Staff was very friendly and helpful with providing items I was in need of. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great. Very nice hotel.

Was not planning on spending the night in Atlanta but was displaced when I missed my connecting flight. Booked this property on Kayak and requested a Queen/Queen suite, as I was traveling with a friend.

Arrived to the hotel to find they had no Queen rooms available (apparently the AC in 2 rooms was down which forced some relocating of guests). Not a huge deal. The woman at the desk was very friendly and apologetic. She told us all she had was a King with a pullout sofa.

The hotel itself could have used some serious housekeeping. All of the common area carpet, in the hallways and elevators, needed a good vacuuming. When we arrived to our room, the same was true. There were crumbs on the tile floor and the carpet. Again, an easily solvable problem with a vacuum but it makes an impression. In the morning, when we were checking out, there was garbage on the floor in the Lobby that nobody seemed in a rush to clean up.

Service was mediocre at best and we got a dirty room. We came in to find dust EVERYWHERE, and some of the finer things missing. The staff however was happy to a accommodate us and worked very well as a whole. Untill 10pm when the staff apparently leaves and can no longer help you.

Staff very nice. Hotel fairly new so its clean. Rooms are spacious. Bed comfortable. Breakfast is very good.

Location is great for airport. Shuttle is always on time and staff is very friendly. Breakfast and “snacks” provided at nighttime is more than enough for a meal!! The staff working in the food area is extraordinary- they come by asking if you need anything or if they can take anything for you. Rooms are clean and very large. Will definitely return in the future!

Pretty good stay for a lower price than others nearby. Good customer service. Decor has seen better days but room was clean and we had a quiet night. Standard breakfast bar. No hair dryer in room.

I visited Homewood Suites for a professional development workshop. The conference room was nice. Coffee and ice water were provided as a courtesy. When it was time to go to lunch, one of the employees recommended a great local restaurant and provided us with a card for us to receive 15% off our meal.

I'm so glad we found this hotel. I have nothing bad to say. The place is clean, beds are comfy, well-maintained, staff are very nice and good location. Very close to the airport. I would definitely come back here again.

Very nice, clean, large rooms. Comfortable beds and great water pressure in the shower. Awesome coffee. The only downer is the pool area is hot, smells heavily of chlorine and extremely loud if kids are present and screaming.

Great location for the airport. If you're going to do things downtown, this is not the hotel for you due to distance. Only one entrance/exit ro hotel, so keep that in mind on a very busy road. Breakfast was very good in variety. Staff very kind. Getting in and out of the bathtub/shower was difficult because of tub height. Keep that in mind when getting in and out and put towels down in bathroom and outside sink area. Tile is very slippery. I did mention this to staff, but was very aware there is nothing they can do. Maybe a rug in front of sink? Again, staff was very nice.

Great layout in the room, you walk into the kitchen with a table that faces the TV which can swing to be seen from the bed. Then you walk into the living room, bedroom then the bathroom, it's a big square. Nice and comfy beds and sofas.

Very clean! The fitness center is big too with 4 treadmills and a large floor area. They have a cable machine and free weights as well.

Breakfast was decent, I didn't like many of the choices they offer and there was no "cook to order" option.

I would stay here again.

Pretty room , looks new, looked clean, except few hairs in bathroom floor behind door in corner. Staff was very friendly. Felt safe here. I usually cant rest comfortably worrying about how gross hotels are but I rested beds looked clean. Didn't come home with any bed bugs or other critters always a plus😊

Hotel is very nice on the inside. Phone service is somehow really bad inside though. The gym looks very nice, but each treadmill has major flaw, only one is usable, and the weight machine is also unusable. Good selection of dumbbells.

Great customer service at the front desk by Andrea. They offer free dinner wine and beer and breakfast between certain hours. The room has a full kitchen and living room bed was super comfortable room has a ceiling fan room was clean and furniture was updated. I loved my stay here.

Had water damage at home from broken washing machine, but this place has been a wonderful home away from home for us. Very convenient location to 75N&S, airport, local dining, and they even provide wonderful breakfast and evening reception daily! I was able to continue aquatherapy in their indoor pool, yes! The rooms are so warm and cozy and the staff are awesome! This is a highly recommended spot to Chilax and feel at home!

Nice, newer hotel close to the airport. Small indoor pool. Great service. Good room sizes with kitchenettes. Free dinner (including wine!) during the week. I would recommend.

