Rooms are good. Lacking in power points near the beds. No microwave. Staff willing to assist.

Reak was quick in checking us in. The lady Nada at the front reception was really helpful in guiding us for our new year plans. Dinner at the restaurant on new year was delicious. Big shout out to Ramada for making our new year special.

Excellent service from all the staff, especially Ali who brought my dinner directly to my room almost every night with a smile and friendly conversation. Room was always tidy and neat. My first stay in a hotel and the staff made it an excellent first time stay.

Had yummy lamb shanks by David at dinner, just fell off the bone. Reak was very helpful at reception, as was Nikki.
Also chef Ryan was very kind to make me a toasted sandwich before lunch.
Overall staff very friendly and helpful and I would stay at this hotel again.

Convenient and close to Asian shopping. Price is also reasonable . Much more comfy since the renovations and name change from ibis.

Have stayed in many places in Australia but the Ramada at Lansvale has to be probably the best that we have ever stayed at, the rooms very well appointed, clean and well serviced. The restaurant and staff are absolutely excellent, the food wonderful and the staff throughout the whole complex where outstanding. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience. Stayed there a few times for the last couple of months. Front desk staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned, bow my head to the housekeeping staff. The restaurant is great, the food is fabulous, the staff are awesome. The atmosphere is wonderful. Definitely recommend to friends and family.

I am staying here for 2 weeks an already i am loving it. Rooms are very clean.I take my hat off an salute all housekeeping staff. Cleaning an maintaining the rooms is not an easy job. Keep up the good work.

Nice restaurant

Really nice and quiet place to wine and dine. The food is nice 3/5 they use to have more on the menu and was really popular about a few years ago. Don't know what has changed but everything is still pretty good besides the menu option. I would think the many times I have eaten there recently the food is not as wow as before so that's why I rate the food 3/5 Good but not that good. Much on the lines of above average. Everything else is 4/5 in terms of service and atmosphere.

I stayed there recently. The staff were amazing. Nothing was a bother and they were all friendly with a smile. The room was great. I had a balcony looking straight down to the pool. The breakfast buffet was amazing. It was right in the hume highway and train station the otherside so extremely convenient.
I highly recommend anyone to stay here.

This IBIS Styles brand is quickly becoming my go to place to stay when traveling. They offer affordable stays away without skimping on the quality of the room or hotel. You can feel like you are staying in a semi luxury hotel for only a fraction of the price.

Clean and comfy. Food was great. Only thing was the $100 pre authorisation. Ontop of room fee takes a week to get it back.

Decent rooms and amenities, breakfast and bar/dining facilities average

Accomodation, is great, breakfast is first class,,,, but they definetly need security here for customers cars as when we stayed there there was a car broken into and there was real bad deals going down in the car park late at night. So if you stay here make sure you drive a bomb that if stolen or broken into you will not be upset. Also 2 bottles of crown were a ridiculous $7 each, that is $168 for a slab! And the Pizza at $20 each was pretty pathetic too.
