Nice cozy and designed hotel

Really cool rooms, nice hotel staff, accommodating towards English speaking guests, and a nice location. I enjoyed my stay.

Very nice and modern hotel. Good location, you can walk to a lot of things. Our room had a nice view of Taipei 101, though the passing traffic could be noisy. The breakfast is quite tasty. The WiFi was spotty.

Staff are very nice and friendly. They give great advises on places to visit. Also location is very central to many night markets and other places.. Dbs is nearby too! The room we had was huge! Had a bathtub

Very neat and tidt hotel. Got their executive room with tub. There is personal steam bath in the shower room. Awesome experience.

Despite prior communicated to customer service team to connect the separate booking, for two consecutive nights, by my friend and me respectively, the hotel still ignore it.

Nice Hotel - However, the toilet is very "SEXY" for two "normal" men or women staying together! :D

Overall good and pleasant stay with HEZ. This is our 4th stay. Good location and walking distance to subway. Breakfast is simple but sufficient for us. Staff is helpful and friendly.

I usually opt for smaller hotels when traveling. This hotel is quite large with English speaking front desk. The room was amazing! We had a king sized bed that was very comfortable. The room offered mood lighting via spot lights and rope lights. The bathroom was equipped with a two person jacuzzi and a stream shower. The breakfast offered was tasty and provided in the lobby area where many comfortable seats on sofas were available.

Modern and chic. Massive bed, steam room and hot tub in room. Comfortably slept three adults.

朝食は今まで宿泊してきたホテルと比較して明らかに劣ります。（悪いというわけではないが期待感には沿わない）シャワーの水圧は低く、また操作方法もイマイチ分からず使い辛い。部屋は広く、1day1drinkサービスは有り難い。可もなく不可もなく。

쾌적하고 넓은 공간!!

샤워에서 사우나 기능 좋음. The steam sauna function in the shower is very nice.
