Great hotel. Very clean and rooms are spacious

Fantastic experience but the WiFi was awful and never worked. Other than that great hotel.

Love this place for a quick date night with the wife. Lots to do around North Hills good food and drinks. Only 20 minutes from home but it's like being an out of town date night 😁

This is a great hotel in the middle of almost anything you can want. We checked in online but still had to get a key; that was easy. The room for 4 was clean and didn't smell, (as rooms often do). It was large enough to accommodate our family with Direct TV, so the kids were happy with tv time. Down in the lobby is a pool table which wasn't to busy and in the morning a typical breakfast set up that was decently tasty. It rained while we were there, so we didn't really use the pool, but that area looked very well kept also. And it had a handicapped accessory so all can join. At night restaurants, (multiple choices) were within a 30 second to 2 minute walk, including a Harris Teeter if you wanted to bring something back to use in the small kitchen. If you want better, I'd advise Harris T's as 7 bucks at the hotel bar is steep for me. So, going to the area, I'd certainly recommend this place. Enjoy

Rooms are very nicely appointed and have a nice modern styling. The amenities in the kitchen are expansive and ample to cook a full meal if desired. The breakfast is good; standard for a Hyatt. Hotel staff is professional and courteous. There is a plethora of upscale restaurants and shopping but the Harris Teeter grocery within walking distance is the cherry on top. The only dissatisfactory experience has been with the free WiFi. It is very slow in the evening.

This is a very modern area and fits right into the location. The room was very big and comfortable. It had a kitchenette including a stove and dishwasher. The bathroom was really big with plenty of towels. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast attendants were very nice and attentive. Overall this is a wonderful place to stay!

There is nothing negative about this hotel! Great customer service, we were are greeted everytime we walked through the lobby. Everything was very clean even with dogs allowed and we saw multiple big dogs, you couldnt tell because it was very clean. The location was clean and everything you need is walking distance. The breakfast was great, plenty of options you can choose from and you can request omelets. I will definitely stay here again!

The rooms a nice for 1-2 people not very extravagant but it is still nice. Also in the morning they give free breakfast in the lobby. It is also near to most locations in Raleigh. Along with a staff that is very nice and helpful. Overall making a good visit.

Hotel was a great place to stay with everything around you so you don't have to drive much or far. I stayed during my surgery, staff was awesome and very attentive. From sending emails with express check in and check out, that was great options. Just one thing lacking was the pillows need to be softer. I know I asked for more pillows for comfort and they did somehow gave me one soft pillow but the others where too hard to sleep on. Other than that would recommend. They have lots to offer.

I travel to Raleigh often for work. The Hyatt House staff remembers me and always makes me feel welcome. There are lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, and the staff is happy to make new recommendations. I feel like I am at my home away from home when I stay here instead of a hotel. As someone that travels often, that is a nice feeling.

The hotel is really nice. The location is a bit far from downtown. The area of the hotel has nice places to walk around. Hotel is clean and very large rooms. The only downfall is they do not have in room dining

We stayed here during our visit to NC in the past and we had a great time. You wouldn't feel that you are actually on a hotel, it's just like home. We actually didn't want to leave when it was time to return. Thanks for making our stay awesome!! ~John

I love this Hyatt. Its within walking distance to several shops, restaurants and even a little entertainment. Breakfast there is always good and their omelette station is the best! I will be a repeat visitor.

Rooms are clean and suites have everything available to make the stay comfortable. Breakfast is excellent with a large variety of different breakfast foods.

Excellent hotel! Service was wonderful, strong wifi in rooms, comfortable beds, refreshing decor, great location... Walking distance to restaurants and nearby shopping centers.

My husband and I stayed overnight in King suite. The room was very spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable, but it did squeak a bit whenever I rolled over. Continental breakfast offered good variety. I especially enjoyed the omlet bar and chef.

Clean rooms, although everything felt very compact. Be aware the hotel shuts everything down precisely on schedule, whether it's the bar at night or the breakfast in the morning. This means if you show up 15 or so minutes before something closes, you will find scarce resources.

