The breakfast is the first thing I'll mention because all by itself it is 5 stars. I was completely impressed by it. The pool is indoor and is heated to a perfect temperature as well the hot tub is heated perfectly as well. The staff is friendly and there to assist with all your needs. The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable and will stay there again for sure. It has a fun indoor atmosphere as well and although I don't drink it does have a bar downstairs. Room service is available. I didn't order room service but based on the breakfast quality I am sure the room service food is pretty good. It's a must stay when compared to motels of the same price point.

Great Location! I've stayed here a few times and think it is now my go to when traveling to San Antonio for work. The location is great, the restaurant downstairs is a good option if you don't feel like leaving for dinner. They also have an amazing bar staff in the evening that make the dining experience even better. A good breakfast and comfortable rooms, I overall recommend.

Check in was quick and easy. We were initially given a room on the 5th floor, but my daughter has an issue with heights, so they were able to switch us to the 2nd floor easily. The 2 room suite was clean. It looks more spacious on the website, but we found that it was the right size. The pool and hot tub were inside - also clean. The breakfast was the best part of the trip. Food was good and there was plenty of it. Nice selection of items - good variety. Overall it was a good stay -. I would recommend.

This location was great. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and cool AC made the night restful. Despite the proximity to the airport, I did Not hear planes flying or landing which was a huge concern of mine. Book your room here

Great food and staff. Wifi is slow and the pool is great but small. Free breakfast and also HAPPY HOUR!! Free snakes including chips with salsa, chex mix, pretzels, and vegetables. Rooms have a living room and bedroom. Makes you feel at home .Everything else is fabulous

Just a few short minutes from the airport. Clean, updated, new king mattress. Made to order breakfast and amazing staff (Chas). A must stay when in the area. Also a plus is nearby NorthStar mall.

Great breakfast including made to order omelette and buffet station. Decent shower water pressure. We didn't have a car and the location isn't walking friendly to any store or food. There was a small mix-up with the airport shuttle. But the manager followed up and we were satisfied.

Overall, good deal. Chas (a young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful). Breakfast was really great with plenty of variety. There were two negatives for me. The first was the room could have been cleaned a little better (woman's hairs in bath tub and a good amount of crumbs on a chair). We cleaned it. They have many signs warning to lock your car, take valuables in, etc. in the parking lot but I never saw a security guard. Again, staff was super friendly, food was good, for the most part clean comfortable room. Overall, really really good but not great.

Looks a little dated inside and out, but the rooms are fantastic. I think almost every room is a suite and they are all well appointed. Unlike most hotel "suites" the Hilton actually has a separate living room separated from the bedroom by a door. The living room has several couches and an actual usable desk with enough power outlets for all your devices. Next time I stay, I will take more advantage of the free breakfast. Unlike most hotels, this actually has several short order cooks, which can make you a wide variety of tasty things.

Overall nice, clean hotel. The rooms have been renovated, with fresh paint, new carpets and updated furniture. Great set of complimentary drinks in late afternoon, early evening. Bartender is a lot of fun. Good choice for a business travel staying for a short time.

It is beautiful and located close to everything you want to do. The rooms are gorgeous, and the hotel itself is breathtaking. The only two issues I have come across is the room service food we ordered was not the best, and was very expensive. The second reason is the bar was picky about the managers reception. Also, their drinks are pretty strong; good to some, but not so good to others, personal preference. All together, it has been a great vacation.

Nice hotel with clean rooms. Happy Hour and breakfast are a plus. Only downside is they don't have fresh brewed coffee. Just some instant coffee machine. You can pay for fresh brewed coffee though by the front desk.

The hotel lobby and atrium is clean and nice. Housekeeping in the room needs addressed. I'm a Hilton Diamond member and I'm trying not to be too picky but the experience leaves a lot to be desired.

Day 1 - Arrival and first night. Glasses in room were used from whoever stayed before. Not cleaned or replaced. Carpet was not vacuumed. No shampoo.
Day 2 - Upon arrival back into my room for the second day, coffee was not refilled, no coffee cups, carpet STILL not vacuumed, the dirty glasses that I placed in the wet-bar sink STILL not replaced. In addition, shampoo and soap not filled and the empty box of tissues was not replaced. Housekeeping did make the bed though.
Day 3 - Housekeeping didn't make it to my room until after 3:30pm. I was in the room when she came by. All of the above mentioned "issues" were addressed with the exception of the carpet being vacuumed.

Honestly, I would give the hotel a lower rating but the bar staff deserves a solid 5 - star rating. I'm willing to split the difference and give it a 3.

We had a suite. Our bed was a little small. The staff were great. Food at the restaurant was good. Nice breakfast bar as well. Great place for families.

