Nice old city, beautiful buildings and cool bars and restaurants in this town!

Very nice place to stay. We had an issue with our reservation, which was our fault, and the staff helped us out and got us checked in fast. Shout out to the front desk and big thanks to you! Those beds felt great after a long trip.

Apart from the clearly tired and grumpy receptionist we encountered on arrival everything else was really great! The rooms were very pretty, new, tidy and clean, and the beds slept really well!! Breakfast was great - good variety and the staff were very diligent and helpful. Overall a really great experience. Would recommend!

A wannabe luxurious hotel: good decoration, nice food, good service... Yet somehow it feels more like a chain of hotels than anything special. For my personal taste this kind of luxury offers me no satisfaction.
The salmon was delicious, though.

Great room, well designed for the business road warriors. The chef must have been off one of the days I had a meal there, and the stand in took a perfectly good brazed pork and turned it into shoe leather. Wait staff and hotel staff are excellent.

Der Teppich ist etwas unschön und es wirkt wie in der Zeit stehen geblieben. Man hat aber alles was man braucht und ansonsten ist das Zimmer echt in Ordnung.

Alles ein bisschen alt und hellhörig. Spezielles Badezimmer ohne richtige Tür. Ganz ok, nix spezielles aber eigentlich zu teuer.

Good breakfast, very small rooms, no possibility to really separate the bathroom, only through a swinging glassdoor that can be used either for the toilet or the shower - and the door wouldn't close properly so the whole bathroom was under water after showering

Small rooms. The mini bar was out of service because the hotel is now more "green". In fact the the fridge was on but empty.

Nice room. Tasty breakfast. There is a wide range of items to choose from on the buffet, hot and cold. The rooms were clean and unique. It's an extra 5€ to use the spa and fitness centre. Location is convenient, central, and near many shops.

It was an average place with fairly good service. We arrived in the afternoon when we were supposed to arrive the night before (issues with the trains caused out delay). They did have our room available, but they weren't able to cancel it for the night before. We called a bit before 7pm the night we were hoping to arrive asking about refunds and they couldn't do it :( The room was ok, it had everything expected in a hotel room. Nothing seemed especially amiss, and nothing was incredibly remarkable. So although I won't go out of my way to go here, I can say it wasn't a bad stop for 2 nights. I had prepaid for the room (through a travel agent), so I wasn't expecting an 11.5€ "tax" when checking out. Overall, I think 3.8/5 seems reasonable. It's a chain/volume hotel with nothing really memorable about it.

Very small room. No place to lay out a suitcase except the bad. Refrigerator missing - just an empty space in a cabinet. Shower drain couldn't keep up with the flow. Bad design all around. Worse than commercial hotels in size.

Good service from the staff. A superb breakfast and an easy walk to the historic district.

Rooms are tight but stylish. Breakfast is fantastic. Elevators are inadequate for hotel's capacity, and slow to pile on.

Ich sag es kurz und knapp, am liebsten würde ich 10 Sterne geben. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, es war hell, das ganze Hotel ist sehr einladend gestaltet, man kommt nur mit der passenden Schlüsselkarte nach oben in die Wohnetagen, in den oberen Etagen hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick über Erfurt, das Personal ist durchweg freundlich, die Dusche ist nicht zu klein, das Zimmer war allgemein sehr sauber. Das Hotel selbst liegt sehr zentral sodas man nicht lange laufen muss um z.B. zum Anger zu kommen. Auch Sonderwünsche oder besondere bedürfnisse wie zum Beispiel einen Hochstuhl für das kleine Kind an den Esstisch werden berücksichtigt. Alles in allem kann ich das Radisson Blu nur weiterempfehlen und sagen investiert wenn nötig etwas mehr und lasst euch ein Zimmer weiter oben geben, der Ausblick ist es allemal wert.

Clean and high standard, excellent service, the standard rooms are a bit small but very comfortable, I recommend to use the sauna on 17th floor, never had such a beautiful view inside a sauna before

Das Hotel war in Ordnung. Saubere, nette Zimmer. Nettes Personal. Das kostenfreie WiFi ist furchtbar langsam. Der Aufzug ist seltsam niedrig.

Gute Lage, freundlich. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, das Bad ist nicht fest vom Zimmer abgetrennt. Schöner Ausblick gen Altstadt. Keine Rückfrage beim Checkout zur Zufriedenheit.

War 2 Tage Gast in diesem Haus, das Zimmer war im 10 Stock mit direkt Blick auf den DOM. Da ich als Einzelperson dort war, konnte das Zimmer als Gut bezeichnet werden, für Paare sind die Zimmer und gerade das Bad etwas Gewöhnungsbedüftig.
Hatte ein Hotel Angebot mit Essen und Geschenk sowie einer Stadtführung, soweit hat alles gepasst, teils mit einer Nachfrage.

Zimmer Sauber,Betten Ok,Bad etwas defekt,Toilette läuft nicht richtig ab,Keine Minibar auf dem Zimmer > nur an der Rec. zu kaufen. Aber kein Thema im Anger1 gibt es auch ein Rewe, nur 50m vom Hotel.

Parken für 12€ etwas zu teuer..

Fazit, ich würde schon noch mal das Hotel Buchen, da Frühstück sehr gut war und alle Angestellten sehr freundlich.
