The room is beautiful and the hot tub is very warm the best hotel i have ever stayed at. Great breakfast and affordable price for the room. Want to live here also has a dishwasher, sink ,big fridge not little little ones ,and a pull out couch, and of course a normal about queen size. Definitely recommend BEST HOTEL EVER!

I have stayed at this location for about 5-6 months out of the last year. Friendly and attentive staff. There's been nothing they haven't been able to make right (& those have been very few & minor) This is one of my favorite hotels.

Our home away from home we stay 3 times a year. Clean. Pool. Free laundry bring your own soap or by small box in the lobby. Court yard is fenced with grills. Weight room. Free @awesome breakfast. They hold little events for guess. Meet and greet. Ice cream social. So on

Great, clean hotel. The staff is great, the rooms are clean and the included breakfast buffet is awesome. Top it off with a swimming pool and jacuzzi, and you have yourself a great little place.

Great hotel! Was better than expected, staff was awesome and there was a hot breakfast with lots of options to choose from. I only stayed overnight but would definitely recommend to anyone!

Great rooms! Clean, modern, and well furnished. Pool was small, but nice. Kids loved the fitness room. Quick access to Cuyahoga National Park. Be sure to swing by the nearby Nervous Dog Coffee Bar on your way to the trails.

We stay here every time we visit and always have a pleasant experience. Front desk and kitchen staff are great! Good pet friendly hotels are hard to find but this one is the best we've ever stayed at. The rooms and suites we've had we're all clean and comfortable. Breakfast is always great with that crispy bacon! Grounds are nice but (pet owners could be a bit more responsible and clean up after their dogs seeing how they have pet bags and a can to get rid of it)

Very nice room. Clean as a whistle! Breakfast is similar to Holiday Inn Express. Internet didn't work well with cellphone, but no issues with PC.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this hotel. They provide great service before your stay. When I was booking Matt made it so easy. I wish I could have stayed longer. The breakfast was great a nice variety of foods and drinks. Rooms are very clean presentable.

We have never stayed at a Staybridge Suites before but I would be willing to seek out this brand now. Everything from check in to breakfast in the morning was amazing! The staff is friendly and personable, not only ask me how my day was, but also my kids. The indoor pool is so nice and although you can smell the chlorine it doesn’t have the classic overwhelming smell of chlorine like most pools do. Our room was clean and very spacious. Breakfast was a highlight for the kids; cereal, omelettes, sausage, make your own waffles, and fruit/yogurt, muffins, juice, coffee, tea, etc. We would have easily spend $40 on the same breakfast anywhere else. Thank you for a great stay and some time to truly relax, especially after stressful doctor appointments for my son at Akron Children’s Hospital.

Clean, modem rooms. I had a mini kitchen suite. Complimentary breakfast was pretty standard, but like the free dinners (not available every night)

Breakfast could be better. The rooms are great. When we were there the breakfast area was being renovated som perhaps we were a tad unlucky. Overall good.

Excellent property. Spotless and looks new. The rooms and suites are nice. They had a flood and were renovating kitchen area off lobby. Said it would be a few weeks before finished. Breakfast was served in a meeting room. Pool and hot tub were real nice and super clean. Staff was superb. One of the best properties I have stayed in.

I stayed here a earlier in the year and I have to say this place was just as good as the last time. First off, the lobby/breakfast area is super nice. Very welcoming and flows nicely. I love places that have a courtyard where you can sit and socialize. They have free meals, wine, in the lobby most nights of the week, and I never say no to free food or drink haha. The rooms were very spacious and clean. My bed was perfect, I slept like a baby. Not to mention you are a hop, skip, and a jump from Kent which is a beautiful town to explore, party, chill, or do anything your heart desires, so all this and a very accommodating staff? YES PLEASE! Great hotel.

Phenomenal experience. Had all but written off any IHG hotels after the previous 2 experiences @ other locations. So glad we stopped & gave this location a chance. From when we arrived at 2 am, no reservations, dog in tow, we were overwhelmed with the hospitality & kindness. {before I gave rewards status @ that} Haven't been treated that kindly, & made to feel as if we honestly had just got to my mommas house, I swear, it was just incredible. Made sure check in was a breeze, all our needs were taken care of, the pooches too 🐾, & then a late check-out if we needed but unfortunately didn't get to use. Just above & beyond, all the way around. & because I was delirious upon arrival, I cannot remember the wonderful guy who checked us in but he is obsessed with Eleanor 🚘 as much as I, THANK YOU, a few weeks late but seriously, you're the best. You deserve more than a raise, maybe a promotion, at least! Anytime we are within a 100 miles we will definitely be resting here! Thank you again!

