Did not like this place: very weird restriction of no hotel entry after 10pm - I was instructed this and warned that return before 10pm - I don’t know if this was a one day thing or not, but it was definitely off-putting.

The rooms and hotel ambience overall was good tho. Also liked the breakfast in morning

The Westin Mumbai Garden City is a beautiful hotel located in a posh area and surrounded by greenery. The hotel is very close to a huge mall. There is a office block in this building up to a certain level for that there is a separate entrance. The rooms are spacious and elegant offering good views of city and landscapes. The food is good and services are prompt. The reception of the hotel is efficient and professional. The staff cooperative, polite and trained. Westin and we have enjoyed breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet. There is great choice of veg food. Thai and Chinese food is exceptionally tasty in addition to Indian chaats. Resent stay recently at Westin on the 31st floor was heavenly. The night view from the room is breathtaking...Recommended for a great hospitality...comfort combined with world class luxury😎

The facilities and staff at the Westin were absolutely amazing. They made every effort to ensure that we were comfortable and our experience at the hotel flawless. We had an amazing experience at Westin Mumbai Garden City. The staff too were very helpful. Very proactively asked us if we required anything in our room and made us feel so comfortable that we would definitely recommend it to others. We tried chicken biryani which was perfectly cooked. One of its kind experience. Great reception. Welcoming guest with respect. If you miss the route. There are supporting staff to guide you. Meeting rooms are in great. You can feel anything outside of the world.
Food is just another level of it's own. Staff is ready to serve you at your table. Manager is ready to accommodate your dining request. Really enjoyed the meet and food. Thank you for making our meet a memorable experience.

The hotel is quite rich and boasts of exquisite fine dining places and comfortable stay.
The service is excellent and the staff goes out of the way to make you comfortable.
The Italian restaurant, prego is worth trying for the fabulous pizzas and pastas.
The beverages and drinks are outrageously expensive since it is a five star property.

The hotel is designed at par with the "Hotel Marina Bay Sands, Singapore". The rooms are similar. The lifts are super quiet. The rooms are spacious with open concept bathrooms. The room beds could have been softer but good nevertheless. All rooms offer a great view of the city. However, the reception staff is cold, unfriendly and sometimes downright sarcastic. Maybe the reception staff need training because they definitely spoil a great experience that the hotel is capable of.

For example- Ask them to book a cab and they ask you to walk out and hail a cab yourself. If I ask for a hotel cab, I get the answer "That's for our prestigious guests only". Ask them for in room dining and they ask you to come down at eat at the restaurant itself.

Hotel is located close to National Highway and within 5-8 km from Airport. 1 kilometre from Station. Hotel has good service staff and food quality and taste was good. Awesome view from all restaurants of hotel.. For shopping nearby mall is Oberoi mall..

It was a very nice place to visit. I love the hospitality and the kindness of the staffs there. Staff are kind and warm. The food is good and hygenic. However if it was little more tasty it would have been the best experience. The hotel looks very beautiful from inside. I didn't get to see the rooms or else i would have reviewed about it as well.

Super luxurious place. Room had a really interesting layout with a sort of quasi-open concept bathroom area, but very cool. Lots of bottled water everywhere complimentary, important for western tourists. Lovely complimentary buffet. Super super super helpful and attentive staff. Even tons of communication via email coordinating arrival and departure directly with the guest director. Looking forward to staying there again next time I come to Mumbai.

Have stayed here for more than 5 trips. Staff & Hospitality live up to the name. Rooms are really great especially the suite room. Also located near are few big malls making it an ideal choice. Food (Breakfast Buffet & Room Service) wasn't great last couple of time we were there, kindly do improve. Overall had a memorable experience!

The Westin hotel is located in Oberoi Garden City. It is a beautiful property with some really good options for food and recreation. I've visited the hotel multiple times and eaten at all their restaurants. The staff is very amicable and the ambience is relaxing. The pool and spa are divine. Our stay was flawless with extremely luxurious rooms and impeccable service.

The hotel is really amazing. Food is lovely and a best place for a get together. The place is big so you have your own privacy. Good stay and lovely service

The food here is good but priced on the premium side like any other star restaurant. Quality wise there is no compromise. The lack of stars in the rating is only due to the high price. But overall the restaurant as well as the hotel rooms are very clean and tidy and top of the quality. They are second to none in any sort.

