My fave hotel in Zurich. The modern architecture is somehow appropriate. The rooms are generous. The staff are supremely welcoming and helpful

This is a spectacular hotel. The sleeping rooms and bathrooms are first class. The beds and linens are wonderful and help contribute to a wonderful nights sleep. The shower area has a wonderful rain shower head as well as a full spray and tub. This is what you expect in top notch hotels and the Park Hyatt delivers in spades. The room service menu is terrific with a great mixture on Swiss and standard hotel sandwiches and burgers. 24 hour service for many variations.

This is an amazing hotel, the service is superb. The front desk staff really goes the extra mile to make you feel at home. Big shout out to them. The spa and gym are nice, rooms as you can expect from an excellent hotel. Had a great experience.

I had an awesome experience here. The location is central, the rooms are spacious with state-of-art decoration. Excellent Spa and gym area. The breakfast, dinner, drinks and general service are superb. Highly recommended

Second review: I was waiting in lobby to order a tea for more than half hour. The waiter brought me the menu and served the others but totally ignored me :-(

Mostly I liked the hotel and it is the best here, there beds needs to change ، cleaning or (housekeeping) in the room is not the best, hope that's changes

Stayed here while visiting Zurich and had a wonderful experience. Customer experience was one-of-a-kind, room and location was perfect, and amenities were just what we needed. Will definitely be staying here again!

The hotel is clean and sophisticated. The rooms are well maintained and the bathroom is really luxurious. The staff is kind and helpful, they are at your disposal for any request. Food is delicious!

Comfy, modern, high-class hotel in central Zürich. Had great service, room was terrific (really appreciate the USB plugs with many of the outlets, especially when traveling internationally!), and while the location doesn’t afford lake views, the location is incredibly convenient.

Everything works as it should, great takeout for thanksgiving and Christmas, just order the bird you want and the sides, swing by at your alloted time and pick up your dinner!

I've stayed at a few Park Hyatts, so my expectations were high. The Park Hyatt Zurich exceeded my expectations. The hotel remembered our anniversary from a past stay. There was a handwritten card along with rose petals everywhere. They truly went above and beyond. Many thanks and we'll be back!!

We got a newly renovated room on the 4th floor with no view. The room is lack of storage place but overall it's very comfortable and quiet. It literally feels that you are living in a big safe box.

It was a great experience there. Great staff and great all round hospitality. When they didn't have our rooms ready they gave us all complementary snacks and candy. And they wrote us personal apology letters!!

Calm, luxurious retreat just steps away from Old Town and the lake. The Park Hyatt was an excellent base for our Zurich vacation. I look forward to staying here again.

Service was really slow, burgers were good but none of the other meals seemed to be. Very expensive for what you get although the staff were friendly

Location is a few stops from Zürich HB station, walkable to the churches, restaurants, and shops. The king room was very well maintained, and the bed and bath were excellent. Service was as expected, very polite and quick. The fitness center and sauna had a lot of equipment. No swimming pool though.

The service at the lobby lounge is extremely kind. Every staff in the hotel is well trained. Definitely a luxury hotel worth staying for couple days.

Fabulous overall experience! Wonderful feel of a small boutique hotel, with very personalized service. Rooms are 1st class equipped, roomy, and luxurious. I've stayed here several times, including with my wife and even our dog, and the staff always make us feel like we're their most important guests. Location is perfect too, situated just off Lake Zurich for those morning strolls and just blocks from prime shopping. Thanks Park Hyatt Zurich ... see you again soon.

The beds are super comfortable. Stayed in room 517 which was very quiet. Spacious room, great facilities. Excellent location. Outstanding customer service. Everyone was extremely helpful, in particular the concierge who had excellent local knowledge and gave us really good recommendations. We were very happy with everything. I was celebrating my birthday and the staff left a lovely chocolate cake in my room. That was a nice touch.

This is an outstanding hotel, in a central location near public transport, with great staff, & very nice spacious modern rooms. Their hotel bar has a non alcoholic mocktail menu which we liked as well. This is truly an expensive 5 star hotel with a hotel room you can actually enjoy & not worry about.
