We loved this hotel. They gave us a nice upgrade for my business trip which I brought my wife too because it was also our anniversary. Our room (tower executive suite) was big and very nice. The food choices were great. The most impressive this was the breakfast buffet. Incredible. Their concierge dept helped me plan my entire trip well in advance. They were so on top of everything for my biz trip. I will be back.

Great location and services. Not very young kid friendly. All but the buffet downstairs accept bookings for kids, which is a bit disappointing. Reception and concierge staff are all helpful and friendly. A late hour convenience store is in the B1, so is very convenient. A free shuttle bus to and from Shinjuku station leaves every 20 minutes. Great for access to the JR station. All in all a great stay.

Excellent top quality service. Great rooms and excellent bathrooms. Breakfast was good although busy in the main ground floor restaurant. The executive floor was very nice, good service, good food and excellent range of drinks. Concierge was very helpful. Would recommend and I would certainly return.

Little bit disappointed. I was expecting this hotel to be a little higher end considering it’s a Hilton. The public spaces are nice and you can access the metro without going outside. There’s access underground. The disappointment stems from the rooms. There’s nothing luxurious about the bathrooms. I’ve stayed at nicer Hampton inns. The bathroom looked like a cruise boat bathroom. Disappointing to say the least. Expected a bit more from this property and for the price we paid.

Nice location. Most staff speak good English. Service is terrific. Room is bigger than expected given that it's in Tokyo. Shuttle between hotel and Shinjuku train station very convenient. And mall maze below hotel has pretty much one needs on a short trip.

A great stay. When. We arrived we were greeted by Albert, who was welcoming, funny, kind, and informative. We (husband, wife, and 10 year old daughter) stayed in the executive suite with a roll away bed. The view was nice, the room clean, roomy, and updated. The buffet was delicious, as were the other restaurants. The steak house was extra accommodating with my daughters gluten allergies including having delicious bread for her that we didn’t even know they had. Additionally the buffet had every allergy labled on the signs for each food allowing her some extra fun and Independence. The hotel is a direct stop for the airport buses, conveniently located, and just overall great. Great stay!

Excellent hospitality, clean rooms, personal room safe, but no dressers for unpacking clothes? The shower has a sliding panel on the bedroom side, potentially giving those in the bedroom a full view of ... the shower (odd that this is the choice of the potential viewer, not the one in the shower)? Exit from the bathroom has ridge (easy to stub your toe). For power, there is one single 3-prong outlet in the entire room (USA type grounded plug) and all other outlets have 2 prongs which don't work for most notebook adapters (and No usb outlets!). This Hilton property is nice place to stay, has convenient transportation, basement level shopping and walkways to the subway, and a well appointed executive lounge. I cannot soak for others hotels in the area, but for those planning a short term stay (clothing storage/charging amenities), this would be nice choice.

Beautiful views. Convenient location. Japanese culture looks down on tattoos. We were asked to wear short-sleeved shirts in the HH lounge to cover any visible ink. I was surprised, but I understand we should respect the local culture

This hotel is located conveniently to a couple of metro stations, which has made it easy to get around Tokyo and see as much as possible in a limited amount of time. The hotel staff have been extremely hospitable and have fulfilled any request or answered any question I have had. The room was clean and comfortable. I would choose to stay at this hotel again if in Tokyo in the future.

Great service; the staff go out of their way to help you. I was in King size bedroom and there were no outlets for my charger near my bed. Would have been more helpful if there were, as I use my phone before bed. My room had an amazing view! My room was also cleaned daily, although under the bed and in some hard to reach places, it was obvious that it had not been vacuumed (other people's hair and dust bunnies). I had a great time though, I really did!

During a two week vacation in Japan we started and ended at this hotel and it was great on the way in and out. Restaurants upstairs were great! The exercise room had everything you could wish for in a gym. It's centrally located to almost everything you might want to see in Tokyo. Overall it was a pretty good stay!

From my room, I can see through the hospital ward and the patient inside. Its super near to the hospital (10sec walk). Can't help but wonder if I am facing the mortuary... Don't feel too good about this. Room is abit old.

Generic Hilton location. The rooms were nice enough but bland and standard for a Hilton. If you're expecting something unique and interesting, look elsewhere, but for a convenient, reliable business hotel you can't go wrong.

There are a few places to eat in the strange Hiltopia downstairs, but I'd recommend venturing out further if that's what you're looking for.