The Hyatt House was used as a staying area for me during a recent wedding. I had a very nice experience and the hotel was great. The rooms were clean and the staff was great!

We always come here while in town and absolutely love our stay, every time. Everyone is super friendly and we are always greeted nicely where ever we go which makes the stay very welcoming! A couple things we ran into this time which can hopefully be fixed for future guests. On the elevators and in the halls sometimes we smelt dog because it's a pet friendly hotel. We didn't have trouble last time, but this time the smell was horrible. I also had an unknown charge to my card but it was fixed quickly which I'm super thankful for, mistakes happen! Thank you!! We will be back! 💓

The Roman staff was very nice. The food was excellent they have a neat pool table and lounge area. The rooms were clean and well-kept. I did have an issue where the air kept turning down beyond where I wanted it but it was still nice. I would definitely and probably will be staying here again. Oh and there's amazing food like Cowfish Sushi within walking distance.

For a pet friendly hotel, Hyatt House is surprisingly clean and unspoiled by animal damage. When we found out our room was on the 2nd floor, right above the entry, I considered asking for another room. But as it turned out, we didn't hear a thing. The sound proofing for the street is quite good. We could hear other people's doors closing but not noise from neighbors. We had a nice suite that was modern, a full kitchen, and a very nice stay. Breakfast buffet was also good. But you can't bring your dog into the eating area (understandably!). The room brochure says breakfast opens a half hour earlier than it really does, the kitchen staff was sure to let me know even though we were permitted to eat what was out already. All in all, we would definitely stay here again.

This is the fifth time that I stay there. Great Hotel great service and very close to work. I will probably stay there next time as well. There's some new hotels in the area but I think I will be loyal to this one.

Staff and Customer Service is second to none!! The gentleman at the front desk named Keir was God sent! This was my third time staying there, but the second time wasn't quite as nice so I was a little skeptical, but Keir made sure all requests made were met, and that made a world of difference for me! Thank you Hyatt for employing young adults who knows how to provide great service with a smile!

Excellent. Amazing and curtieous staff. Has great rooms that come with a small kitchen with an electric stove, dish washer, pots, pans, bowls, and knives for cooking. Amazing breakfast for free, with customized omelets. Great location to see the rest of suburban Raleigh.

I am IN LOVE with this hotel! My husband and I only stay at this hotel because the staff is beyond great and the suites are impeccable! The rooms are very spacious and super clean. If you get food our drinks from the H Bar, everything is wonderful! Did I say the staff was amazing??? Yeah, I know I did but it was worth mentioning again! When we stay for our birthdays, the staff always goes out of their way to recognize our special occasions. I recommend this hotel to any and everyone!

New hotel in the North Hills area convenient to shops, restaurants, bars and even work. Well appointed contemporary rooms with a full kitchen and a Harris Teeter grocery across the street. There is a nice bar in the lobby with a pool table nearby and outside there is a cozy courtyard pool, seating area and gas grill.
The staff has been super helpful and even found some honey for our evening bedtime tea after our late check in. The hot breakfast had a cornucopia of items, the best was the omelet station.
As a flooring contractor and in the real estate business, I noticed there was some cracked floor tiles for such a new hotel that should be under warranty to fix and that is the only negative mark. Still 5 stars and will stay again!

Our stay at the Hyatt was an absolutely wonderful experience. We could not have been more impressed with the room and the suite. It was exceptionally clean, organized and well stocked. We will stay there again soon.

Soft towels are a must with me and this was great. Ample services, the breakfast bar was yummy, snack bar great, entertainment was fine, location in reference to walk to amenities was just perfect. Parking was very good and ample.

Amazing room. Very stylish and high class. The bed was comfortable. We stayed in a business suite and the little kitchen was really nice.

Incredibly friendly staff, gorgeous rooms and great location. Only grievance was neighboring building construction at time of our visit, which I do not hold the hotel at fault for.

I love the idea of the pour your own beer and make your own flight. No complaints about the beer. The food, however, was hit or miss. The nachos were pretty good and were the standout. They weren't too salty and the fresh avocado was a nice touch as was the salsa verde. The catfish sandwich was a complete disappointent.