I had a lovely time at Staybridge. The staff was laid back and friendly, I was able to check in early, the bed was comfortable, nice kitchenette and sofa area within the room. The hot breakfast spread was good and I enjoyed the gym- plenty of machines plus towels available.

The rooms are relatively large with a small kitchen area. On the whole it seems clean and well maitained. The complementary breakfast is decent. There is a nice indoor pool. Bed is comfortable. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

I had a great Stay at this Hotel. The Staff was incredibly nice and even let me a borrow a phone charger for an hour to charge up my phone. Rooms were so comfortable and the Breakfast was great.

Really nice place. Felt very upscale. Room was very clean, comfortable and even smelled good - not like cleaning solution, but fresh. Staff was great, front desk guy, Mike, talked us in from the highway, and followed up once we were in the room. Then checked in with us after we got back from dinner to make sure our TV was working right.
Breakfast was awesome - and the checkout time being noon was even better.

Guest service at check in was outstanding. The gentleman that checked us in and out was very polite, professional and personable. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was definitely not the best I have had at a hotel and the set up made it difficult for the quantity of people attempting to get food.

The amenities are great at this hotel. We had to get the remote fixed for the tv and the staff took care of the issue in minutes. The food provided was the best I've ever had at a hotel. Not only did they serve breakfast but dinner as well. I would stay there again!

We had two nights here and we were continually impressed with the level of service and friendly staff throughout this hotel. Our room was incredibly spacious and comfortable! They provided all necessary toiletries, coffee, tea, and even popcorn! There was a small kitchenette in our room with a minimart downstairs to purchase items, and we were delighted to note that this hotel not only serves complementary breakfast which was delicious, but also complementary dinner during the week.

They have an indoor pool and spa which is available 24 hours a day during the week. There are close by shops which include a nail salon, coffee shop, and various restaurants. This place is located just off the highway which made it easy to locate. They have a huge free parking lot.

My fiance and I stayed here for an entire month. The staff was always happy, the breakfast was satisfying, the room was cozy and clean. Now I compare all of our hotel visits to Stow's Staybridge. It was just an all around pleasant place to stay.

Our clients love staying here while traveling in and out of Akron. The large rooms really feel like your own apartment with the seating area, fresh clean beds, and kitchenette! The staff is incredible, and will help you get around and help you find things to do!

Location was easy to find. Rooms clean and spacious. Staff great with customer service. Pool/spa/exercise room clean and well kept. Centralised near alot of restaurants and shopping centers.

I was really impressed with this hotel. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was very spacious. The "kitchenette" included in every room is more like a full kitchen! I will definitely be staying here again!

I'm a traveling promoter/comedian and this is my second time staying at this hotel.The hospitality that the Stay bridge shown was awesome. The service, rooms, staff was all awesome. They even call up to the room after check in to make sure everything was suitable for my needs. I thought that was very thoughtful. They also have a indoor pool and spa. plus, a fitness and business center. If you dont want to sit in your room they have a movie room lounge in the lobby of to the side. this is a very quiet and peaceful hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

Love visiting StayBridge Suites, my favorite hotel chain in America. These hotels are professional and comfortable aways insuring a great stay. The rooms are huge, complete with kitchenette and living room. My favorite part of the stay was the complementary dinner and breakfast everyday. Oh yeah, and the free laundry. Can't wait until my next visit.

Great hotel. Friendly staff! Hot breakfast was really good and the room size is perfect for extended stay!

We had a mixed experience here. We stayed here once a couple years ago and it was great, but not so much this time.

PROS: the room size for the price is great and the breakfast had a good variety. Rooms were well equipped and the hotel is close to shopping and the ski resort. The lady who worked breakfast on 12/31/16 was amazing, I have a dietary restriction and she had something in the kitchen that was on my diet and offered to make it!

CONS: the rooms are not well maintained or cleaned. The shower rod was almost completely pulled out of the wall and any minute will fall on someone. The TV didn't work and we had to call maintenance. When maintenance came (it was nighttime) he opened our door with his key without knocking and just came on in. I was in my PJs (not appropriate for him to see), I ran to my room and he didn't say a word of apology. The bedskirt in the master room had several LARGE stains where something spilled over the side of the bed. It should have been changed. We found a hairy used comb on the floor in plain sight next to the couch. All of these things make me feel like I am not in a clean room. Lastly, one reason we liked this hotel is for the theater room. We wanted to watch the OSU game and bring in the new year in there. Well the thermostat is around 50 degrees, we asked front desk to increase it and he said he did but it never felt like it. We were so cold (and we brought the blankets from upstairs, plus long sleeve sweaters on) that at half time we went to our room.

The room is very clean. The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay here again!