Great hotel. Spent a couple of nights here. Rooms are well designed and spacious with an open bathroom concept. The beds are extremely comfortable! Good selection during the morning breakfast buffet with a view of greenery. Also has a will equipped gym.

Modern design combined with great location. This is not another generic hotel and that's what I loved about it. It is smart in every respect - attention to the details in the interior, ergonomic and quirky room design, self check in /out system. The room was cleaned and linens were changed regularly. Made me feel home

A fantastic and and a wonderful five star hotel. The service is super friendly, super efficient and the hotel staff is super hospitable too. The employees of this hotel chain are very responsive and helping in the case of any problems or issues their customers may face ever if at all.

I loved this place. The ambience was perfect. The staff greeted us when we entered and it felt nice. The rooms were well maintenaned and the view was superb. Even though the place is secluded I will visit again because it gives full value for money.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever worked in, the hotel is very tall providing unbeatable views of Mumbai. The staff are all great and the hotel’s room service will act in less than 20 minutes to provide the food. The hotel is very accessible and the lobby is grand. Different events have different themes and I could live in the hotel if I had to.
The only advice was that with the pool slide, they should have a life guard because it could be very dangerous even if it’s 1 feet deep.

Nestled between tall trees the hotel has a fabulous green cover. Offers ample space within the compound for a leisurely morning walk or an evening jog. Lobby offers generous seating space for walk in visitors. Three fabulous restaurants and a bar can service all your food needs within the hotel. If you still want options a short walk to the Oberoi Mall offers a host of restaurant options besides a good shopping experience. The staff at the hotel are friendly and offer excellent service to in house guests.

Service is slow, be it room service, breakfast or pool area.
I had requested a call back from there sales team at the reception for long term stay, but never got the call. Weird right?!

Excellent 5 star hotel with 3 separate restaurants. Authentic food prepared by renowned chefs. Excellent ambiance and quality. Overall costly but offers more than cost in all aspects. Very large rooms and well furnished for stay. Good swimming pool and spa at 4th floor. Location is easy to reach. Oberoi mall is at walking distance.

Excellent hotel. Very convenient and business friendly hotel. Has all the amenities to make you feel comfortable and away from hustle and bustle of the city. The breakfast and food are something that you will never find elsewhere

We went there only for the food. Lived the ambience and the courtesy. Food was nice. Quiet place. Expensive, hence not much crowdy. We had some families in the place and overall the experience was good as you get the calmness and privacy you need for the family.

One of the best star rated hotels in Western suburbs of Mumbai. It is located close to the western express highway but still away from the hustle and bustle.

The place is lush green with tall trees. You may get to see Great grey hornbills and Eagles nest from higher floors.

There are offices in the south side of the hotel complex. Oberoi mall is just across the road.

The hotel is very near yo the international airport as well as near to the mall business park which makes it comfortable for business class as well as family.
Big rooms... With Big height foer... Banquet & ball rooms restaurant and cafe make the place lively.
For liquor lover Bar and for Books lover Cross Road makes the remarkable mark in the mind......!
Also the staff is very co-operative.....
Service you get is of real 5 star.

Posh place. Close to the airport (near 20 min drive at a time with less traffic), and with easy access to Mumbai from Goregaon. Rooms have a classic look ideal for couples, businessmen, and foreigners on vacation. Has the usual 4-5 star hotel amenities. Spacious rooms and bathroom. It has great views with wide floor to ceiling windows, and a wood area below.

The bathroom, WC and shower stall share common viewing area with the wash area. There is also a Jacuzzi or bath tub available for leisure.

Amazing service, great rooms, comfortable and big king sized beds, excellent breakfast selection and very lovely staff. The hotel has a nice atmosphere and modern design. One of the best things is pool on the 4th floor and spa you should not miss out on. Super happy I could stay here.

One of the peaceful place in the suburbs even after being really close to the highway! The staff is really nice and very helpful! in stayed in, eaten and hosted a few family functions as well and have had no complaints! Lovely place to sit and sip some nice coffee at middle of the night!

Very nice place to spend time. The staff is friendly and courteous. Food at Seasonal tastes is mostly good in taste, barring some items. Desserts are good. The temperature of the floor in the afternoon is high to be seated near the glass area.

