Excellent stay on all levels! Staff and facilities were wonderful! I would highly recommend this property! I would especially like to compliment Jackie, the happy hour hostess, for her friendliness and care.

Great staff and great service. We really enjoyed our time over the weekend. It was nice just to stay in the room and relax. The area is perfectly away from everything and awesomely close at the same time.

It was OK the rooms smelled funny and we were given a handicap room that you could open holding a button for 5 sec.which concerned me. Great that you can do free laundry and the pool was a plus. Loved the free drinks and light dinner on Mon-Wed the buffet for breakfast was excellent. The gym was nice and comfi just right for what I needed.

The hotel staff is very welcoming and they are always willing to help. The breakfast is delicious . They offer a shuttle couple of days to go to Saint Louis. The rooms are always tremendous well cleaned. Despite of that from Monday to Wednesday the offer kind of a happy hours with food and drinks (despite of the fact that the hotel has 24/7 soda and coffee these days they offer beer and wine during the happy hour).

Staff is very friendly and flexible. Debbie and Linda were always happy to help as much as they could. There was a week when I had to reach office by 7 am. They managed to come earlier Tom and Debbie just to drive me to office.
They have a unique concept of Socials thrice in a week in evenings.
However they do not have much vegetarian options which left me with only one choice thru entire stay muesli and limited fruits.
Gym is very well maintained.
Overall a very cozy place but difficult to go for a walk or just take a stroll as its location right at the highway.

The staff are awesome. They make you feel better about your situation , and they are Genuine Caring People .it shows in the way they interact with you. My experience with Stay bridge was excellent and inspiring.

This is an excellent hotel to stay with family. Hotel is very neatly organized and more comfortable. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We have shuttle service available, helpful for for any local grocery nearby. Morning breakfast buffet is awesome, lots of varieties and happy hours. Excellent place to stay. Thank you

Free breakfast, and dinners on most nights is also free with social hours. There's a great gift shop that has any necessities that you may have forgotten and some snacks as well. Shuttle service for the surrounding area was really helpful and they are flexible with times. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

I had reserved a 2 BDRM STE 1 KING 2 DBL BEDS NONSMOKING. Upon checking in we were given room 205. As soon as we walked into this room we were unfortunately faced with a very strong odor of cigarette smoke. This was a huge disappointment, especially considering my child has asthma and there is no way that we could stay in that room. I called the front desk and they were prompt in placing us in two separate rooms across the hall. While this was not ideal it must be said that the staff was very accommodating in this situation. A reason for the lower ranking, outside of the smoking room, is that even the other two rooms were not as nice as I've experienced at other Staybridge Suites. The rooms were a bit outdated, the laminate flooring was bulging (room 204), and overall the two other rooms were not the cleanest. This is not what I've come to expect in staying at a hotel after spending that much money for one night.

The rooms are very lovely, is like your home away from home. Includes kitchen, dinning room, living room, etc. The place is out of this world, all is clean and renovated. The attention is sublime. They have free breakfast which I recommend before thinking in going out and buy junk food.

Beautiful hotel. The rooms are very nice and so is the staff. Free hot breakfast every morning and free happy hour and dinner most weekday nights.

My reason for not giving 5 stars is because the front desk rep gave me a room that was already occupied and I ended up walking in on someone. When i got to my own room the toilet didn't look like it was cleaned well and I was told housekeeping would change the sheets every day but that never happened.
There is also no bellman to help you with bags.

I would stay here again and just tell the front desk my housekeeping concerns.

The location is extremely easy to access from the highway, with plenty of food choices and a gas station right down the road. The rooms are very nicely kept, and the designs are very home-like. Also the great room and breakfast are fantastic!

Have stayed at this hotel a number of times while in the St Louis area. Staff is helpful, rooms are nice and there is plenty of walking space for dogs.

Clean, easy to find with a very friendly staff. Happy hour was awesome as was breakfast. Very happy to have learned they are pet friendly.

Hall was good for a 25-30 member party. Otherwise congested. Reception didn't allow us to use the breakfast area for having food due to congestion inside hall

Best person there is Linda Lou she was such a sweet heart.....she made our stay good. Other people at the front desk not so much but Linda is a keeper and very sweet person

Decent hotel with daily free breakfast and free dinner Monday through Wednesday. Nice pool area too. Close to several good restaurants.

Nice, clean, rooms. We were in a two bedroom which is nice since the kids have their space and we have ours. Breakfast was sufficient. Close to several restaurants and just a hop over to any of the main STL attractions.

Nice place to stay. Little difficult for completely vegetarian people. Nice swimming pool, best shuttle service and very nice staff.

Good hotel with a fairly decent spread of breakfast. Monday to Wednesday happy hours with snacks and beer is popular. Heard too much noise from the room above. The gym is okay and most of the time, had it to myself.

I was here for a work meeting. We rented out one of the meeting rooms. They have a decent size meeting space, equipment, and nice restrooms. We use this hotel often for meetings.

Fantastic facility with super hospitable staff and immense amenities. Staybridge easily outshines all the overpriced hoity-toity venues.

The Staybridge Suits of O'Fallon Chesterfield was very beautiful. The place gave off a very luxurious vibe, without the luxurious price. The room that we stayed in were very clean and spacious. We definitely appreciate the pullout bed that was in the couch as well. We were sadly unable to use the pool, because of weather issues, but it seemed to be well managed and a good size. The morning breakfast buffet was fantastic. It consisted of a wide variety of foods, so even the pickiest of eater could find something to eat. I definitely recommend the cheese omelets and muffins. The location of the hotel was great as well. It was fairly close to Six Flag, which is where we were going. The Staybridge Suites of O'Fallon Chesterfield is a phenomenal hotel, that I would gladly recommend to everyone.

Really liked this hotel. It's still pretty new so no issues with the room, equipment, etc. It's really close to a ton of restaurants and just one minute away from the hotel. The free breakfast, washer/dryer and parking was the cherry on top.

The rooms needed some maintenance done. One room the fridge was making a loud sound, the other room the shower grab bar was broken. The cordless! telephone had dead batteries. The TV looked really weird and I couldn't find how to change it. The stairwells were not vacuumed. The meal times were didn't accommodate for having to go to work.

Nice people and quality space

Quick WiFi, clean rooms, standard breakfast. In close relation to several dining spots and I-64 to get you anywhere else.

We are a family of 8, so it's difficult to find a place to accommodate us. We got the king/2 double suite. It was 2 bedroom 2 bath, full kitchen. Everything was outstanding.

Loved the staff-helpful, with great attitudes. We borrowed a board game from front desk, went outside and sat by the fire pit, and overall had a great night as a family. My teen loved the soda fountain at breakfast!

We travel full time and have stayed in many chain hotels and suites but this was the best. Hope in time we will back again.

They welcomed our pet and altered our checkout time to 1:30 awesome...

Great breakfast. Like I am a young man that loves a good breakfast and they served me one. The rooms were cool and the staff was nice.

The staff treats you like a welcome friend. With the hospitality and social environment, there was very little need to leave the hotel. The food was very good.

Wow! I have been told that the hotel was "ghetto", in the past. This is fantastic! Joni, the sales manager was so very helpful. The total of the staff has been great to work with. The ladies that clean up the rooms are wonderful, taking special care of each room. The ladies that work the kitchen are great, taking tremendous pride in their work. The people at the desk are so accommodating and helpful, the maintenance guys are wonderful. The hotel just went through a renovation, with some work still going on. I couldn't recommend this place, enough!

The best part is that they are animal friendly. My dalmation was a welcomed part of the scene, as were so many other pets. The staff loved her and took time to interact with her every day.