I stayed at the Homewood Suites for a single night while traveling for work. I initially chose this hotel due to close proximity to the airport. Friendly and helpful staff, continental breakfast was great before heading to the airport in the morning. There was a dinner as will, which I did not partake in. The room and amenities were great. The shuttle to the airport on the morning was quick, clean, and perfectly on time. All in all, great stay, only regret is that it was only for a single night due to work.

If you're looking for a "home away from home" hotel experience Homewood Suites is a great one! The amenities make this a great value. Loved the full kitchen (with dishwasher), but with the complimentary hot breakfast every day and happy hour reception with lite fare and beer and wine Mon. - Thurs. evenings, you may not use your kitchen much, if at all. We also enjoyed the indoor pool spa. There's free parking and fitness room.

Staff was super friendly! Just the right amount of hospitality, place was Clean and Nice, nicest hotel I've ever stayed. Area was nice not to far of a drive from anywhere we wanted to go, next time I'm in Atlanta and I WILL be back this is going to be where I stay, the employees in this establment truly Care and act with their hearts and you can tell!

This is definitely one of the best hotels in the Airport North area. Rooms are always comfortable and clean. Having a couch and kitchenette is a huge plus. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love that the parking and wifi are free, unlike many of the other hotels in the area.

Location was good, staff was friendly, room attractive, breakfast adequate. We encountered several annoyances: - Our large family party did not get one of the the 2-bedroom suites we had booked, it had apparently been given away. - When we inquired in advance, we were assured the hotel could transport our whole group to the airport in a timely manner. Asher check in, the story changed, we would have to travel in two or more groups with 30 minutes between. - Conflicting stories about whether one needed to call for the airport shuttle, or whether it ran on schedule. - The one 2 room suite, with beds for eight people, had a "stocked" kitchen that included 4 plates/bowls, 2 glasses, 2 coffee mugs, and zero spoons. I'm not saying I would never stay here, but I would be prepared for frustration.

The staff were absolutely amazing. The place was clean and definitely the most posh hotel Ive ever stayed in. The amenities were more than I could have ever hoped for. We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed even more.

We were looking for somewhere nice and near the freeway. Homewood suites was perfect with a nice clean room 2 turns off the freeway. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, both my wife and i enjoyed the cheesy grits. Overall a very pleasant stay. We'll probably use homewood suites again next time we pass through.

Nice standard Homewood suites hotel. Suites are spacious and well maintained. The parking is not as overcrowded as the ones of other hotels by the airport. The location is only convenient for the airport since there is not much of anything around. Good security

Very friendly staff. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good with a wide assortment of food: scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, fresh fruit and waffles with a lot of different toppings. There was also an assortment of cereals, juices and yogurt. They had security patrolling the outside in the evenings. Very pleasant stay.

Anissa Teal at the front desk was very nice and helpful. This place truly exceeded our expectation. Clean and quiet room with comfortable bed.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms have recently been redone, and the suites have a lot of amenities for a reasonable price. We weren't that impressed with their breakfast compared to other Hilton properties at a similar price point, but it did the job.

Gorgeous hotel with big room. Staff was extremely helpful, and the shuttle was quick and on time. The pool has jets, thats pretty cool.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean and had all the amenities it normally would. I didn't have any issues with it. The food tasted good, I do wish they had more options for food and drinks though.

My stay at the Homewood Suites really exceeded my expectations. Having stayed at several of the surrounding hotels I was surprised as to how quiet the hotel was at night. The staff was super friendly and made me feel at home throughout my stay. Great fitness facility and indoor pool. Definitely will stay here again.

This is a review of the hotel, but more importantly I want to recognize the staff members who stood out the most. My family experienced a house fire and we stayed at this hotel from mid November 2016 to mid March 2017. The general manager and the entire hotel staff were very nice, friendly and professional our entire stay. Vivian who works at the front desk is a real sweetheart and is always helpful with any paperwork I needed, as is everyone at the front desk. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of food choices. The morning staff, Allen and Robin especially are extremely friendly and accommodating. Evening time meals are okay, but they are only meant to be small meals, so don't get your hopes up too much about that. However, the beer and wine make up for it! The dining area is very comfortable with it's fireplace always on and the big screen TV usually tuned to Family Feud or the evening news. You feel like you are visiting someone's living room. Our hotel room was a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment style which comfortably fit myself, husband and two sons. Annie is the most efficient and friendliest housekeeper I have ever met. Even though I didn't mention everyone, they all made us feel like family and helped make an unpleasant experience, pleasant.