Lovely place to recover from a long haul flight. Easy to find a good selection of places to eat if you can resist the in house treats. Exceptional service from all involved. Albert - Guest Relations Manager deserves a special mention for the warmth of his welcome and his speed ,combined with attention to detail at check in. Fast wi fi. Handy shuttle to station and shopping area.

I stayed at this property for 6 days during a work trip in Tokyo, and I had a great experience there. The hotel is not too far away from Shinjuku station, there are free shuttles going back and forth very often. You can also try the traditional Japanese style breakfast, which I found very interesting. However, you must book it before 9 pm, because they only have 20 seats in the restaurant. I think most Japanese hotels provide electronic toilet seat covers, but I still found this feature very cool and you will definitely find it here in Hilton !

Well deserved 5* rating. Has everything that you need (surely it is a hilton).
New and modern design. Friendly staff. Good and quite rooms. Great food.
Very central located and good for all trips.
We also enjoyed our 4nights stay with the executive lounge (small Snacks, free drinks and good view).

Was a guest here for two weeks for business. Location was excellent and staff service was impeccable. I was concerned about getting around by myself, but the concierge and front desk staff was patient and extremely helpful. Meals are pricey, but the quality and sevice make up for that. Breakfast buffet was diverse and lovely. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Could walk underground to office, shops and train. Would highly recommend.

It's pricey, but good! Exceptional service. Airport shuttles (Narita ¥3,100) right at the front door. Very nice, clean rooms with good views. Lovely amenities provided. Pool is kind of small, but pristine. Workout area was super clean and very modern. I unexpectedly had to stay an extra night, and they easily accommodated me, same rate, and kept me in the same room.
Did I mention it's awesome service?

This hotel was just meh. I thought it was clean and in a great location hence the 4-star review. However, we ordered a king size bed and they tried giving us two single beds. After arguing for 10minutes they gave us a king size bed. Since they ended up giving it to us in the end, was it worth it to them to argue with a customer after all that?

Secondly this place has really bad food from their room service. I am a vegan and there was nothing to eat at all. They had some fruit which costs an arm and a leg and it's not good quality, also not a complete meal for a vegan as there is no protein etc. so it wouldn't fill me up. I tried asking the room service employee what options I had and they just didn't get it, and ended up saying they're muesli was vegan when it actually has dairy in it. Lots of people are vegan nowadays and if they added one good vegan meal that would make me give them 5-stars.

The staff was very friendly and polite but the food was not very good.
We was really impressed by the staff the best point of the hotel. But really bad breakfast and the buffet diner was just disappointed us. Even i asked to add my 4 nights stay to my honour member they first told me it was already done but during the checkout they told me it was finally impossible. So no logic and not sure we will choose this hotel again for our next stay.

Outside looks a bit dated but inside is very nicely updated, my friend is a Hilton HHonors diamond member so they updated us to one of their best suites with lounge access, so kudos to them, Hilton Tokyo’s dedication to their loyal customers is amazing! Japanese style breakfast is very delicate and the taste is extremely flavorful yet healthy, highly recommended. Overall very nice ambience and friendly staffs, one of the better Hilton premises out there.

I love the size of the guest room, as well as its luxury. The executive lounge is nice with its foods and beverages but it was sort of packed with people (including somewhat noisy kids) when I was there.

I wish that the hotel was more conveniently located. It's far from the main area of Shinjuku but I guess those rich people who stay here regularly don't hesitate to take a cab all the time.

Good location.
Airport bus leaves hotel every hour.
Shuttle bus to Shinjuku station and back.
Not bad city view.

Bathroom is too small for Hilton.

Very upscale hotel in Tokyo, close to the major business district, and shopping close by in Shinjuku. Compact, yet stylish rooms with all facilities

This is a really nice hotel in Shinjuku. It's a great location, with many rooms in a very nice building. The rooms were nice, even though I was only in a regular room (not on the higher, executive floors, which I've heard are really fantastic). Toilets were fancy Japanese kind. Beds were a bit firm, but nice. The windows had sliding doors that could be drawn to block out all light. Breakfast was good (but expensive!) with both Western and Eastern options. I really liked it here.

A great hotel and location. Executive lounge is amazing but can get super crowded, so much so they have a wait which really eats into the time you have to utilize it. Perhaps they could have two lounges? One for the families and those who who don't mind a bit more noise and one for adults only for a more quiet intimate place to relax or catch up on work?