From the minute you walk into the Staybridge Suites Akron-Stow-Cuyahoga Falls, you feel and experience comfort & cleanliness. Incredibly friendly staff and one of the coziest lobby areas I've ever seen. My room (See photos) was spacious, clean, & modern. I was working at a local comedy club from Wed-Sat, and in any other regular hotel room, I would get cabin fever. However, more like an apartment, my room had me feeling good about staying in. (Outside was 7 degrees and snowing) With a fully equipped kitchen, I was able to get groceries and cook my own meals, saving money from going out to eat and having to deal with driving in the snow. My morning coffee was great, since I had a real coffee maker, not one of those little one cup at a time coffee makers. Great indoor pool and modern workout room to keep active. Monday-Wed they had a get together in the lobby wit $1 beer or wine. I highly recommend the Staybridge Suites Akron-Stow-Cuyahoga Falls.

The room was great the pool and free breakfast was great as well. My issue was that the heater in the room was broken so we froze all night. When we told them about it they aaid they would fix it, but when we went to sleep the next night it still didnt work. Had to go down and get more blankets. When we told them the manager said shed comp us. I was a little surprised when i checked my bank they had removed the entire charge of the hotel. I thought sweet! But 3 days later im checking again and the whole charge is right back on there. So we got nothing out of it except paying full price for a hotel room to freeze in.

Clean comfortable hotel. Every weekday they serve some sort of free buffet with drinks. Beer and wine is 1 dollar. Pool and sauna are very clean and comfortable as well.

Nice room and amenities. Great hot breakfast. Pool was closed for repairs.
Biggest issue - we found out at check-in that they charge $75 for a pet fee (I think per night!!). We didn't know this when making the reservation. You have to really dig into the website to find that info.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. Breakfast was great with a large selection, 2 grills available outside, indoor spa and pool, free popcorn, movie theater, book rental, you name it. Its a resort not a hotel!!

The room was incredible, very clean and well kept. I slept so well and I look forward to booking rooms for my bridal party next year for the night before my wedding! Breakfast the next morning was also a great perk, it was absolutely delicious!!!

First the bad and hence the 3 stars because this is not how you should start a stay. Upon checking in, wanting to unwind, I went searching for the ice machine. I saw there was an ice maker in the room fridge but no ice and knew it would take hours and hours to get enough for several drinks. I couldn't find the ice maker and asked the room maid. She said I had to go to the front desk. So, with the tray out if the freezer and the empty pitcher from the room, I went to the front desk to get some ice. The guy was somewhat rude, almost annoyed by my request and in a tone said, "we don't have ice machines in this hotel but all you have to do is turn on the ice maker in your room". I told him that I understand that but it doesn't help the situation currently and the maid said to come here. He said "I'm sorry we don't have any". So, now I'm upset, went back to the room, grabbed my keys and down the street to the gas station to get a bag. So I would advise you to bring a bag of ice with you upon check in or wait 6 hours for enough to use.

The hotel is conveniently located off the highway and near everything imaginable, very clean, very quiet, huge rooms at a reasonable price, rooms very well equipped (minis the ice) and most staff exceptionally friendly. But I would say that front staff should always maintain the best attitude. First impressions mean everything and the situation above could have been handled much better with less attitude. Other people were packed in the lobby and we're also stumped at the fact there is no access to ice right away and forced to wait for the room ice maker to make enough or use. I highly highly recommend, for the sake of customer service, repeat business, etc is either having a ice machine in the main lobby or even the bagged ice for sale like at a gas station. I get it, there is ice production in rooms but not for several hours so no need for free ice machines and the expense. So sell bag ice. It's free to get the machine and it generates revenue. For this simple reason alone, I would consider going elsewhere in the future. My new job has me traveling here 2x a month for 3 nights and with hotels being a dime a dozen, I'd rather go to a place I can drop my bags and not have to anything further.

Located near the Route 8, the hotel has affordable rooms, with very good service. My kids lived the poolpool, and it was very clean. The continental breakfast was great.

This was the 2nd time I've stayed at the Staybridge Suites. For my sons 2nd birthday we decided to include some other family members and stay in one of the 2 bedroom suites. It was impeccably clean. The staff was very knowledgeable, courteous and happy. Victor at the front desk is fantastic! I've had the pleasure of dealing with him during both of my stays here. Nothing but smiles and good attitude. The pool was refreshing and all of my family had nothing but great things to say about their stay here. We all wished we could have stayed longer. We will certainly be back. Also, did I mention that the beds are like sleeping on big comfy clouds? The best sleep I've had in a long time. =)

I only have great things to say about Staybridge. Rooms are clean, staff is great and the area is quiet. I would recommend it to anyone staying in the Akron area.
