Location is super convenient, close to central area. Maybe it is because of Covid-19, no kettle or tea/coffee, slippers in the hotel room. But two bottles of water are provided.

Great place to stay but mediocre Wi-Fi connection is not worth the price!

Likely the best place in Offenbach, I'll stay more often. Nice stylish rooms, WiFi 2Mb/sec, cool lounge with free beverage, snacks and warm finger food, large spa area; unfortunately no hot tub. Continental breakfast with variety but after 3 hrs potatoes and spring rools were dried out.

Sheraton Hotels are not just the best Hotels , they have also the Best employees in the World.

First time back in over a year the exterior hotel and lobby area still appeared pleasant and the staff greeted us professionally and courteously. As a platinum member not sure if I received an upgraded room but the lodging accoutrements were nicely modernized with an updated feel. The hotel is situated in an area of town accessible to many restaurants, events and shopping most within walking distance. The full breakfast buffet was a nice plus. Will be back.

We stay here a lot for work. Very clean in a nice area. I walked 4 miles every morning in the surrounding area and was clean and safe. Close to the train and walking distance to shopping. Super friendly staff. Bar tenders and wait staff are amazing. Outside sitting area is great. Food is great. Definitely recommend

Etwas teuer. Frühstück und Parken kosten extra. Die Betten waren zumindest in unserem Fall viel zu weich. Die Klimaanlage im Raum ziemlich laut. Billigstes Klopapier (scheint ein Trend zu sein bei Hotels der gehobenen Preisklasse. )

Modern hotel with a very friendly welcome at reception, a great bar and restaurant service. Fabulous breakfast. Nice, spacious rooms. Events take place in the beautiful Büsingpalais linked to the hotel by a bridge.

Lots of noise in the corridor. Sounds like staff are setting up crockery. Also room was ground level meaning nouse from streets also unfortunate. Room is basic and looks a little tired. Staff at check in were lovely and the entrance hall was impressive.

Spent a night here with my Mrs and 20 months old son in early June. We were lucky there was a festival going on just around the corner. Lovely people and quite a nice town. Didn't get as much from the hotel, breakfast was scanty and service wasn't great. If you happen to visit the hotel with family, I would suggest eating out.

Nice and clean hotel overall, except the linen has a smudge upon check in. It has parking (fee) but no valet parking. The breakfast buffet is very good, but no room service after 11 pm! The staff are very helpful and fluent in english.

Exceptional breakfast, complete with mimosas and chef-personalized eggs. Pleasant rooms. Leaky showers. Great service - personnel went above and beyond to accommodate requests with a smile.

Perfect location for the metro to head into Frankfurt. The staff is pleasant. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The park next door is nice to wind down after a busy day.

Would definitely go back to this hotel. The staff were simply amazing and everyone spoke good English. It has a great bar and breakfast buffet.

Sheraton Hotel in Offenbach is located nex to beautiful park with small historic monuments which enhances the view and adds a nice touch to the experience. Service was very good ,full of kind workers which could speak English .the rooms was clean and had very good view of the park. All necessary need were provided and most importantly , bathroom was incredibly clean and well equipped.

Good option in case you are looking for a decent please without a 500€ budget close to Frankfurt

Really really hot. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. But man is this hotel hot. Both my room and the gym are like saunas. It’s winter and I’ve left my window open but even that doesn’t seem to cool the room down. If only the thermostat actually cooled the room to an acceptable temperature I might be more comfortable. Probably won’t stay here again.

And one point on the fitness room.... their website says it has world class fitness equipment. Not quite an accurate description. There is one (just one) of everything. They are very old and could use some attention. The bike I rode had loose handle bars which wiggles back and forth with each revolution of the peddle

The rug of the hotel, with poor maintenance. No WiFi in my room from day one, the service in reception could be better. Nice building though...

Clean hotel. Decent location. The rooms were extremely warm and could not cool using the thermostat on the wall. My Co-workers staying there also complained of the same issue, leading me to believe it wasn't an isolated issue.

Great hotel the room was great. Was not particularly impressed with the breakfast could have more cooked variety. But overall a great stay.

Nice hotel with calm vibe. Two minutes walk from SBahn station(MarktPlatz). The room was very clean and cozy. Friendly and kind staff.

Nice and pleasant hotel, located right next to the train station to get into Frankfurt main. Staff was helpful on several occasions and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Only complaint is that the AC in the rooms generats a lot of humidity which creates a very clamy feeling on all clothes and items.

Rooms and bathroom are quite decent. Service is great. Continental breakfast is more than substantial. Area surrounding the hotel is not very nice, but subway stop is conveniently located right next to the hotel.

Very nice hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Out of the city but extremely close to an underground station (6 stops to the city) and cheap eating places. Our room had a safe and fridge but no tea/coffee making facilities which was the only negative for us!

Relatively close to the airport, this hotel is away from all the hustle and bustle of Frankfurt yet is close to a train station and a square where there are plenty of eating joints.

The rooms are clean and spacious. There is no sound of traffic. Unfortunately, some guests are not mindful of others and shout in the corridors that does create disturbing to guests trying to sleep.

I would have preferred better cooling but I suppose it's not everyday that Frankfurt is hot.

All in all, a good hotel. It takes approximately € 40.00 to the airport but taking a bus would be cheaper.

The Sheraton in Offenbach is a great looking hotel nicely located next to the square for eating and shopping. The staff is friendly and the rooms newly renovated.

Clean Sheraton with nice bathroom. Basic amenities and space that you need.

The room, the bathroom and the bed was all great, but the staff when I checked must have had a bad day or something. Way below the standard I expect at a Sheraton.

Outstanding, staff went over and above for us and the facilities were excellent. Really close to a tuber but the surroundings were good to spend time in too.

Rooms were OK, small like most European hotels, but comfortable and clean. Bar and restaurant were great and had good selections. In summer, they have a nice little bar set up outside on the patio overlooking the park behind the hotel.

Very tired, needs a refresh - good location and quality food in the restaurant

Went there for the Sunday brunch which was really tasty. I was kinda disappointed because it was more expensive and supposedly a Christmas special. But wasn't that special. 43 Euro felt a bit overpriced compared to their regular 36 euro brunch. But overall I liked it and will probably come back 2017!

Nice enough hotel but breakfast a bit disappointing, problems with parking, no clearing of room service tray during the night. Room from improvement.

Great place to stay if you don't mind the ride downtown. Especially for the time during the trade fairs, this is a good option.

An outdated hotel for perceived Sheraton quality standards. Glory from the past would be the best description, which is visible in all aspects: carpet, room, bathroom, expensive internet, meeting rooms ... The entrance is a nice window architecture, but they forget to invest in cleaning of them: when the sun is shining a white foam is reflecting on the window and the dead flies are on the aluminium construction just above the restaurant. When checking out one day earlier in the early morning, the cancellation fee was higher than my room rate.

Germany does not provide WIFI everywhere as in USA. At the Sheraton Hotel, you have to pay $8 Euros for internet service at the room. However, the hotel provides free WIFI at the lobby.