Location was convenient near airport. Room was clean nicely appointed. Check-in process was quick, staff was very friendly and helpful even with a day late check in. The breakfast and evening event are both very enjoyable.

“Great Great Service and Convenient Location”
My wife and I stayed one night before an early flight out. The location is about a 3 minute drive from the airport. The staff were extremely gracious and made us feel welcomed and appreciated. The suite was clean and comfortable.

Ms. Connie made the trip. She went above and beyond with her service during dinner and happy hour. The front desk staff was also awesome, helping us out with travel arrangements. The suites were impeccably clean. Thanks again Ms. Connie and Happy New Year.

My stay was perfect! I have not one negative comment! Clean and modern rooms. The social hour Mon through Thurs was so unexpected but the perfect touch!! Parking is free, that alone in the greater Atlanta area is amazing!! Staff is friendly and attentive! I traveled alone, but this would be my only choice if visiting with family. I visit...

Who knew you had to us the SAFE to lock up your Uggs!!! Please protect your belongings because they may come up missing.. who knows it might of been the ANTS!!

Great, quiet hotel near the airport. Proper security for the parking lot. Shuttle drivers, front desk staff and housekeeping staff are all very friendly and helpful. Love the Green Eggs and Ham breakfast, the big refrigerators, and the many channels of DirecTV in the rooms.

The location is tricky to get to but the rooms are very nice and the staff attentive.

Our stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton in Atlanta was a pleasant surprise. We had heard the airport area was not that great but the hotel was new and extremely clean. The staff was quick to respond to any request and the breakfast was good.

The interior of the room is one of the best we had stayed at. Instant hit water, very clean furnishings and a nice setup for a family stay. Will be staying again. Family if 5.

Room was very clean with a very comfortable bed and pillow. The facilities are very well maintained and appears to be safe enough. This hotel has a lap pool with workout room. Overall I rate it a 9 out of 10 basically because of the location.

One of the best Homewood Suites! Very little noise from the jets, very clean, great staff! and the proximity to the airport!

The only Con, are these wall decorations. Picture a pebble tossed into a still pool of water captured in bronze. They have them hanging on the wall in the wrong order. Drives my OCD crazy!

The hotel itself is just ok. Its the staff that make it great. The front desk staff (in particular Jasmine and Chelsea) are amazing. They have made it a point to greet me every day I come in from work or leave out. They are always cheerful and asking how my stay is and if there's anything I need. They do a great job making it feel like "home". I travel a LOT for work and I can honestly say that while the hotel itself isn't the greatest that I've been to, the staff are top notch!

The hotel was nice and seemed to be fairly new. The staff was nice UNTIL our car windows were busted out the second night we were there. There were four cars whose windows were busted out. My friend and I were on our way out and realized that someone had broken into our rental car as well as the cars that were parked next to ours in the back near the houses and the little park. We go inside to speak with someone at the front desk and we run into the front desk clerk and explain to him what had happened and the gentleman says "Oh, I was looking for you guys!" What do you mean you were looking for us? When we checked in we filled out a form with the make and model of the car we drove. All he had to do was pull that form from out of the stack and locate which room we were in and call us. There was a guy standing at the front desk on his cellphone who I thought was the owner of one of the other cars that was broken into. Come to find out he was the "security guard".....this man had on slip on brown sandals, a white t-shirt and some blue uniform pants. I don't think he was equipped or ready to chase anyone if need be. The front desk attendant called the local police 3TIMES!! The police finally came about an hour and a half later. He just rolled up like he had just rolled out of bed. His uniform was all frumpy. My friend thought he was a Wackenhut Security guard. The officer then proceeds to ask if we wanted to add anything else to the report that he had already written and left on the seats of our car. So basically, he wrote up a report without taking our account of what happened or without us being there. Then, he sticks his hand inside of the broken window to place the report on the seats of ALL the cars that were broken into? I had no idea that this was protocol. We go out back with one of the owners of the other vehicles to further assess the situation and see this so-called report that he had written up. As we were out back the officer drives by and pulls off. He does not get out the car and ask if everything is ok or if we needed anything else. We were waiting to speak with the General Manager the next day. We thought that maybe he would go out of his way to come and find those of us who were victimized and offer some type of accommodation.......NOTHING! Never again will I stay at a hotel on or near Bobby Brown Parkway.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, and affordable. This Homewood Suites is more up to date than most. It's very close to the airport but no plane noise. Restaurants are close by.
