The “Pietreto” Hotel offers the quietness and beauty of the gentle Tuscan hillside. From the Pietreto, the most famous Tuscan cities are within easy reach. Florence is 45 minutes drive by car, 30 minutes to Siena, 20 to S. Gimignano, while Punta Ala and the Grosseto coast can be visited after just over one hour drive.
In the quiet and vast Pietreto parkside, the guests can make use of the two swimming pools, open from May to October.
One of the most interesting locations of the Alta Valdelsa, the roman “calidario” of the Caldane, opens freely to the public only few yards from the Pietreto parkside.
The Via Francigena, an important backbone to central Italian cultural exchange during the most part of the millennium, unwinds a few steps form the Pietreto. It can be reached for instance at Monteriggioni, another medieval “pearl” dating 1100 (10 minutes away by car).

Eine Oase zum erholen. Etwas abseits der Straße, daher sehr ruhig. Das Abendessen ist immer ein Highlite. 4 Gänge für jeden etwas dabei. Der hauseigene Wein ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen.

Quelles vacances dans ce lieu magnifique et calme. L hôtel est rempli de charme avec une déco à l italienne. Les chambres sont de taille correcte et sont propres. La piscine est vraiment sympa et bien exposée. Le repas? Que dire c était juste délicieux varié et généreux. Produits frais venant du potager ! Les propriétaires sont une sacrée surprise 😂, je n en dirais pas plus. Je le recommande

Posto incantevole!!! Abbiamo trascorso una sola notte purtroppo. Non abbiamo quindi potuto godere della pace e tranquillità del grande giardino che circonda la struttura, che si trova a fianco della via francigena. Unica nota negativa, ma superabile per un breve soggiorno, la doccia sulla vasca da bagno.....tutto il resto ottimo.

super toll gelegen- man kann selbst abends noch mal kurz nach San Gigmignano oder Siena fahren
technische Ausstattung: Leider funktioniert das WLan nur auf der Terrasse und nur mit gutem Zureden - oder manchmal auch gar nicht
Die Zimmer sind extrem unterschiedlich und benötigen dringend ein komplettes Make-Over, , frische Farbe, ein wenig Liebe zum Detail
An sich sind Gebäude, Gelände und Lage phantastisch
und was einfach magisch ist sind die Abende mit tollem toskanischen Essen
