I have stayed here for the third time now, I liked this place for several reasons -

1. It is in the Mall, You don't need to go anywhere to go shopping. Everything is available within the premises.

2. Offer complimentary drinks in evening for few days in a week.

3. Cleaning done everyday.

4. Breakfast is complimentary which is available in hotels and not in service apartment. So no looking needed while you start your day with all options available like gluten free, vegan, non veg everything.

Great location for shopping or a visit to London. Adjacent to the Holiday Inn, rooms comfortable and with a kitchenette, providing the opportunity to cook your own fresh food.

Comfy suites designed with wheelchair users in mind. The small kitchenette has everything needed for self catering and there are disabled pull cords by the bed and in the walk in shower for emergencies.

The only issue is that the bathroom floors when using the shower as the floor is completely flat.

Customer service is perfect. Rooms are exactly everything you need, bed, toilet, 55-65" TV (you're able to connect your own devices via HDMI as well!) KITCHEN (fridge, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher) I would say this hotel is on par with some small apartments! Absolutely enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay again.

Great hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Will be booking a room next visit to the area. Great view of Olympic village area and further views of central London, these will change another building is being built in front of it.

Great staff, nice rooms with kitchenette, delicious complimentary hot and continental breakfasts, superb location with rail access and mall that is next door that opens till 9pm - all for a reasonable price! Highly recommended!

My room was decent sized and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. The bed was comfortable. Like all suites in this hotel, it had a stove top, microwave, and refrigerator. The complimentary breakfast was very good, and unlike most hotels the breakfast area had ample and comfortable seating. There are an abundance of shops, cafes and restaurants just outside of the hotel entrance, and it's a great location for transportation: a short walk to either the Stratford Underground station or to Stratford International station.

I stayed at Staybridge Suites London Stratford for three nights during an event in the Copper Box Arena (Olympic Park). The ceck-in was fast and the staff was very nice. I had a room on the top floor (twelth) with a view over the Westfield Mall. There are very few tallee buildings in that direction so you can see quite far. And the other side has a great skyline view you can also enjoy in the lobby/brealfast room with top to floor windows and a small balcony. Unfortunately, rooms on my side of the hotel are directly facing towards the roof of the Westfield Mall with constant ventilation noise. Although the windows are soundproof you still hear a lot of it at night and sleeping with an open window is hardly possible.

The room itself was spacious with a big shower, a queen-sized bed and a kitchen with a dishwasher, sink, microwave, refridgerator etc. Overall, the room was pretty clean with a few stains on the carpet and a slightly damaged wall in the bathroom. For a British hotel the room was very modern.

Breakfast was included and decent, too. It was on the twelth floor with a great view over London/Stratford.

For me, the hotel was located in a perfect spot: the Olympic Park is within a 5-minute walking distance and you got plenty of restaurants and shops in tje Westfield Mall. In addition, the train station "Stratford International" is directly next to the mall.

Very nice hotel with kitchenette in the room including a nespresso machine. Clean and comfortable with big shower unit. Friendly and helpful staff in reception and breakfast area. A hotel that doesn't rip you off - a toothbrush only costed us £1, so did the toothpaste. Location is brilliant, right at the heart of Westield and all possible transports.

Wow. I was so impressed was unmeasurable. The location is very good. Activities all around. Anna, at the check in desk was absolutely fabulous. Best customer service I have ever experienced in a hotel. The bedrooms are perfect size for a couple who just want a safe, tidy and romantic place to lay their head. The kitchen appliances was on point. Everything was user friendly. Very quiet too. Another surprise. The breakfast was lovely. Hit the spot; although, I am not a fan of peeled tomatoes and sausages with visible oil. Still, the pancake machine was eye catching. I can see why people would go there over and over and over and .......

Extremely comfortable bed - good king size- and very nice to have kitchen in room so don't have eat out every meal. Great place to visit London with convience of home! Nice shops within mall, easy trains access into city & easy fair priced parking

Stayed for two nights after Christmas 2017. The room itself was incredibly quiet, cleaned to a good standard and was very spacious. For some reason the light switches didn't seem to control the correct lights - such as the bathroom lights staying off unless 3 other switches were on at the same time 🤷🏻‍♂️. The keycard didn't appear to be needed to keep the lights on either - which added to further confusion!

The facilities in the room were very welcomed - having catering facilities was AWESOME and meant that even though the hotel itself had few vegan options (I'd get on that, you'd be incredibly popular for providing more options!) we were able to bring our own food (although, Deliveroo do deliver too!)! The heating was simple to control and the room was well ventilated - something few hotels seem to be able to get right! The bathroom had some spots that needed more cleaning - such as the sealants that were black in places. However, on the whole we were impressed with the standard of the room and the hotel, and would return in the future!

I've never stayed at an IHG property before, but now my loyalties may have changed! This is an excellent hotel with friendly, efficient staff at reception and during the free buffet breakfast.