We had a great stay here during our honeymoon! We had great service from the front desk, concierge, hotel bike rental, and housekeeping. The hotel is very clean and even smells amazing. It is also in very reasonable walking distance to Shinjuku Station although they also have a shuttle to it. We got the hotel breakfast almost each day and the breakfast was the best I have ever received from a hotel package. They had an omlette station in addition to Japanese, Chinese, and English foods. We even found they provided little perks with the room since it was our honeymoon, which we really appreciated! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice Hilton hotel located in Shijuku. Very nice and friendly staff like always in Japan...
I had breakfast in the restaurant and in the room.
In the restaurant, it's a regular buffet breakfast, with a nice array of food. It he room, I was surprised by the quantity of the breakfast (I had eggsand bacon + French toast + toast with jam & butter + bakery basket + huge plate of yogurt + granola with milk + pot of coffee with milk + fruits + juice + water! Couldn't eat it all!!)

Very nice place. We had an upgraded room that was spacious and we'll equiped. We went to the executive lounge for breakfast and to hang out in the evening. Had the privilege to access the Executive Lounge and it was something to behold. Super friendly and helpful staff, breakfast in the lounge was full of enough pastry and savory foods without seeming wasteful. The the fresh fruit was a very welcome sight especially in Japan where it is hard to come by. The room was very roomie for the 3 of us with plenty of walking space and general leg room. Bathroom isn't too big but functions as well as you'd think from an upgraded room from shower to toilet to sink. All in all, very impressed with my experience at the Hilton. Would splurge to stay again.

Good quality Hilton. Room was very modern and comfortable. Recently renovated. Room service was prompt and tasty. It's about 5 minutes walk to the metro.

What you'd expect for a Hilton. The king size bed is more like a large twin, and the food is just decent, nothing special.

The staff is super friendly and helpful.

The location is good. Less than a ten minute walk to Shinjutsu station.

Stayed here for a conference. Most things about the hotel felt very upscale - rooms were large and comfortable, lobbies were spacious and fancy, breakfast buffet was good, service was excellent. The gym and pool were on the small side, though. Location is decent, within walking distance of Shinjuku and all the entertainment and transportation options there. Also connected to the metro by (long) underground passageways.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Hilton in Shinjuku for 3 nights and it was a fantastic experience. Immaculate rooms, accommodating and thoughtful service. As it was my girlfriend's birthday, Yoshi, their service manager, set up a delicious chocolate cake and bottle of Champagne for us on the 1st night. On our 2nd and 3rd nights, Yoshi upgraded us to their Tower Suites which included a spacious living room, bedroom, and a bathroom/shower that overlooked the bedroom. The hotel location is great as well, close to the Subway, different restaurants, and shopping. I'd definitely stay here again!

Attendef a weeklong conferenve at the hotel. They have great facilities and very comfortable, clean rooms. The staff speak great English and can make great accommodations.

Everything has been wonderful! Nice rooms, good food, helpful staff. My only complaint has been about the Wi-Fi in my room: we had Wi-Fi through an event and, though everyone else is having no issues, for some reason my laptop won't connect. I worked with the Hilton Wi-Fi tech support, and they eventually told me it was my computer — however, I know it's a fault in their network that is not issuing me an IP address :/ But im using my phone for everything, so this isn't a huge issue.

Extremely beautiful hotel. Plenty of things to do. Close places to eat if you don't prefer the price gouging in the hotel. Close to the subway. Upgraded my room but was disappointed. It was still very basic and average size. I can only imagine what the normal rooms look like. Best thing about the upgrade was the breakfast that came with; it was awesome and great selection.

If any of you guys are looking for dirt cheap hotel deals I would check out HotelRaven. Com I saved a ton of money using that site.

I didn't stay there. I just had a breakfast. It's amazing. Buffet style, you can get croissants, pain au chocolat, fresh bread, different kinds of cereals, yogurts, cold food, hot food, wonderful bacon, omelette cooked in front of you, meats, fishes, beans... and many high quality drinks.
Lots of friendly staff, many languages spoken. Go for it.

The perfect place to come back to after exploring the city all day. Clean, airy, Western-style rooms; gorgeous city views; access to nishi shinjuku station through underground passageway, which gives access to the entire city by train. If I ever return to Tokyo, and I sincerely hope I do, I would stay here again.