The location is at a very porshe area. The hotel itself is a stunning building. The ambience was very good and the hospitality extended towards the guest was something I relate to abroad hotels. All in all great experience.

We have a membership with Westin and we used our stay there with an upgrade for a small fee. I love the pool, it's big enough and quiet and surrounded by green. The cocktail hour was nice, 4 alcohol options and a bunch of small eats which filled us up. We are fond of Seasonal Tastes so our Saturday lunch there was great with its variety. We also like the food at Prego

One of the best business hotels I've visited so far! Very friendly staff and rooms are beyond expectations!
Restaurants in the hotel are all high end and it's hard to order anything and not liking it.
Extremely quite inside no matter how bad the traffic is outside.

We just went there to eat something at the cafe-Seasonal tastes. (3 am) FOOD:Nachos were just average, black coffee was watery, No taste in the ginger tea and the Pineapple juice was way too sweet. AMBIENCE/SERVICE: It was completely opposite to the food. Everything was clean, Roomy Interiors, Service was great & The view was beautiful! PRICE: The total bill was around 1800 including taxes. Nachos, Pineapple juice, Black coffee and Ginger Tea. Expensive when you consider only the food but it's a 5 star after all. Not worth it if you're just going there to relish your taste buds. Definitely worth it (especially at night-It's a 24 hour cafe) because you're getting the ambience, service and the beautiful view. Also there aren't many such 24/7 places in Mumbai expect other 5 stars, some normal restaurants like Zaffran which is now Ustaadi at CST and few places at the international airport.

Modern , big clean guest room. Beautiful pool and well equipped gym /fitness centre . Located next to a shopping mall. In room dining and the buffet is good . Friendly helpful staffs . The only thing I can pick on was that's only 3 elevators that the hotel guests can use to access the rooms. Slightly longer waiting time for the elevator.

Nice luxury hotel. Very good food and amazing staff. Perhaps the best among Mumbai's western suburb hotels. But be ready to take a serious dent on your wallet. Worth a try..

It is located near Oberoi Mall Goregaon East. It looked grand and the ambience was equally breathtaking. Prompt assistance and hassle free experience. View from room is also very scenic. Room service was good. Being a five star hotel rates are equally on higher side. Room was spacious , well lit and proper table was there for any work.

The Westin is my favorite hotel in Mumbai. It is beautifully decorated, the views from the 31st floor are amazing and the hotel staff goes out of their way to provide me with anything I need (with a smile).

I ate the best Indian food ever on the restaurant on the 18th floor. Chef's delicious and creative dishes, especially the homemade achar, filled my mouth with delightful joy. The food was so tasty that I was close to being enlightened!!

Visited the hotel for a Sunday brunch. The food could have been better. The spread needs to be added with better indian options. The sea food a bit fresh. Overall a average experience if I compare it with the other 5 star hotels I have visited....

By far the best luxury Hotel I've been to as the service was awesome and the staff made us feel totally comfortable. The menu was vast and delicious. We had the time of our lives. Highly recommended for everyone!!!

Didn't really get time to look around too much, was more of an in&out situation. The staff was courteous, the ambience was amazing. Or maybe it was my company. Nevertheless, I highly recommend people to visit the place and stay that tad bit longer than I did. Cheers!

The Westin Mumbai was used on a 4 day business trip and the service was excellent. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Beds are amazing. Haven't slept so well in a hotel for a long time. Breakfast buffet has many local choices and a good selection of juices and fruit. Selection of European cold cuts and cheese's was not so much and the regular coffee tastes quite awfull. Overall very good hotel

Located behind the Oberoi Mall building, accross the western Highway, the Westin has a huge parking space inside as well as outside the area allocated. It provides office spaces, restaurant facility and other entertainment facilities. Provides good service and is excellent location for many activities ranging from family dinner, marriage parties to meeting and office related work.

Comfortable n spacious rooms with an excellent view of the city and the all greenery of aarey... Location is gr8, just next to Oberoi Mall... Staffs are friendly, good food a bit expensive though but can be expected from a Hotel like Westin.
Attraction is the Pool and specially the Kids pool with slides to make the stay whole lot of fun with Kids...

My stay at The Westin Mumbai was amazing. From the beautiful room to the high standards of cleanliness, professionalism and service provided by the friendly staff, everything was perfection. I particularly enjoyed the Eat Well Program as well. The breakfast selection was also brilliant.