The room itself was cosy, and spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed, and the kitchen area had most of what you needed to cook a decent meal. Unfortunately the bathroom seemed a bare by comparison; there was nothing really wrong with it, but it just didn't seem to match the room. The view was not the most picturesque (it's Stratford), but if you know what to expect you won't be disappointed. Since it is right next to Westfield Stratford City shopping is easy, and there are plenty of places to eat and entertain yourself.

Getting into central London is also incredibly painless with transport links less than 5 minutes away. I did not have a chance to check out the gym or laundry facilities (that includes the free smartphone they provide you with in the room), but may do in the future as I will happily return.

Fifth stay at this fantastic hotel. It feels like a home to me, staff always welcoming and professional, suites are like a studio apartment and everything is done very well. The pantry snacks for sell are well priced, tea & coffee anytime both in room and the lounge, and a great breakfast.

The room was excellent, with a good sized bathroom and good views of the London sky line. A nice hotel, breakfast included with many options. (The breakfast was fantastic, wide range including hot food and lots of juices).Located right within the Westfield Mall. Shopping and many restaurants to choose from. Choose this over the Holiday Inn which is in the same building.

First time such a disappointment at IHG group hotels. I have been staying for 31 days. And many issues I had with frontdesk.
And housekeeping is horrible, rough cleaning but another annoying thing for such an expensive daily rate; everyday housekeepers forget putting something ! One day no towel one day no foot towel, no face towel, no toilet paper, no shampoo one day one of wine glasses is missing likely they broke etc etc... The only good thing it is at the shopping mall

Final bill is more than the quote as they add tax after unlike the other ihg properties but they're nice rooms and having the kitchenette is handy. Most rooms are very snug however

This was one of the best stays Ive had. The staff were very friendly and the casual setting of the hotel added to the homely feel. The hotel takes safety seriously and the staff were ready night or day. The location of the hotel is superb, with loads of options for dining, and transit.

Comfortable bed with great service and excellent location at Westfield Mall Stratford city

Heard great things boutvthis hotel. Friendly staff. Nice big breakfast. Nice views. Nice location. Everyone loves the fact it's in Westfield so plenty to do and see during the day and evenings.

We chose this hotel because of its location obviously...right in he middle of Westfield Stratford City. It's clean and new and pricey. However there is no parking. To get to the hotel you have to drag your luggage from the road to the hotel in whatever weather it is outside. If you're alone and have an overnight bag it's ok. But with family and a couple of boxes it's really not a pleasant experience. You almost have to do same on checkout unless you're helped by the concierge.

Loved this place...nice breakfast...fully equipped kitchen, WiFi and many more...you have to get down and the shopping centre is two step away...tubes are few minutes away...easy accessibility to everything what you need..

Very clean, nice service, good room and nice breakfast. Was surprised when I arrived at 10am and was told my room might not be ready until 3pm. Advised them I needed to change for a meeting, was directed to change in the toilets...

Quick easy check in, very helpful staff. Nice clean room. Less than 5 minutes from public transport and only one stop to Liverpool Street. Will use again.

Great place to stay, within easy reach of most of London, very comfortable, friendly staff and some great views over East London. Breakfast is very good, with brand name cereals as well as a good cooked buffet. In room kitchens are very well equipped.

Newly built, great facilities, highly well-finished and spotless hotel. At the entrance there is a welcome point, the Staybridge Suites reception is on the twelfth floor, as well as the breakfast room. MD, Francesco and the staff all have been really kind and helpful, professional, well-prepared and very welcoming. Entirely no-smoking premises, even in outdoor common areas: there is a smoking area in front of the entrance. In order to providing privacy and safety, you need your chip key to access your floor. The spaces in the room are more than adequate. The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, induction plates, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso machine. At the twelfth floor there is the “pantry”, nearby you can choose from several supermarkets (Sainsbury's, M & S, Waitrose ... ). From the room where we stayed, on the eleventh floor, the view was stunning, ranging from the Olympic Village to the Docklands buildings. The bed was large and comfortable with plenty of pillows and great linens. Wall TV 32". Spacious shower, pleasant! The location is excellent: subway stops Central and Jubilee lines, DLR, overground, direct connection to Southend Airport.
Highly recommended.

I absolutely loved this hotel! Very spacious, tidy and well equipped room/apartment with great views. They have these social hours where they invite all the guests to have some wine, cheese and other snacks to get them out of their rooms and mingling. What a nice idea! There is a gym, laundry facilities and my room had a fully equipped kitchen, you could actually live here!

It's easily accessible from the train station and the staff are always friendly and helpful

Very good apartments with nice and very clean rooms. The breakfast is very good and the staff is very friendly. They have a fully equipped kitchen so if you cook yourself, it's for you.

The Westfield Mall downstairs is a plus so you cant get bored.Ever.

It has a great location, there is a underground station near. There also alot of shops near, including a small supermarket. The rooms are really pretty. They also have free landry.

Nice place for people on business travel. Rooms with kitchen facility if 1 wants to self cook. 20-25mins from Central London by tube. Offers wholesome breakfast options but on little expensive side. Location is wonderful just at the biggest shopping centre in London i.e Westfield. I loved the Reception location on top floor and rooms on below floors.