We stayed at the Embassy suites airport for my daughter's 13th birthday! Specifically choose this hotel because of the large rooms and indoor pool. Everything was perfect! The rooms were clean room service was great, breakfast buffet was awesome! But most importantly Athena the front desk agent was so welcoming made me feel like a special guest from getting me checked in early to helping with my daughters bday balloons that came loose and floated to the top of the foyer! With treatment like that we'll definitely be back and recommend others! Thanks for a great stay!

I have been coming to the Embassy Suites for years!

The staff is amazing and the made to order breakfast omelets, which are included with your stay, are Great!

The atmosphere that comes with Embassy suites is like no other! You feel at home in your spacious room and are completely taken care of!

I've yet to have a bad experience and even if I had a problem the staff took care of it quickly!

Great price and and very elegant. The fact that it's next to an air port does not make any negative impact the the experience. From all the days we were there never heard an airplane. Beautiful rest rooms, very clean, and free breakfast.

Awesome service and staff! Rooms are large and the bar is great! I had like 6 drinks for free :) If you're government stay here so that you can get the great rate and the best room. It's also super close to the airport and everything is accessible from here.

The lighting made the space look very welcoming. The dining room and meeting rooms were very luxurious and spacious, as well as clean. The public restrooms were very clean and smelled pleasant.

Everything is great except they should have a better selection of beers.🍻 Very friendly staff. Will definitely be back. Also, a better selection of appetizers to purchase that aren't so spicy.

Modern and feels new, I love the decor and the pantry is well stocked. The restaurant is pretty good, while a bit pricey of course. It's right down the street from the airport literally and the staff was courteous, I have no complaints.

The rooms were wonderful; a good sized suite that suited our family of 4. Breakfast was complementary and delicious, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Embassy Suites San Antonio Airport is an amazing hotel its centrally located to everything, Fiesta Tx,Airport, Zoo...just everything. The hotel has recently been remodeled and is beautiful. There's a pool, play ground,gym,work station(w/computers & printers). Free made to order breakfast or buffet. A manager's reception every evening @5:30-7:00p with free drinks & snacks. The bed linens are ALAWAYS CLEAN & smell clean. The staff is exceptional,if ever you need or have a problem they are more than happy to rectify the situation . We have made a point of staying here when we are in town. And everytime we travel to always stay at an Embassy Suites.

Strangely, coffee and tea were not included in the manager's reception. Soft drinks were available though. Guess the managers would rather their patrons be fat and inebriated. Was told coffee and tea could be purchased, and that it was a Hilton policy. Stay was otherwise uneventful. I miss the plants that used to hang from the inside balconies. Decor seemed dated.

Comfortable suites, professional and courteous staff. Although, I had a Housekeeping issue upon checking into my suite, however, staff quickly addressed the issue and I was allowed to switch rooms. The children's playground is very nice; pool is very small, yet indoors; Jacuzzi is pleasant; breakfast is outstanding, yet crowded so I suggest going at low traffic times; exercise room is extremely nice for a hotel; alcohol beverages and snacks are served from 5:30-7:30, but very crowded

I really enjoyed my stay, the day after I had my daughter. They immediately switched to a better room when the original smelled like ciagarettes. Breakfast was amazing I loved all the options including the separate area when the chef makes customized omelettes.

They didn't have our room ready when we got there, the snack selection for the evening cocktail hour was sparse. The made to order omlete station had a grumpy cook, claimed they had no egg whites while the chef next to her was pouring egg whites for the guest next to us. Not impressed, disappointed because this is our favorite hotel chain.

It is an excellent hotel, it has friendly people working here and everything is clean. Absolutely I like it and I give them five stars!

This is a very nice facility. Close to everything I need when doing business in San Antonio. A free shuttle over to the airport for departures and arrivals. The free breakfast is always great. Highly recommend this Embassy Suites.

I've stayed here now at least 15 times. The staff are awesome. Big shout out to Chas, she's on top of things and is always friendly and super helpful. The restaurant is pretty good and a good alternative to the many nearby restaurants. Should you decide to go to any restaurants nearby, there is easy access to freeways and it's not rocket science to find your way back. Rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. My only gripe is that the AC could work better, ceiling fans would be a good addition for the next renovation.

Great place to stay, with lots of room, convenient to the Airprt, shopping centers and great places to eat around here. Excellent customer service since you get to the front door, housekeeping service and maintenance, plus don't forget your free breakfast, with great omelettes and buffet. The people at Breakfast are fantastic, always trying to help you, and if it's not enough remember you have 2 hours of free drinks in the evening plus snacks. Overall is a great place to stay and I alwayd recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Love our two-bedroom suite for our family of 7. The three room areas with two bathrooms are roomy for our stay. Great complimentary breakfast but didn't try the free evening drink and snack offer. Parking is a little tight in the front lot, but the back lot was able to accommodate. Hotel is located next to a busy but quiet (not noisy) highway and feel very safe. Was extremely grateful for their allowing us to do a 7 AM checkin on the first day due to our earlier arrival.