Good experience with this.... Waiting rooms are nice.... AC gives extreme coolness in summer.... Flowers kept on desk are good to see.... Service is also good

They have the most charismatic ambience and such a great staff service. Even at late hours, the service provided to us was amazing and the food as well was delicious. Loved the view from the 28th floor. It's not gaudy , it's sober and simple and especially elegant.

A good place to organize your events. They have excellent facility for conferences, mini trade shows and business meetings.

The location is splendid The restaurant on the 25th floor has an amazing view of Mumbai city! The food options are enormous and tasty too! Highly recommended for a formal / special event celebrated with family or friends!

Visited the hotel many times. It is much needed place in suburban of Mumbai. Food ,accommodation , amenities fantastic.nice ,luxurious ,comfy place for corporate and families also.
Except one shortcoming I found last weak when I visited the reception of my family friend , waiters are few in number and not attending guests properly.

Buffets is what westin is well known for. Amazing cuisines available for people all around the world. A real good ambience and room services. Views from the rooms are real good.

What a great quality hotel. Best Italian restaurant in town. Indian food at Kangan is beyond words.. especially if you compare them to the mall/ Out of hotel Indian kind of restaurants. We went for the evening with Gazal and came back as fans of the place. This place deserves a mention for its service too.

Visited this place many a times generally over family lunch or dinner. The hotel is amazingly beautiful and courteous staff but when it comes to buffet , i didn't enjoy it much as the taste was lacking that "WOWW" factor. However, when tried the Ala carte it was simply amazing and well served. The ambience, the location, and the view that one gets of the western express highway from the restaurant is quite beautiful during night time. Make sure you book you table in advance so that you get a seat which allow you to have a view outside. Not all tables can get you the same view.

A top of the line property in Goregaon, set amidst a largish garden with great tree cover. A great restaurant Kanchan for lavish spread. And a wonderful coffee shop for great buffet menu. Sit on these higher floored restaurants and be surprised with vitality of Mumbai when you notice humongous vehicular traffic flow on the Western Express Highway even late in nights.

One of the few top-notch 5-star experiences in the city, the Westin Mumbai Garden City has got the whole package. The interiors are extremely well-appointed, well equipped and huge boardrooms and conference halls, luxurious rooms, well-mannered and polite staff, spotless maintenance, and last but not the least - awesome food! I was blown over by the variety of food on offer at the buffets - there were Chinese, Thai, Italian, Japanese, Middle-Eastern cuisines in addition to the regular Indian menu.

The staff is terrific and helpful, rooms are large and nice, restaurants are listed among the 100 best in Mumbai. One of the most surprising aspects is that the cost of the food in the 18th Floor Restaurant is quite reasonable. BUT: If you are a tourist who intends to visit popular sites in Colonial-era Bombay, this hotel is over an hour away by taxi. Traffic is unbelievable: The two photos below were taken from my hotel window around 8 PM. Traffic did not let up until late evening.

Great hotel with a very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is phenomenal 3 unique buffets with breakfast from around the world. Accommodation was nice spacious and very clean. Free use of a nice gym and steam room/spa

Great hotel with h great service, rooms are well cleaned and maintained, it does get booked out due to businesses around, and apparently lots of events are held there (5 events in the 6 days I spent there).
Pool offers good relaxation, food is also very good.
Views are not great, and not much to do around the area itself though!

Have stayed before and found the stay to be just as good as before.
Staff are very helpful and sincere in their jobs. Breakfast is brilliant as their are so many options and very filling.Location wise is very good as only 20 mins from the airport as longs you don't travel during rush hour. Also round the corner is the Oberai Mall where you can spend time window shopping but also many options for meals with a bar in the mall. Definitely recommend a stay.

Good service and great food. Italian cuisine is the best from pizzas to pasta. Rooms are tidy. Views are good. Staff is friendly and the hospitality is well maintained.

This is one place I enjoy staying g at. Rooms are modern. Food selection great. Views are also nice. The location is a little far from the center of the city. The service level here is also 5 star.

What a hotel. Huge reception area with unbelievably friendly staff. The rooms are amazing, large and extremely comfortable.

The restaurant floor has a few choices and you'll be well looked after. Breakfast is also great with many many options.

If you're here for business ask the restaurant to make you a take away lunch. Much better than being stuck in an office Park with nothing to eat.