My friend and I need two rooms in an emergency on a Thursday evening. Matt came through with great rooms and excellent recommendations for dining. We had a great dinner and a wonderful restful night sleep; I couldn't be more pleased!

One of the most pleasant overnight stays I have had. The suite was comfortable and quiet in spite of being located next to the elevator. LOL

This is a newer, clean, lovely hotel with great facilities. We stayed four nights with out two children age 5 and 9 in a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed. It was large enough that the kids had their own space and we had a separate room without it being cost prohibitive. Excellent value for money.

Incredibly well designed rooms and the service is well above what I originally expected. The location is perfect, you have shopping, restaurants and movies within walking distance. Downtown Raleigh is a quick 10 minute drive.

The hotel is located in North Hills within a convenient walking distance from restaurants, a grocery store, and shopping centers. At night the streets are lit up with sprinkles of yellow and white lights creating a warm glow atmosphere all down the strip. The hotel is very clean and the staff amazingly friendly. They great you as if they personally know you every time you walk by the entrance. It's a calm, quiet, and safe location but gives you a bit of big city life feel with so many places at your disposal at walking distance and apartments above all the shops. Love it here.

Stayed overnight after the wine festival. Room was very nice, and the staff was friendly. Good breakfast too. Would definitely stay again.

Checked in after dropping our daughter off at airport for a year long stay in Spain. Brittany checked us in and helped with the tears. Later she sent a bottle of wine and a wonderful card. This is the only place we've stayed in Raleigh since they opened.

Please note that this property is surrounded on all sides by active weekday construction and will be for many years to come. Currently, if you don't like to be woken up by rumbling concrete mixers and other loud noises and vibrations, stay away from odd numbered rooms ending in 29, 27, 25, and 24 as they are the loudest rooms.

The staff at the front desk are friendly and fast enough; however, housekeeping is inept and amateur at best. They seriously need to learn how to properly wash windows and clean all areas. If you plan to use ANY dishes, glasses or cutlery items: THOROUGHLY RINSE THEM BEFOREHAND!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

While I've never had horrific problems here before, this property doesn't get a higher rating due to its noise level (from construction and street noise) and lack of proper training to its housekeeping staff.

This is still a much better choice than the nearby Hyatt Place (although they finally realized I was right and have been careful) but do take into consideration the noise factor if you're a light sleeper. There are some stats for sound nerds at the end of this review.

Harris Teeter (24/7) is just across the way and will serve as quite an amenity if you plan to stay here for more than a night. Just, please don't drive there from the hotel; I've seen that before and it's sad.

You will love staying at this clean, well kept hotel!

We've stayed here twice and this hotel is spot on! Always clean. Always nice staff. Very good breakfast (get there early ). Great locations . Lots of businesses still being built in the area. Easy on/ easy off highway. Great hotel. This is the place we stay at when visiting Raleigh.

Location is perfect with walking distance you several restaurants and grocery store. Rooms are modern, quiet, and clean. Staff is always outgoing and friendly. I can't recommend a better place to stay.

The best place I've ever stayed at my ENTIRE life!! Definitely 5 stars! If I could give it 10 I would! Rooms are absolutely amazing, the staff.... Well how do I put this? Most friendly, helpful, best people ever! 10 stars! We got to be lazy the 2 days we stayed (my husband had surgery) and they were wonderful! Brought everything to us without us even asking! So, so nice! Beautiful city scape view with gorgeous pool and outdoor patio area. Wonderful diners and stores all in walking distance, room has a stove, fridge, dishes, so if you want you can cook your own meals they have a 24/7 market. The house keepers are so nice and they did an amazing job!! I could go on and on! Definitely staying here again if I ever gotta come back to NC!

The hotel was what you may expect from a residential hotel. The front desk was friendly and there were free breakfast.

Beautiful, well-appointed rooms. Gorgeous bathroom, nice and quiet. Bed is a little too firm for my taste. Easy access to beltway and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Nice rooms, but the design of my particular room was not fully thought through. For instance, the shower leaked all over the floor