Wow! This hotel is sleek, and beautiful. The pools and hot tubs are warm and inviting. The pillowtop mattresses are comfortable, and the staff go out of their way to make you feel like family. Love. It.

Just about as good as you would expect. Has all of the essentials in a hotel. Clean rooms, nice workers, good supplies. Breakfast is quite nice here too. There is a very cool open design to the room setup and there are no hallways. Good place to stay.

A solid choice if you're looking for an upper scale hotel with very convenient access to the airport. This Embassy isn't quite as nice as others I've stayed in, and there was a minor cleanliness issue with the suite we stayed in ( chips and sunflower seed shells behind the drapes), but it's still a great choice if you're needing accommodations near the airport or anywhere in Northeast San Antonio. And, of course, you just can't beat Embassy's " reception" (read, free beer!), and their pretty awesome breakfast.

I have stayed at the Embassy Suites - San Antonio Airport multiple times for work-related travel over the last few years. The hotel is conveniently located, recently renodeled, the staff is friendly. I highly recommend staying there. I particularly enjoy the free evening reception.

The hotel was very nice. The complimentary breakfast and reception were selling points to our party. The rooms were nice, but renovations caused awkward drilling and hammering noises at all times of day. The biggest problem was the giant rush on the weekend breakfast - many did not seem likes guests of the hotel.
The staff, especially the (omelet station) were very friendly. Be sure to ask them about waffles in the morning - a wonderful choice.

It has been going through renovation since January. Free drinks 5:30-7:00. Best homemade omelette in the city....and free too. I have several options when I'm in town, but I'm sold on the food, service and location. It gets better with each visit!!!

Stayed here for two weeks. All around exceptional. Nate, a server in the bar area, is a great young man with tremendous potential. Calvin, Quentin , Amanda and the rest of the team who work for George provide exceptional service each night at the managers reception. Maria, the hotel manager, has assembled a high quality team to help you enjoy your stay. Jose, who expertly mans the omelet station each morning, will not disappoint. Shuttle service was very responsive and helpful when needed to get out and about. Would certainly stay here again!

Great staff - Very friendly. Room was good and the bed was very comfortable! Even with the airport and freeway being close, you don't hear either unless you go outside. Hotel was under remodeling while I stayed, but they have done well at maintaining services and the noice isn't disturbing.

The staff was amazing. I was there for 6 days and everyone was extremely helpful. The front desk was patient with me after losing my key multiple times. The bartender during happy hour was extremely nice and informative. They had a wide selection of drink choices. I recommend the upside down pineapple, thanks to Calvin. I would've gave it 5 stars but here was construction and I was hoping the Fotness center had a little better selection. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it to everyone. You don't get better customer service than there

Rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. The breakfast is reasonable with moderate variety. The managers reception and bartenders are excellent. The hotel staff is above average for the most part. The only complaint is the artwork in the bedroom wall. I am not sure what bull fighting has to do with San Antonio which is the motif on the artwork.

Construction/remodeling going on in the lobby and restaurant area. Parking is divided into two areas, so it looks like the parking lot is full, and there's no signage pointing out additional area. Otherwise, a nice hotel very close to the airport.

Stay was very enjoyable, even though upper floors are being remodeled at this time. The staff has done a great job of it not affecting guests. Evening reception was a great way to relax and the kids enjoyed the newly renovated pool area. Breakfast was great I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting the San Antonio area.

The staff is always to eager to please. I hate Hilton hotels but embassy is a whole different animal the rooms are clean the staff is always pleasant offering assistance without you having to ask. The evening meet and greet is a nice way to unwind. The breakfast is not cold dried crap with slim pickens on the good stuff

While checking in, I was asked what brought us to the hotel. I explained we were there for my mother-in-law's funeral. When we got back to our room after an evening memorial service, my wife found that the front desk sent up a sympathy card and a box of chocolates. This was a nice gesture that she really appreciated.

The room was spotless and this morning I listened to the gentleman cooking breakfasts engage in various conversations with guests. You could tell he really enjoyed his job.

I would highly recommend staying here.

I am an hhonors member looking at all the reviews about how dirty the place is and wondering, "HUH?" My bed linens were fresh and clean (and i usually bring my own - but couldnt this time so i was happy) The omelettes in the a.m. were probably the best i've had at an Embassy and the staff were upbeat and helpful. Will stay here again if i have to come back to San Antonio.
