Everything was amazing, from the room to the food and the facial and massage. Eva was very pleasant and Mark gave us complimentary champagne for my friend special 50th Birthday. That was so kind of him.

James and Jack served us throughout our meal and the service was exceptional
Would definitely recommend this hotel to any who wants to be spoilt

Room was big, nice to have a balcony. Didn’t have a river view as described. Was rung at 11.10am regarding breakfast and told we would need to be downstairs before 11.30am if we wanted our breakfast that was included with the room after asking about this on check in and being told someone would update us but didn’t. Loud banging from cleaners from 8am to 11.30am which is not ideal when you are trying to have a peaceful night away. Tried to email the hotel regarding these problems and still haven’t heard nothing back after 2 weeks. Not great..

Stayed recently in the Abingdon suite. The hotel staff was very friendly and caring. The hotel is clean and the room really spacious. Prices are great against the quality!!!! If you want an amazing escape from Central London madness, Chelsea Harbour is a great solution!

A friend and I had afternoon tea here in the main restaurant and it was great! We were greeted really warmly, the restaurant staff were very polite and welcoming. They were very accommodating with my food allergy and I got to have everything that was on the menu but made gluten free!
The view was lovely and we got to really enjoy it in peace without feeling rushed at all! The staff were excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for afternoon tea and I would definitely consider staying here in the future. Very pleased all in all.

Went to conference type event in the event rooms downstairs. Room was well put together and coffee, tea and biscuits were provided. Staff friendly and area was well done up and nicely laid out. Great location by the harbour and perfect place to stay for a sunny weekend. Good transport links on the harbour and nearby overground station.

Exquisite views on the terrace overlooking the harbour. Helpful friendly staff. But it does cost £15 for 2 hour parking on the hotel grounds. Free parking on the street across the road though! 😉

Spacious, clean rooms with comfy beds. The restaurant there is delicious and their room service is great. The customer service is amazing! Can be tricking for Ubers to get there, so I suggest calling for a cab as they seem to be more familiar with that area. The only downside is that it takes about 30 mins to get to The City from there.

From the perfect birthday surprise touches in the room to the taxi service guys keeping the secret location of my best friends 30th evening meal... This hotel experience has just made the trip so special and I can't thank the staff more for being so lovely and accommodating.

We have attended our friend’s kid birthday party in one of the conference rooms! Catering provided was quite nice, as well as the service! The kids had so much fun!! Even though, the hotel is nice, it is relatively old!

This is my second time at the hotel and it's wonderful. The concierge is very helpful. The room are suite-style with separate living and sleeping areas. There's construction going on next door, but it stops and starts at reasonable hours. And besides, you'd be hard-pressed to find a hotel in London that doesn't have construction going on nearby. Haha. Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful Hotel. My family has been using the hotel since it was first built 25 years ago. It has changed hands many times since then(Hilton, Wyndham, Millenium as it is now) but always remained a fantastic place. It has a modern, beautiful style and both the bar and Reatraunt and very good. The Bar is livley. On a friday and saturday there is usually either a saxophone, piano or other such type of musician.(I can't speak for other evenings) It is a livley bar with a good selection. The restraunt perhaps is under used but very elegant with white table cloths, beautiful food(Lobster Burger is my pick!!!)

The rooms are all suites. Very spacious. Helpful especially if you are staying for a longer duration. Also if you have young children and would need two rooms elsewhere, why not put them in the sitting room and stay at such a lovley hotel for effectivley half the price. There is a cloakroom and ensuite in most rooms but not quite all.

Leisure facilites and equally as good.

Truly though, the 'x factor' of the hotel is the harbour. It allows you to have a lovley view terrace to have a drink or eat on(plenty of smoking on the terrace remember though) and get away from the dense city.

Staff are marvellous and service is excellent. Moreover, there is no shortage of staff and they are never frantically running around, which I appreciate. Special thanks to a Bulgarian chap in the Restraunt who I have forgotten the name of.

The food was generally good except for 2 of the meals, one of them was the stuffed chicken breast which was dry. I ordered the fillet steak to be cooked as medium and it was well over cooked. On the other hand the service was excellent.

Went for afternoon tea and service was fantastic and very friendly. We had a 1month old with us and staff were very considerate and helpful. The menu was different than the one online so a bit dissapointed not to have the eclair with matcha icing and bakewell tart. Scones, while tasty, wouldn't have passed GBBO standards as texture and appearance weren't quite right. Highlights were smoked chicken sandwich and pimms jelly

Visited the Chelsea Harbour Hotel for a professional event. Whilst the location wasn't the most convenient for me to get to, the experience once I'd arrived was worthy of the five star rating I've given. The rooms we were using had a great view of the harbour, the chairs were comfortable and placed with plenty of leg room. Perhaps most importantly, the food was great! All in all, an experience is be happy to repeat at any time in the future. Only wish I could afford to stay here as a guest!

I was there for a wedding and it is a lovely venue. It has everything. The staff are wonderful and the hotel looks stunning. My only complaint would be about navigating around the area. The signage is poor and it's not clear at all which way you need to turn for what. Additionally, the parking is expensive as well as remarkably cramp. I think those are the only 2 let downs about my trip to the hotel.

Nice upper class hotel. Rolls and Bentleys parked upfront usually. Stylish, staff are friendly, and a lovely atmosphere overlooking the mini harbour. Came many times including drinks and food, and professional events and have never been disappointed. Although their prices are high its a very respected area along the river. There are restaurants and bars inside and close by around the area by the river. Many spectacular developments including Fulham Riverside are minutes away. Imperial wharf station is close by. The only downside is the barrier controlling Imperial road causes us a hassle everytime we visit.

Nice hotel, location is great right beside the over ground with easy access to all London attractions. Downside for us was the bar area, cocktails and bottles only no draughts, and very pricey. Also lacked any real atmosphere. We dined and had drinks throughout our stay at the waterside restaurant and bar which was lovely and right around the corner on the Thames. Concierge could do with some training on how to welcome and receive guests. First hotel we have have ever been to where there was no friendly chat or doffing of the hat from concierge. Did I feel this is a five star hotel? No. Would I stay here again..No!

Perfect setting for easy access to the Kings Road. The first room we were allocated had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and a used wet tissue on the balcony. Reception quickly changed us for a room of equal status which was far better and to their credit. Complementary drinks at the bat to compensate for the inconvenience. A good room, very good breakfast and would stay again.

On arriving the service was excellent, everything was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful.
We stayed in a suite adapted for a disabled guest. Our room was clean. The bathroom was very attractive but the room itself, despite being a suite, was rather plain. Despite being a five star hotel there was nothing to differentiate it from a four or even three star hotel in terms of decor. There were power sockets all over the place, some of which had had plastic covers put over them and yet there were none next to the bed where you might want to charge your phone for example. The fridge door dropped when opened making it hard for me (and impossible for someone with limited hand function) to close. The clothes rail was so high up it was impossible for my wheelchair using friend to reach. The shower was equipped with a folding down seat and two hand rails but one of these combined with a large lip made it very difficult to transfer in and out of the shower. The shower caused more problems by being stuck on boiling or very very very hot. When we mentioned this to the staff on reception they helpfully said they'd send someone to look at it, whivh presumably they did, as the next day when we came to shower the shower was instead stuck on cold or semi warm.
The breakfast was perfectly decent with a reasonable choice in a buffet and optional extras.
All in all a nice hotel with good staff, but perhaps not the polished finish you might expect.
