better hotels in the area, and satisfies the "bang-for-your-buck" itch. I would definitely stay at this property again when I'm here on business!

The rooms are nice, the food is ok but does tend to repeat. If your light or fan starts going on its own tell the desk, they're all wireless here and yours will need another code.

It's a very new hotel. Awesome is what I would say and the best I have lived in a year. It's a studio style so it includes small kitchen separate living room space, etc. And size is very big. Love it!

I've never stayed at a Homewood Suites before but if they're all as nice as this Palo Alto location, I'm going to have to make it a habit. Great amenities: my room was perfectly clean, the towels were fluffy and the staff was very friendly.
