Comfortable, convenient, helpful staff

The hotel is nice and clean. Coffee and tea can be prepared in the room (loved it). The heating system in my room was a little too noisy, so I had to turn it off :(.

Really good example of the Kyriad chain of hotels. Situated on the outskirts of Dijon with excellent transport facilities to the centre. Cannot fault the the hotel facilities, room and the staff were exceptional. The restaurant was exceptional and the breakfast was very good too. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anybody and whenever in the area again would stay there without question. I gave this hotel 5 stars because it was a three star hotel with all the advantages of a 4 star hotel but at the price of a two star hotel so exceptional value for money.

Nothing to complain, good value for the money. WiFi ok, rooms clean, bathrooms clean, standard breakfast.

The hotel is located in a nice area, easily accessible from the motorway, clean, dog-friendly and the staff are very helpful. However, we had the worst night's sleep. The room is very small, the shower oscillated from very hot to very cold and back again regardless where you set the dial and the "air conditioning" made tons of noise but did not work. It was a very hot night in a small cramped room and I could only get to sleep at 2 am when I switched off the "air conditioning" and opened the window. However, as our room was being the neon sign of the hotel, the light was also an issue.
In summary, could be a very good hotel but for the money, I would have gone to a better quality one.

Le problème était surtout la chambre minuscule... pour deux personnes, donc gros problème d’exiguïté. Pour le reste accueil + restaurant très bien. J'avais oublié un objet qui m'a été rapidement renvoyé, donc merci à l'équipe.

Effectivement les chambres ne sont pas immense, mais contrairement à tous les hôtels du secteur, le personnel est trés professionnel, agréable et très serviable. La gestion de l'établissement n'est pas abandonnée à des stagiaires ou jeunes en apprentissage.
Le restaurant est très bien, des menus variés, toujours d'une excellente qualité, une très bonne adresse

Personnel très bien, à l'écoute, Poli et serviable. Emplacement de l'hôtel idéal..à côté de l'autoroute et proche du centre.
Les + de la chambre : salle de bain très moderne, douche italienne très grande et pratique, chambre assez grande pour deux personnes. Le restaurant propose le soir un menu varié de plats très abordables et très bon. Service excellent.
Le - : le bourdement de la climatisation qui s'arrête et reprend quand il y en a besoin. Le parking trop petit pour accueillir toutes les voitures de tous les clients.

Restaurant : repas du soir avec cuisine industrielle, sans éclat. Petit déj identique, mais à volonté.

Accueil/service général : rien à redire, les employés sont à l'écoute.

Chambres : ambiance tabac froid dans la pièce, et fosse septique dans la douche (génial pour le matin au réveil). Internet bas débit, n'imaginez pas vous regarder un film en streaming.

Je mets 2 étoiles uniquement pour la bonne humeur des employés.
